 Co-PM to enterprise-wide effort to restructure the entire store learning
architecture for the company in eight months. Project including working
with entire enterprise to ideate, design, develop and implement a
completely new, innovative way for store employees to complete their
training.
 Primarily responsible for the planning, coordinating, testing and entry of
enterprise content into LMS system by following Lowe’s processes and
procedures in order to provide learning to all Lowe’s employees.
 Assist in the consulting, coordination, and production of enterprise-wide
technology-supported learning solutions that will result in improving
business performance and increase workforce capability at Lowe’s.
 Responsible for partnering with various enterprise business units and
functions to determine comprehensive technical solutions that support
learning, content design, development, delivery, workforce performance,
and engagement for Lowe's.
 Provides ongoing awareness, education, and consultation regarding the
use of technology in curriculum and performance support and the use of
emerging technologies and their potential uses in developing and
sustaining performance at Lowe's.
 Instituted and created process and standards for content and course
production development.
 Tracks and maintains the L&D development and production process via
Microsoft Project/SharePoint
 Holds internal requestors and vendors responsible for adhering to agreed-
upon production processes, standards, and timelines
 Ensures that all templates, standards, and guidelines conform to similar
editorial, technical and production standards for eCourses production for
the enterprise.
 Develops templates, job aids, or other resources for e-learning
development for the enterprise
 Documents the standards for appropriate input for production, editorial,
technical, and production standards for all materials produced by L&D
Created and developed standards, processes, policies and procedures for
content design, development and deployment for the enterprise.
 Manage projects efficiently and utilize a solutions-based approach to
ensure that problems are anticipated and resolved quickly.
