Responsible for UK SOUTH airports, Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted and Luton, to manage sell out for these
locations in line with brand strategy.
Direct line management responsibility for Senior Retail Manager in Heathrow and leadership teams in other
locations, coaching and monitoring on sales and service including seated services and key brand strategies.
Liase and strategise with the training team on artist development and the balance of art and commerce in the retail

Responsible for Operations within the UK Travel Retail Stores in the UK working with both retailer and brands.
World Duty Free, Aelia, P&O, LOreal, Estee Lauder, Bacardi, LVMH, P&G Prestige.
Supplying temporary staff as brand ambassadors for key brands in Travel Retail UK.
Key responsibilities are to ensure compliance of Service Level Agreement to be a chosen supplier within WDFG,
leading Account Management Team, Operations Team to ensure sales and service results.
Responsible for shop floor teams and management across the UK to ensure execution of brand activity and

the category for the brands most successful fragrance launch, Lancome moved up one ranking during
