Collaborative capabilities -Redesigning your blended program to achieve continuous workplace learning The pressure of achieving quality learning and proving ROI with a limited budget is a challenge faced by most. Targeted blended learning programs are crucial for aligning workforce capability with organisational goals. Michelle’s most recent corporate experience was at Coca-Cola Amatil (CCA). She designed, set up and led CCA’s Supply Chain Technical Academy over a five year period, ending in September 2016. Under her leadership the Academy was a highly commended finalist for blended learning (2013) and best use of social / collaborative learning (2015) in the Australian Institute of Training and Development’s (AITD) Excellence Awards. Working Out Loud is at the heart of Michelle’s professional practice. She writes a blog, is active on Twitter and is an advocate of Working Out Loud Circles.
