Public Policy Plan Proposal for Agencies
PUBLIC SERVICE AGENCIES 2 Public Policy Plan Proposal for Agencies Executive Summary
The public service agencies are organizations that con either be governmental or non
governmental. The agencies are significant in due to the interest they have for the state s
citizens. Organizations such as the Agency of International development (USAID), Agency of
Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) and the famous American Red Cross, all have
different missions, but the agenda of all these organization is to provide service to the citizens.
The organizations provide many job opportunities to the citizens, especially positions in the civil
service. The agencies are obligated to support people with basic needs including water in case of
droughts, electricity to the marginalized. In addition, the organizations provide services like
transportation and also aids in communication in case of emerging tragedies, which are inevitable.

What Is The Unity Of Effect In The Raven By Edgar Allan Poe
Martha Garbarini Ms. Hopkins P3 H English II September 23, 2015 Wondering Nevermore
Edgar Allan Poe was one of the most influential authors of his time, being highly regarded as a
pivotal figure of Romanticism in American Literature. For many, the name brings to mind
images of madmen and dark, twisted tales of fate. In Poe s work, he had a way of impacting his
readers deeply, through language choice, all, and elaborate imagery. In one of Poe s most
acclaimed works, The Raven, unity of effect is achieved very well through skillful language
choice. In stanza sixteen, Poe writes, By that Heaven that bends above us by that God we both
adore Tell this soul with sorrow laden if, within the distant Aidenn, It shall clasp a sainted maiden
whom the angels name Lenore. Simply put, Poe could ve chosen much more basic words that
didn t create the same effect that these words did on the reader; but the idea that his soul is laden
with sorrow, and Lenore shall be clasped , leaves us as the reader space to interpret his words and

Close Reading Of Jane Eyre
Through a close reading of the selected passage of Charlotte BrontГ« s Jane Eyre: An
Autobiography, a reader can see that Jane attempts to separate herself from her decisions by
personifying her emotions and giving them a specific voice, which strongly reflects the societal
views of the time. At this point in the story, Jane has discovered, on her wedding day, that Mr.
Rochester is still married to a womannamed Bertha, and that woman still lives in his house.
Distraught, Jane locks herself in her room and tries to decide what she should do. When she
wakes up the next day, she is again confronted with what she needs to do in the wake of her
discovery. When Jane awakens, she asks herself what she should do and receives the answer Leave
Thornfield at once (343). She describes this as the answer her mindgives her,... Show more content

It instead shows Jane s inner struggle to do what is right versus what she desires. The separation
between the voice of herself and her thoughts exhibits her helplessness to change her path from
what her mind has already decided. This displays the heavy influence society has on Jane, which
is further proven by the personification of Jane s two strongest rivaling emotions. The heavy
influence of a patriarchal dominated society is evident in her Conscience being a strong male
figure, whereas her Passion is a weaker, feminine figure. Similarly, the strongest reasoning for Jane
to leave Thornfield is driven by the patriarchal demand for a female to remain pure until holy
marriage, rather than Jane s own desire to leave, further solidifying the idea that the voice given to
her mind is not just her own internal thoughts, but also the demands and expectations of

Alien Of The Deep Sea
The documentary Alien of the Deep Sea presented us with six different experiments aimed at
studying different aspects of octopuses intelligence. I will focus on just one of those experiments
and attempt to apply Jackendoff s First Fundamental Argument which argues that a language user s
mind can be viewed as an internal computational system containing unconscious set of rules.
Camouflage being one of the most impressive aspects of octopuses intelligence, scientists under the
direction of Antonio P. Cribeiro, conducted an exercise designed to see to what extent the skin of
octopuses was capable to adapt to its surroundings. The experiment was divided into three parts:
First, a few octopuses were introduced to a closed glass box (in full view of potential predators)
containing items such as rocks, sand, and algae which are found in their natural environments.
Unsurprisingly, this resulted in the octopuses adapting effortlessly to their surroundings. Then, the
items inside the glass box were replaced by a piece of canvas printed with a geometric pattern,
something that an octopus would never encounter in its natural habitat. The colors of the canvas
were not random, however, but corresponded to the pigmentation abilities of octopuses. Once again,
the octopuses easily completed the task. Finally, the geometric... Show more content on

The fact that the octopus was faced with something that it had never encountered before and yet
managed to adjust means that our initial conclusion is wrong: it cannot simply be down to learned
behavior. In this case, the novel geometric canvas is to the octopus what a never heard sentence is
to us. It turns out, an octopus has its own way of dealing with the variety present in its
environment, as long as it fits in with its pigmentation abilities, the same way we have ways to deal
with the expressive variety of language in our own environment thanks to our mind s capacity to

Essay On The Montgomery Bus Boycott
Imagine being deprived of your human rights just because of a difference of skin color. This is
how man African American people felt during the times of segregation in the 1955. One the
thousand ways African Americans fought back was the Montgomery Bus Boycott. The bus
boycott was made successful by the will and perseverance of the African Americans in the late
1950 s. Furthermore to explain how the will and perseverance of the African Americans in the
late 1950 s made the boycott successful is stated by Buggey J., Danzer, G., Mitsakos, C., Risinger

For months, the buses were almost empty because most of the riders had been black. Then, the
boycott spread to white businesses in downtown Montgomery. This example boldly illustrates
how the start of the bus boycott and the confidence that it will be successful helped the African
Americans persevere through the boycott. To continue, another strong example to show how
the perseverance made the bus boycott successful is the progress it made in a short amount of
time. One boldly put together piece of evidence from Excerpt from a letter written by Jo Ann
Robinson, May 21, 1954, shows the progress of the boycott, There were several things the
Council asked for: 1. A city law that would make it possible for Negroes to sit from back toward
front, and whites from front toward back until all the seats are taken. 2. That Negroes not be
asked or forced to pay fare at front and go to the rear of the bus to enter. 3. That busses stop at
every corner in residential sections occupied by Negroes as they do in communities where whites
reside. We are happy to report that busses have begun stopping at more corners now in some

Characteristics Of A Tuna Sandwich
A tuna sandwich is full of important macronutrients needed for your body. Carbohydrates, proteins
and lipids can be found in all of the ingredients in varying amounts. Grain from the bread provides
carbohydrates, while proteins can be found in the tuna, lettuce, tomato and cheese of the sandwich.
Lipids are represented in the cheese and mayo. All food groups are represented in the sandwich,
with the exception of fruits. The function of digestionis to break down and transport nutrients from
the food to their respected destination within the body as they are added through the lymphatic
system and the blood stream. Major organs involved in digestion are the mouth, esophagus, stomach
, small and large intestine and the rectum. The salivary glands, liver, pancreas, and gallbladder are
assisting organs in the digestion process.
Ingestion starts the digestion process starts in the mouth. As you begin to take a bite of the tuna
sandwich, the smell triggers the salivary glands to start producing saliva. The saliva in the mouth
from the salivary glands contains the enzymes amylase, which starts the digestion of
carbohydrates and starches. Saliva also releases lingual lipase which begins the digestion of fats
or lipids. As the food is chewed and mixed with saliva, the food turns into bolus. This new form of
the once sandwich will help it travel through the GI Tract to be further digested.
After the saliva from the salivary glands has prepared bolus by moistening and suppling

Empirical Differences Between Agile And Devops
Empirical differences between Agile and DevOps
With the increased development of software applications, increased the demand for principles in
order to maintain quality, flexibility, cost control and maintenance. There are several models of

between the developer teams and the operational teams is minimal and sometimes there would be
no communication, which resulted in various issues like system works in test and doesn t work in

Usually, these project teams includes representatives from the client business and the employees of

Based on the properties of iteration some organizations term iteration as sprint, all sprints are
iterations but not otherwise. Sprint is a time boxed i.e., it is finished on the planned date and not

Chasing Ice Documentary Assignment 1
Chasing Ice is a modern documentary about the human impact on the Earth s glaciers. Following
James Balog and his team the Extreme Ice Survey (EIS), the group aims to provide visible evidence
of human impact on the Earth s glaciers, as they trek through harsh conditions in Alaska, Greenland,
and Iceland.
Balog was once a skeptic of climate change as he believed that the theory surrounding global
warming was based off of computer models. Furthermore, he did not believe that humans could
alter the world s climate on such a global scale. However, through studies of ice records, long
tubes of ice drilled from the ground, Balog found key evidence suggesting ideas contrary to his
prior beliefs. These glacial tubes preserved historical records of the past similar to the rings of a
tree, recording past temperatures and CO2 levels. Using these records, one can see the direct
variation between temperature and CO2. Additionally, the recent spike in both... Show more

Additionally, temperature and CO2 levels maintain an average baseline that both temperature and
CO2 levels will ultimately return to, creating a balance between the two. However, when
temperature increases too dramatically, a tipping point is reached and glacier sizes will drop without
returning back to its original size. The excess of CO2 emissions released into the atmosphere
mainly caused by human activities has tilted the balance to one extreme. This phenomenon is the
beginning of a chain event, which ultimately leads to the melting of our polar ice caps and
glaciers. Due to the melting of ice, the average sea level is expected to rise a minimum of one and
a half to three feet during our generation, which would force approximately 150 million individuals

Irrigation System In Yuma Arizona
Is there at least something good about Yuma ? The soil, our soil is the best. Living out in the
desert is crucial when it comes to summer but our irrigation system helps out with that. Without
that soil we probably wouldn t be #1 for growing the best lettuce. Not just lettuce that is the best
we grow, all sorts of other vegetables and fruits. Our irrigation system is also good here. We may
use up a lot of water but that s what gets us to making our produce, good and ripe for the seasons.
Southern Arizona being a dry place has sure provided us with the good soil we need to farm with
and an increase in farmland due to our good irrigation system. In 1912 Yuma Arizona had a
population of 5,029 which then quadrupled in 1989 to a population of 37,800. Irrigation has made

The nature of cancer requires clinical evaluation in a timely manner. The standard of care for

APA Writing Course Analysis
Introduction
Life is a cycle of learning and the dissemination of what we ve learned. In each day of our lives
we learn something new to add to our list of skills and knowledge. When I first entered university,
I thought the writing courses were useless and just a waste of time since we all can write. Later,
however, I realized how those courses are beneficial in improving our critical thinking and
communication skills not only the style of writing.

At the beginning of this semester, I had little knowledge about the APA writing format and how to
look for relevant sources. I also found it very difficult to build an argument and track down
solutions. Now, on the other hand, I can differentiate between the sources that are valuable and...

Providing that, this course assisted me in thinking through my strengths and weaknesses. To start
with, I find it very easy to deliver an idea now, and communicate with the readers through
writing. Looking back through my essays, I noticed that at the beginning of this course my voice
was not present. Now, however, I learned how to set forth an argument, stand for it, and present it
using logical facts, keeping in mind that my voice should be there. Additionally, my grammar and
vocabulary has improved, as a result, it enhanced my writing and helped keep the readers focused.
I also use lot of transitional words to link my ideas and allow the essay to flow smoothly and
coherently. As for my weaknesses, I noted that I keep drifting away from the main idea. This
makes it very hard for the reader to grasp the purpose quickly. In addition, I take ages to write an
essay, and this frustrates me sometimes thus, I start loosing interest and influence. Altogether, I
think learning never ends, therefore, I ll keep trying to overcome my weaknesses and add more
skills to my writing strengths list.
Conclusion
As a final point, the 102 writing course helped me improve my writing skills tremendously. Our
professor used two techniques in class to help us develop our essays which are Peer reviews and
rubrics. Peer reviews gave me an insight of what other people think of what I wrote, and their

Nurses should be full partners, with physicians and other health professionals, in redesigning health
care in the United States. 4. Effective workforce planning and policy making require better data
collection and information infrastructure. What I took from those four main issues is the
importance for nurses to continue with their training, so that those currently in the nursing
profession would be more competent, with a larger range of responsibilities. Through that further
nursing education and making programs more accessible to the nursing profession to achieve a
higher level of education. Nurses are the ones that are delivering care; therefore nurses should be
active in regards to resigning of health care. Nurses need to speak and be able, have input into the
implementation of health care systems. In my opinion, the report re invents health care in
America. Nurses are the largest part of the health workforce. They are often seen as the most

The Death of Ivan Ilych Essay
Psychological Importance in The Death of Ivan Illych
In The Death of Ivan Ilych Leo Tolstoy conveys the psychological importance of the last, pivotal
scene through the use of diction, symbolism, irony. As Ivan Ilych suffers through his last moments
on earth, Tolstoy narrates this man s struggle to evolve and to ultimately realize his life was not
perfect. Using symbols Tolstoy creates a vivid image pertaining to a topic few people can even
start to comprehend the reexamination of one s life while on the brink of death. In using symbols
and irony Tolstoy vividly conveys the manner in which Ilych views death as darkness unto his last
moments of life when he finally admits imperfection.

Tolstoy also employs irony as he examines the plight of Ivan Ilych. This highlights the
differences between Ilych s perception of his own life and reality while also allowing the reader
to take part in some of the tearing anguish Ivan feels in having to submit to the wrongdoings in
his life. Tolstoy compares Ivan Ilych s struggle to the plight of a man condemned to death as he
struggles in the hands of an executioner (61). Ivan Ilych does not see death as a natural process,
but as a punishment controlled by a merciless executioner, ironically much like the merciless
judge he once was. Ivan Ilych s feels that death is an undeserved punishment because he never
considered his own mortality. His obsession with social adroitness made mortality feel like a
punishment, and his justification of this obsession made it impossible for him to let go of his
life. Ivan Ilych believed he had lived his life up to social standards and because of this he would
not have to endure the terrible agony of death that is beset among ordinary people. In reality he
was blind to his shallow life and the transgressions he made. Tolstoy uses vivid imagery to
describe Ivan Ilych s struggle to submit to his life s end. For example, Tolstoy describes Ivan as
feeling as though he is struggling to get inside of a hole. The darkness in the hole obstructs Ivan s
ability to get in, and he is unable to get past

The Impact Of Telemedicine On Health, A Systematic...
Introduction
To evaluate and study the impact of telemedicine in health, a systematic literature review was
conducted. An electronic research through the University of Maryland library was done the articles
selected dated from 2000 to 2014. A total of 12 articles was reviewed that dealt with clinical
outcomes, efficacy, patient and provider satisfaction. Telemedicineas an emerging field can greatly
improve the outcomes of healthcare thus resulting in decrease the delivery cost of healthcare.
While the results of the studies are inconclusive on some of the areas, there are some strong
supports for patient satisfaction. The literature reviews cost effectiveness, provider satisfaction,
patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Several managed care organizations were represented. All of the organizations interviewed
indicated that there is a market demand for complementary and alternative medicine such as
Telemedicine. The study showed that while cost and clinical efficacy were important, both of these
were less important than market demand. This unexpected result show that consumer demands are
actually more important in shaping the demand for telemedicine and should be used to pursue
development of telemedicine among healthcare providers that will essentially lead to better
reimbursement from health insurance companies (Whitten and Kuwahara, 2003). Whitten and
Kuwara states that payers must answer both patients need and suppliers concerns of telemedicine
cost Methods and Organization of the Report. Qualitative reports on 12 peer reviewed articles
were researched through the University of Maryland to get information on the cost effectiveness,
clinical efficacy, individual and provider satisfaction. The 12 articles printed dates ranged from
200 and 2014. The articles represented articles that have been published on the topic of
telemedicine subject in various areas. The review articles began with searching the database
looking for articles on telemedicine and found a possible 100 articles on the topic and were
narrowed down to just a few dozen that fit the standards the matter was searching for.

Power Leads to Corruption
Power makes individuals corrupt
Corruption is when people in positions of entrusted power abuse their power for their own personal
gains [or to fulfill the agendas of the group they represent] (Transparency International). Lord Acton,
a nineteenth century historian, argued that power is the root cause of corruption. The more power
one has, the more corrupt one is likely to become ( Biography of Lord Acton. ). Although some
commentators argue that there is no correlation between power and corruption, however Lord
Acton was right because power makes individuals egocentric, makes the powerful less sympathetic
towards those who are inferior, and makes a person hypocrite.
First of all, power is such a tool that it makes individuals ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net

They instead increased their own budgets as compared to the last budget and all of this was at the
cost of low subsidies on essential food items, electricity and other the necessities of life (Ali,
Kalbe. Areas That Matter Most. ). Hence a logical conclusion that follows is that powerful
individuals use their power for their personal gains and are not concerned about the effect of their
doings on the society.
Another major reason because of which power tends to corrupt is that people with absolute
power usually become less sympathetic towards those with no or less power and do not consider
the perspective of other individuals. Adam Galinsky, a psychologist at Northwestern University
conducted a series of experiments to find whether powerful individual give importance to others
or not. As part of the experiment, Galinsky asked the participants to write letter E on their
forehead. The results of the experiment showed that participant who were primed with the feeling
of power wrote E backward, when seen by another person (Lehrer, Jonah. How Power Corrupts. ).
This experiment clearly shows how powerful individuals see the world through their own eyes and
do not care for what other view. Besides this, example from history also proves the point

Christianity and Life After Death Essay
Christianity and Life After Death
Life after death is an essential part of the Christian religion. Jesus, the son of god, died on the
cross and three days later he rose again from the dead, the resurrection. Hundreds of people saw
him. This has given Christians the hope that when they die, they will live on in another place.
Christians believe in heaven and hell. If a person lives a good moral life they can expect to get to
heaven, when they die. If they live an immoral life then perhaps hell will be an alternative.
Luke 23:42

Faith is very important to Christians. No one living today has seen god, and no one has seen
heaven or hell. However, Christians still believe that they will be resurrected. This is faith, belief in
something that cannot be seen.
In Anglican, orthodox and Roman Catholic traditions smearing the sick are a ceremonial action
which can be requested for very ill people. When it is performed on a dying person it is often
referred to as the last rites . It involves rubbing oil on the person s forehead and in the Roman
Catholic tradition, the feet and the hands too. It symbolizes the healing of the mind and the
strengthening of spirit and is accompanied by special prayers.
At the death candles are often placed near the coffin as a symbol for the future life and a
reminder of the light of Christ who is the means of redemption. In Roman Catholic and orthodox
services incense, with its smoke rising upwards as a symbol of prayer, is sprinkled over the coffin
After death the place of burial is marked with a stone, often in the shape of a cross as a reminder
of Jesus death and resurrection. Some churches have a memorial garden where the ashes of
cremated people are placed with plaques, often with Christian symbols and words.
In many towns and villages there is a stone memorial cross to commemorate those who have dies
in the two world wars. Special services

Peter s Obsession To The Garden
What drives Peter s obsession with gardens? During his narrative, Peter interlacesan
approximately present day account of his experience in an elderly home attempting to construct a
garden with an explanation of his fateful trip to the Seven Maidens. On the surface, I find his
story of the elderly home to be inconsequential ostensibly only his gift to Jasper at the end
advances the novel s storyline. As a result, I originally passed off old Peter s reflections on
constructing a gardenas merely the creative outlet of a possibly senile old man. However, Peter s
outright passion for gardens invited me to examine his writing in further depth. Interestingly, I
discovered that his borderline lust for them seems to evolve over the course of his... Show more

During Peter s childhood, his teachers subject him to intense beatings while forcing him to
quote a personally belittling Biblical passage that targets his very name as poisonous. Indeed,
he asserts that [every] time I was punished I was made to read that passage, as if repeating it
would rid me of the bitterness of my name, my self... it didn t work: I remember the words, but
all my bitterness is still there (page 325). While the constant punishment failed to remove Peter s
bitterness and in fact, I think that it contributed to it, I believe that this mental and physical
abuse left Peter with no sense of control over himself. Furthermore, I see evidence of the effect of
this abuse in Peter s detailed description of a childhood gardening failure. While writing about his
childhood home, Peter reflects on this specific incident, stating that when I began to dig... the
earth was hard as bedrock but still I persevered... I dug until the skin on my palms became thin
and raw; a splinter pierced my thumb... I looked at where I had dug and saw that I had only
succeeded in scraping away a thin layer of soil... I remained like this, crouching and defeated (page
279). Sadly, despite his utmost effort, pain, and perseverance, Peter s impact is negligible.
Furthermore, his lengthy reflection indicates to me that this event holds considerable significance
far beyond the mere frustration of a child.

Essay On Girl Meets Rule
The TV show Girl Meets World in the episode Girl Meets Rule covers the topic that people need
rules to be civilized. It is also told that at times it can be OK to let be boisterous at the appropriate
time. Rules are a good thing, but too many rules can lead to too much unhappiness and despair.
With no rules things can turn out of control and lead to catastrophe. It s good to maintain a balance
between having fun, and having rules because there is a place and time for everything.
The episode Girl Meets Rule shows that Riley and Maya need each other to make each other
better people. Riley needs Maya to learn how to loosen up and not be so indulged in many rules.
Maya also needs Riley to learn there is a time and a place for everything and to be a little more
responsible for her actions. A balance between our actions is what makes us better people in life,
as to show that we can be responsible but loosen ourselves at the right time. Others believe that it
is incompetent to be a responsible person or a boisterous person, but in fact a person can be both.

April of 1912, R.M.S Titanic was set to sail her maiden voyage from Southampton, United

Andrews; Unfortunately, that would be deemed untrue on the morning of April 15th, 1912.
Setting sail with just over twenty two hundred passengers and crew on board, Titanic was
heading toward America however it would never arrive. Tragically only 710 people would live
to talk about the tragedy of the night that Titanic sank. Over one hundred years after she sank, a
new team of experts made the voyage out the wreck site of the R.M.S Titanic. This team of
experts however was not looking for the most common pieces of the wreck, the bow and stern.
Those pieces have been found from numerous expeditions to the wreck site since the very first
expedition in 1985. This team set out with the most modern technology to make a complete map
of the wreck site. Teams in 1985 went out on the first French/United States joint expedition to the
Titanic and only found her bow and stern. Using the most innovative technology available

Light Intensity lab
Research Question
Does light intensity affect the rate of photosynthesis in algae beads?
I was hoping to discover what plants thrive in different lights for future references. I was hoping to
find relevant information that will help me make decisions on what plants to purchase.
Hypothesis
Light intensity does affect the rate of photosynthesis. Too much light may cause plants to burn out
or stop producing oxygen while too little light will not provide enough light for optimal
photosynthesis activity and CO2 would stop be taken in and oxygen would stop being produced.
Background
When using algae beads and a CO2 indicator, the process of Photosynthesis and Cellular
Respiration can be measured. In this experiment the intensity of light will be altered in each trail,
and the rate of Photosynthesis will then be measured. As you rise from low light intensity to
higher light intensity, the rate of photosynthesis will increase because there is more light
available to drive the reactions of photosynthesis. However, once the light intensity gets high
enough, the rate won t increase anymore since there will be more light than water and CO2;
there will not be enough components from light, water, and CO2 to create the process of
Photosynthesis. As CO2 dissolves and the amount of CO2 goes up, the pH will lower, which
means the solutions color will change varying form red, orange and yellow, all pending on what
the pH is at. CO2 will be produced from respiration, all while photosynthesis absorbs the CO2. This
means that when the rate of photosynthesis is less than respiration, pH levels will decrease, and
CO2 concentration will increase. Vis versa, when pH levels increase and CO2 concentration
decreases, the photosynthesis rate is greater than the respiration rate.
When limiting amount of light that is allowed to be transmitted, Neutral density filters can be used.
These filers reduce the amount of light that is allowed to pass through. In this experiment the
neutral density filters will be used to decrease the amount of light that is allowed to penetrate the
algae beads. Two different density s will be test through this experiment, one density, which is

The Technology Of 3d Printing
Three dimensional (3D) printing is an exciting feat of modern human innovation emerging at the
dawn of a new industrial uprising, however as we all know, with all beneficial revolutions come
vindictive consequence. 3D printable firearms are a stain in a revolution that could potentially
change the world as we know it. These weapons are a reality and they are under much scrutiny in
the engineering and technological world with major implications on public safety and loopholes in
federal regulations. The emerging technology of 3D printinghas been under development for many
years now and the potential is highly underestimated. The latent violence that 3D printed
weapons or more specifically guns could impose on society is frankly frightening. The
controversy is generated from two different sides: one side takes the stance that these guns will
be used as undetectable firearms for crime and could give anyone with a printer access to a lethal
weapon; the other side believes that just as an individual could go to a hardware store and buy
tools to enact violence in some form, a 3D printed firearm is no different. Part II will present the
cutting edge technology of 3D printing, the uprising and how it has evolved. Part III introduces
good and bad the 3D printing technology carries, and the reality of 3D printed firearms and their
evolution. Part IV analyses the implications that 3D printed firearms have on current and future
regulations and society as well as plausible solutions

Football is king. Both sports have changed cultures and impacted citizens, but which one is

one of the largest followings in the United States. American people have grown up in a society
that is swarmed in a Footballistic Culture. During the fall season all talks and conversations are
about how good the Patriots are doing or who has the best fantasy team, but by now this seems
normal. To an average American boy this is nothing unnatural to hear about on a daily basis, and
for even some they dread the talks of Football. However there are a select few that eat, breathe,
and live football. Everything they do revolves around decisions their head coaches make and
their lifestyles are compromised by star player decisions. Nevertheless Football has numerous
aspects which make it superior to soccer. The First reason is the specialization of Offense and
Defense, which allows players to devote their entire career to one side of the ball. This allows a
player who feels strongly about a position to master all aspects of it and to become the best at it.

However, it is equally important for other potential forms of financial aid as many states and
colleges use your FAFSA data to determine your eligibility for state and school aid, and some
private financial aid providers may use your FAFSA information to determine whether you
qualify for their aid (Federal Student Aid, 2017, p.1). Federal Student Aid is a very large
program providing more than $150 billion in federal grants, loans, and work study funds each
year to more than 13 million students paying for college or career school (Federal Student Aid,

needs to first and foremost complete a FAFSA application as it is the basis for Federal Student Aid
but is also the data source for other forms of student financial aid. FAFSA applications consider the
assets of the parents and the student in determining the Expected Family Contribution (EFC) and
will normally expect a higher percentage of contribution from student assets vice a lower
percentage from the parents (Mannaioni Greer 2016). For determining family or student assets to
be assessed against potential financial aid, FAFSA places emphasis on family or student adjusted
gross income as other assets such as retirement accounts, cash value life insurance, home equity and
small business assets are excluded when calculating the EFC. Institutional Methodology, on the

The article reports on the suing of Norvic Industries, who built a house to lock up stage on the

Corporations Law
Both Norvic Industries and Water Corporations were corporations. Not only the formation but also
the administration and management of such companies involve compliance with the Corporations

the case example, the Water Corporationcould be investigated for how they managed to act

Many aspects of the case concerns contract law. The Norvic Industries entered a building contract

Rhetorical Analysis Of Aristotle s Theory Of Rhetoric
Rhetoric can best be explained as how a speaker uses persuasion to influence their intended
audience. Rhetoric is usually seen as a power that we as communicators are using to obtain the
belief of others. Almost everyone uses rhetoric throughout their everyday lives without even
knowing. We are constantly communicating with one another trying to prove some sort of point.
There are many different figures that played a huge role in establishing rhetoric, but Aristotleis seen
by many as the father of rhetoric. Not only does Aristotle have an influence on people of present
day, but he had an influence on other Greek philosophers such as Cicero and Quintilian. His
works established a baseline of rhetoric that many people after his time took and ran with. If he
were around today, Aristotle would be seen by many as a rhetorical leader who could possibly
end many communication differences and problems that are present in today s society. Aristotle
was born in Stagira, Greece in the year 384 B.C. His father, Nicomachus, who died when Aristotle
was a young boy, was a special court physician to the king of Macedonia (Biography, Aristotle ).
This lead Aristotle to be greatly influenced by the court of Macedonia. When he turned 17, Aristotle
set out for Athens to pursue an education at Platos Academy, which was a top of the line institute in
Greece at the time. Once Aristotle graduated from the institute, and Plato died in 347 B.C., he was

The Behavior and Study of Particles Essay
Particles are a very important part of this world. From the particles that make up all the humans in
the world to the particles that make up the clothes we wear. Particles define the world we live in
and everything we know about it. From the behavior of particles, scientists can determine many
things about the world and the way it works. The simple definition of a particle is that it is a
minute portion of matter. While not incorrect this answer lacks complexity. As was previously
stated, particles make up everything; but, they also make up even the most basic form of matter the
atom. Protons, neutrons, and electrons are all particles that make up an atom. Protons and neutrons

Mesons, made of quark pairs, are usually found in cosmic rays. Quarks combine to form charges
of 1, 0, or +1. Quarks in Baryons and Mesons are bound together by strong forces formed from the
exchange of gluons. Much like how the electromagnetic force strength is determined by the amount
of electric charge, the strong force strength is determined by a new quantity called color charge.
(abyss.uoregon.edu)
Quarks come in three colors, red, blue, and green. Although the implication is that quarks are
colored, these terms are not meant to indicate a particular hue but instead describe the color of
the charge of the quark. So, unlike electromagnetic charges which come in two types (positive
and negative or north and south), color charge in quarks comes in three types. Color charge also
has its anti particle nature. So there is anti red, anti blue and anti green. Gluons serve to act as the
carrier of the color when they interact with quarks. Baryons and mesons must have a mix of colors
such that the result is white. For example, red, blue, and green make white. Also red and anti red

There can exist no free quarks; meaning no quarks can exist on their own. All quarks must be
bound to another quark or antiquark by the exchange of gluons. This is called quark confinement.
The exchange of gluons produces a color force field, referring to the assignment of color charge to
quarks, similar to electric charge. The

Conflict In Cormac Mccarthy s The Road
What a conflict! Every author creates some type of conflict to have the reader sitting on the
edge of their seats whether the conflict be man versus man, man versus self, or man versus
nature. The novel The Road by Cormac McCarthy wrote a story about both a man and a boy who
have particularly conflicting characteristics when it comes to decision making. The boy in the
story is very optimistic about everything and the man can be pessimistic when either deciding on
what to do or when thinking about life or the future. In addition, both characters have different
outlooks and personalities that can sometimes collide. Both characters act completely different
when confronted by another character in the story. The man is more concerned about the safety
of the boy and himself. However, the boy wants to do anything and everything to help anyone
that they come across. For example, during one situation in the story, a thief attempted to steal all
their belongings. When the man caught him, the boy started crying, Papa?...Papa please don t
kill the man (McCarthy 256). In contrast, after the man caught the thief the man held him at gun
point and said, If you dont put down the knife and get away from the cart...I m going to blow
your brains out (McCarthy 256).The man is more concerned with their safety, whereas the boy is
concerned about the wellbeing and safety of the thief. The man acts in a similar manner to Ely
when the boy wants to give him food, In the morning they stood in the road and he and the boy
argued about what to give the old man (McCarthy 173). These two characters can collide
sometimes when deciding on whether or not they should give food to people like Ely or The
Lightning Man . Not only are they different when confronted by another character, they are also
different on the way they look at arising situations. People perceive situations either two ways:
optimistically or pessimistically. In the book, the author showed both ways of how a person would
react either optimistically or pessimistically in a post apocalyptic world. He showed this with two
characters, the man and the boy, the man reacting both pessimistically and optimistically in
situations, and the boy being the optimistic character.

Racial Profiling Is A Bad Idea
Gabbi Rodriguez
Barber
Expository Per; 6
12 December 2014
In a 2002 article, Angela A Davis argues how racial profiling is a bad idea because racial
profiling does more harm than good and people don t realize it. Statistics are very reliable such
as; The Department of Health and Human Services reports that 77% of monthly drug users are
white. We can t say that Caucasian people aren t ever racially profiled but you just don t see or
hear it often. This proves that Caucasians can do the same crimes as an African Americanor
Hispanic person can. Racial Profiling is when a police officer or people focus on a certain race or
look and they judge those people I think that racial profiling should be justified but only for
certain types of laws. It should be justified because it s a precaution and it helps to keep people
safe. But I also think that it shouldn t be justified because people never should be judged by their
looks, color of their skin, religion or personal beliefs because if the person is black or Arab
/Muslim, it shouldn t define who they are and it doesn t make them a bad person. A white man
can do the same exact crime as a Black, Hispanic, Muslim or an Asian man can. There s a story of
an African American actress named Daniele Watts, she got arrested for kissing her white boyfriend
in his car. The cops thought that she was a prostitute because she is black and they had to question
her boyfriend, Brian Lucas, if Daniele was actually his girlfriend. In an interview

Democrat Vs Republican
When America was founded there were no parties but just a set of laws known as the
constitution. It was a moral code to live by. Now today because of our freedom to have our own
opinions as citizens we have quickly formed different parties. There are two main parties which are
Democrat and Republican. Each of these parties has different views and where they stand on
healthcare, national defense/security, and economy. Healthcare is a fundamental right that I believe
every citizen of the United States should receive regardless of social class. Democrats,
Republicans, and Libertarians view healthcare differently. Republican views health care to be a lot
of money. The health care they want would provide options for individuals to deduct human... Show

Republicans look at national defense as a strong and comprehensive system. Republican view that
strengthening the military will build a safer environment and a stable defense system for this
country. Republicans believe that raising the defense budget is the only way to restore the health of
a defense industry weakened by a combination of neglect and misguided policies (Republican
Views.org). On the other hand, Democrats are focused on strengthening our defense system.
Providing our military with new and improved weapons in our to complete missions successfully
and come home safely to their families. We have increased funding for counterintelligence activities
and human intelligence collection; enhanced cybersecurity efforts; and bolstered aviation, port, and
border security (Democratic Whip). Libertarians support the maintenance of a sufficient military to
support our country against any violence. The United States should both avoid entangling alliances
and abandon its attempts to act as policeman for the world. We oppose any form of compulsory
national service (Libertarian Party). The Libertarians are against any form of national

Alternative Dispute Resolution Or Adr
Alternative Dispute Resolution or ADR is used as a blanket term for processes, other than judicial
determination in which an impartial practitioner assists stakeholders of a dispute to resolve the
issues between them. The ultimate objective being the satisfaction of both parties through a
mutually desired and binding outcome. Nevertheless, recent speculation has arisen in the legal
spectrum upon whether ADR services are actually prioritising fair, just and equitable outcomes for
stakeholders as opposed to litigation in the Family court.
In accordance with the Australian Family Law Courts, it is a requirement that parties in
disagreement must exercise genuine effort in resolving their issues before applying for a court
hearing pursuant ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Moreover, due to voluntary participation, a generally consensual and collaborative environment is
fostered. The ensuing reduced hostility aided by the professionalism of a mediator preserves and
possibly enhances strained relationships which is an integral interest of the families in dispute.
However, the use of these consensual methods do bring about certain noteworthy limitations such
as being used as a stalling tactic by either party as well as not operating on a system of precedent.
Effectively signifying that two disputes with similar factual circumstances may be treated
completely differently and thus inequitably in the eyes of the law. The most alarming issue arises
where good faith cannot be compelled, resulting in imbalanced agreements based on unreliable
facts. Ultimately, facilitation remains favourable amongst family disputes because agreements are
likely to have more secure commitment as decisions are made absent to an intimidating court
process and ideally satisfy both parties.
The remaining common method of alternative dispute resolution, before litigation through the court
system is arbitration. Although, in the general sense it is primarily used for commercial and
workplace disputes where a fast and enforceable decision is required , as opposed to family cases.
Nonetheless, the process is essentially similar to the advisory system of expert appraisal, where an
independent expert is

What Is The Unity Of Effect In The Raven By Edgar Allan Poe Martha Garbarini Ms. Hopkins P3 H English II September 23, 2015 Wondering Nevermore Edgar Allan Poe was one of the most influential authors of his time, being highly regarded as a pivotal figure of Romanticism in American Literature. For many, the name brings to mind images of madmen and dark, twisted tales of fate. In Poe s work, he had a way of impacting his readers deeply, through language choice, all, and elaborate imagery. In one of Poe s most acclaimed works, The Raven, unity of effect is achieved very well through skillful language choice. In stanza sixteen, Poe writes, By that Heaven that bends above us by that God we both adore Tell this soul with sorrow laden if, within the distant Aidenn, It shall clasp a sainted maiden whom the angels name Lenore. Simply put, Poe could ve chosen much more basic words that didn t create the same effect that these words did on the reader; but the idea that his soul is laden with sorrow, and Lenore shall be clasped , leaves us as the reader space to interpret his words and the... Close Reading Of Jane Eyre Through a close reading of the selected passage of Charlotte BrontГ« s Jane Eyre: An Autobiography, a reader can see that Jane attempts to separate herself from her decisions by personifying her emotions and giving them a specific voice, which strongly reflects the societal views of the time. At this point in the story, Jane has discovered, on her wedding day, that Mr. Rochester is still married to a womannamed Bertha, and that woman still lives in his house. Distraught, Jane locks herself in her room and tries to decide what she should do. When she wakes up the next day, she is again confronted with what she needs to do in the wake of her discovery. When Jane awakens, she asks herself what she should do and receives the answer Leave Thornfield at once (343). She describes this as the answer her mindgives her,... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... It instead shows Jane s inner struggle to do what is right versus what she desires. The separation between the voice of herself and her thoughts exhibits her helplessness to change her path from what her mind has already decided. This displays the heavy influence society has on Jane, which is further proven by the personification of Jane s two strongest rivaling emotions. The heavy influence of a patriarchal dominated society is evident in her Conscience being a strong male figure, whereas her Passion is a weaker, feminine figure. Similarly, the strongest reasoning for Jane to leave Thornfield is driven by the patriarchal demand for a female to remain pure until holy marriage, rather than Jane s own desire to leave, further solidifying the idea that the voice given to her mind is not just her own internal thoughts, but also the demands and expectations of ... I will focus on just one of those experiments and attempt to apply Jackendoff s First Fundamental Argument which argues that a language user s mind can be viewed as an internal computational system containing unconscious set of rules. Camouflage being one of the most impressive aspects of octopuses intelligence, scientists under the direction of Antonio P. Cribeiro, conducted an exercise designed to see to what extent the skin of octopuses was capable to adapt to its surroundings. The experiment was divided into three parts: First, a few octopuses were introduced to a closed glass box (in full view of potential predators) containing items such as rocks, sand, and algae which are found in their natural environments. Unsurprisingly, this resulted in the octopuses adapting effortlessly to their surroundings. Then, the items inside the glass box were replaced by a piece of canvas printed with a geometric pattern, something that an octopus would never encounter in its natural habitat. The colors of the canvas were not random, however, but corresponded to the pigmentation abilities of octopuses. Once again, the octopuses easily completed the task. Finally, the geometric... The bus boycott was made successful by the will and perseverance of the African Americans in the late 1950 s. Chasing Ice Documentary Analysis Joshua Park Student ID: 604772039 October 9, 2016 EPSS 15 Chasing Ice Documentary Assignment 1 Chasing Ice is a modern documentary about the human impact on the Earth s glaciers. Following James Balog and his team the Extreme Ice Survey (EIS), the group aims to provide visible evidence of human impact on the Earth s glaciers, as they trek through harsh conditions in Alaska, Greenland, and Iceland. Balog was once a skeptic of climate change as he believed that the theory surrounding global warming was based off of computer models. Furthermore, he did not believe that humans could alter the world s climate on such a global scale. However, through studies of ice records, long tubes of ice drilled from the ground, Balog found key evidence suggesting ideas contrary to his prior beliefs. These glacial tubes preserved historical records of the past similar to the rings of a tree, recording past temperatures and CO2 levels. Titanic was claimed to be unsinkable by the ships designer Thomas Andrews; Unfortunately, that would be deemed untrue on the morning of April 15th, 1912. Setting sail with just over twenty two hundred passengers and crew on board, Titanic was heading toward America however it would never arrive. Tragically only 710 people would live to talk about the tragedy of the night that Titanic sank. Over one hundred years after she sank, a new team of experts made the voyage out the wreck site of the R.M.S Titanic. This team of experts however was not looking for the most common pieces of the wreck, the bow and stern. Those pieces have been found from numerous expeditions to the wreck site since the very first expedition in 1985. This team set out with the most modern technology to make a complete map of the wreck site. Teams in 1985 went out on the first French/United States joint expedition to the Titanic and only found her bow and stern. Using the most innovative technology available combined with some of the top experts in their respected fields, Dr. David Gallo and his team set out to map out the whole wreck site of the RMS Titanic. Taking a closer considering the 2012 expedition this team of experts uses the most innovative technology available to them, the documentary gives an insight into everything that the research team did during each dive, and this team will ... I was hoping to discover what plants thrive in different lights for future references. I was hoping to find relevant information that will help me make decisions on what plants to purchase. Hypothesis Light intensity does affect the rate of photosynthesis. Too much light may cause plants to burn out or stop producing oxygen while too little light will not provide enough light for optimal photosynthesis activity and CO2 would stop be taken in and oxygen would stop being produced. Background When using algae beads and a CO2 indicator, the process of Photosynthesis and Cellular Respiration can be measured. In this experiment the intensity of light will be altered in each trail, and the rate of Photosynthesis will then be measured. As you rise from low light intensity to higher light intensity, the rate of photosynthesis will increase because there is more light available to drive the reactions of photosynthesis. However, once the light intensity gets high enough, the rate won t increase anymore since there will be more light than water and CO2; there will not be enough components from light, water, and CO2 to create the process of Photosynthesis. As CO2 dissolves and the amount of CO2 goes up, the pH will lower, which means the solutions color will change varying form red, orange and yellow, all pending on what the pH is at. CO2 will be produced from respiration, all while photosynthesis absorbs the CO2. This means that when the rate of photosynthesis is less than respiration, pH levels will decrease, and CO2 concentration will increase. Vis versa, when pH levels increase and CO2 concentration decreases, the photosynthesis rate is greater than the respiration rate. When limiting amount of light that is allowed to be transmitted, Neutral density filters can be used. These filers reduce the amount of light that is allowed to pass through. In this experiment the neutral density filters will be used to decrease the amount of light that is allowed to penetrate the algae beads. Two different density s will be test through this experiment, one density, which is ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

These weapons are a reality and they are under much scrutiny in the engineering and technological world with major implications on public safety and loopholes in federal regulations. The emerging technology of 3D printinghas been under development for many years now and the potential is highly underestimated. The latent violence that 3D printed weapons or more specifically guns could impose on society is frankly frightening. The controversy is generated from two different sides: one side takes the stance that these guns will be used as undetectable firearms for crime and could give anyone with a printer access to a lethal weapon; the other side believes that just as an individual could go to a hardware store and buy tools to enact violence in some form, a 3D printed firearm is no different. Part II will present the cutting edge technology of 3D printing, the uprising and how it has evolved. Part III introduces good and bad the 3D printing technology carries, and the reality of 3D printed firearms and their evolution. Part IV analyses the implications that 3D printed firearms have on current and future regulations and society as well as plausible solutions ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Even though people say soccer is more popular, there is no real debate on why Football is king. Both sports have changed cultures and impacted citizens, but which one is ultimately better? The first football game was played about 150 years ago, and has grown to one of the largest followings in the United States. American people have grown up in a society that is swarmed in a Footballistic Culture. During the fall season all talks and conversations are about how good the Patriots are doing or who has the best fantasy team, but by now this seems normal. To an average American boy this is nothing unnatural to hear about on a daily basis, and for even some they dread the talks of Football. However there are a select few that eat, breathe, and live football. Everything they do revolves around decisions their head coaches make and their lifestyles are compromised by star player decisions. Nevertheless Football has numerous aspects which make it superior to soccer. The First reason is the specialization of Offense and Defense, which allows players to devote their entire career to one side of the ball. This allows a player who feels strongly about a position to master all aspects of it and to become the best at it. If a player is all about destroying the offensive line and being disruptive as possible, then the defensive line is the perfect match up. Forcing players ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

That analysis determined the two hundred dollars currently contributed monthly to each child s college fund since each child was born will not fully fund their educations, given their ages, current balances in each college fund and the annual inflation of college costs. However, it is equally important for other potential forms of financial aid as many states and colleges use your FAFSA data to determine your eligibility for state and school aid, and some private financial aid providers may use your FAFSA information to determine whether you qualify for their aid (Federal Student Aid, 2017, p.1). Federal Student Aid is a very large program providing more than $150 billion in federal grants, loans, and work study funds each year to more than 13 million students paying for college or career school (Federal Student Aid, 2017, p.1). Therefore, the student who is seeking financial aid to cover a portion of college costs needs to first and foremost complete a FAFSA application as it is the basis for Federal Student Aid but is also the data source for other forms of student financial aid. FAFSA applications consider the assets of the parents and the student in determining the Expected Family Contribution (EFC) and will normally expect a higher percentage of contribution from student assets vice a lower percentage from the parents (Mannaioni Greer 2016). For determining family or student assets to be assessed against potential financial aid, FAFSA places emphasis on family or student adjusted gross income as other assets such as retirement accounts, cash value life insurance, home equity and small business assets are excluded when calculating the EFC. • 37. Rhetorical Analysis Of Aristotle s Theory Of Rhetoric Rhetoric can best be explained as how a speaker uses persuasion to influence their intended audience. Rhetoric is usually seen as a power that we as communicators are using to obtain the belief of others. Almost everyone uses rhetoric throughout their everyday lives without even knowing. We are constantly communicating with one another trying to prove some sort of point. There are many different figures that played a huge role in establishing rhetoric, but Aristotleis seen by many as the father of rhetoric. Not only does Aristotle have an influence on people of present day, but he had an influence on other Greek philosophers such as Cicero and Quintilian. His works established a baseline of rhetoric that many people after his time took and ran with. If he were around today, Aristotle would be seen by many as a rhetorical leader who could possibly end many communication differences and problems that are present in today s society. Aristotle was born in Stagira, Greece in the year 384 B.C. His father, Nicomachus, who died when Aristotle was a young boy, was a special court physician to the king of Macedonia (Biography, Aristotle ). This lead Aristotle to be greatly influenced by the court of Macedonia. When he turned 17, Aristotle set out for Athens to pursue an education at Platos Academy, which was a top of the line institute in Greece at the time. From the behavior of particles, scientists can determine many things about the world and the way it works. The simple definition of a particle is that it is a minute portion of matter. While not incorrect this answer lacks complexity. As was previously stated, particles make up everything; but, they also make up even the most basic form of matter the atom. Mesons, made of quark pairs, are usually found in cosmic rays. Quarks combine to form charges of 1, 0, or +1. Quarks in Baryons and Mesons are bound together by strong forces formed from the exchange of gluons. Much like how the electromagnetic force strength is determined by the amount of electric charge, the strong force strength is determined by a new quantity called color charge. (abyss.uoregon.edu) Quarks come in three colors, red, blue, and green. Although the implication is that quarks are colored, these terms are not meant to indicate a particular hue but instead describe the color of the charge of the quark. So, unlike electromagnetic charges which come in two types (positive and negative or north and south), color charge in quarks comes in three types. Color charge also has its anti particle nature. So there is anti red, anti blue and anti green. Gluons serve to act as the carrier of the color when they interact with quarks. Baryons and mesons must have a mix of colors such that the result is white. For example, red, blue, and green make white. Also red and anti red make white. (abyss.uoregon.edu) There can exist no free quarks; meaning no quarks can exist on their own. All quarks must be bound to another quark or antiquark by the exchange of gluons. This is called quark confinement. The exchange of gluons produces a color force field, referring to the assignment of color charge to quarks, similar to electric charge. The ... • 40. Conflict In Cormac Mccarthy s The Road What a conflict! Every author creates some type of conflict to have the reader sitting on the edge of their seats whether the conflict be man versus man, man versus self, or man versus nature. The novel The Road by Cormac McCarthy wrote a story about both a man and a boy who have particularly conflicting characteristics when it comes to decision making. The boy in the story is very optimistic about everything and the man can be pessimistic when either deciding on what to do or when thinking about life or the future. In addition, both characters have different outlooks and personalities that can sometimes collide. Both characters act completely different when confronted by another character in the story. The man is more concerned about the safety of the boy and himself. However, the boy wants to do anything and everything to help anyone that they come across. For example, during one situation in the story, a thief attempted to steal all their belongings. When the man caught him, the boy started crying, Papa?...Papa please don t kill the man (McCarthy 256). In contrast, after the man caught the thief the man held him at gun point and said, If you dont put down the knife and get away from the cart...I m going to blow your brains out (McCarthy 256).The man is more concerned with their safety, whereas the boy is concerned about the wellbeing and safety of the thief. The man acts in a similar manner to Ely when the boy wants to give him food, In the morning they stood in the road and he and the boy argued about what to give the old man (McCarthy 173). These two characters can collide sometimes when deciding on whether or not they should give food to people like Ely or The Lightning Man . Not only are they different when confronted by another character, they are also different on the way they look at arising situations. People perceive situations either two ways: optimistically or pessimistically. In the book, the author showed both ways of how a person would react either optimistically or pessimistically in a post apocalyptic world. He showed this with two characters, the man and the boy, the man reacting both pessimistically and optimistically in situations, and the boy being the optimistic character. ... Racial Profiling Is A Bad Idea Gabbi Rodriguez Barber Expository Per; 6 12 December 2014 In a 2002 article, Angela A Davis argues how racial profiling is a bad idea because racial profiling does more harm than good and people don t realize it. Statistics are very reliable such as; The Department of Health and Human Services reports that 77% of monthly drug users are white. We can t say that Caucasian people aren t ever racially profiled but you just don t see or hear it often. This proves that Caucasians can do the same crimes as an African Americanor Hispanic person can. Racial Profiling is when a police officer or people focus on a certain race or look and they judge those people I think that racial profiling should be justified but only for certain types of laws. It should be justified because it s a precaution and it helps to keep people safe. But I also think that it shouldn t be justified because people never should be judged by their looks, color of their skin, religion or personal beliefs because if the person is black or Arab /Muslim, it shouldn t define who they are and it doesn t make them a bad person. A white man can do the same exact crime as a Black, Hispanic, Muslim or an Asian man can.
