Regional Sales Director UK & Ireland (Maternity Cover)
I currently lead the travel vertical of LivingSocial, with overall responsibility of achieving UK & Ireland
budget. This is a temporary position until 29th Feb when my duties will resume as Regional Sales
Manager UK.
Duties include:
Plan and manage at both strategic and operational level.
Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing monthly sales quotas per region.

2. January 2014 – July 2015 LivingSocial Escapes
Regional Sales Manager
Following on from the closure of TUI Marine at Port Solent, I opted for redundancy and secured the
position of Regional Sales Manager (South) for LivingSocial Escapes and was promoted within 6
months to the role of Regional Sales Manager (UK). Within this role I developed substantial growth in
revenue through the coaching and mentoring of the sales team.
Duties include:
Responsibility for UK revenue
Leading the Sales Team with responsibility of the collective pipeline
Managing strategic accounts
Communicating ongoing contact and sales activity using Salesforce
Strong emphasis on training and coaching the team to ensure all KPI’s achieved – weekly 1:1’s,

Contract extended but change of job title due to the return of the Director of Distribution following on
from Maternity leave. My role now oversaw the sales and aftersales teams ensuring service levels and
KPI’s were adhered to. Within this role I worked very closely with the Director of Distribution on new
distribution opportunities.
Duties include:
Leading and motivating the sales & aftersales team to exceed targets

Headhunted back to TUI Marine for maternity cover of the role of Director of Distribution my role has
responsibility for developing distribution and managing sales for the UK & Ireland source markets. My
primary objective was to manage and grow the distribution of Sunsail, The Moorings, Footloose and Le
Boat in this market, ensuring growth through current and new distribution channels at the lowest cost
possible.

Identifying new distribution opportunities within the UK & Irish source markets.
Managing all sales activity within the UK & Ireland setting strategy and KPI targets.
Developing existing business through travel agents, tour operators & affinity groups

Following on from my redundancy within TUI Marine, I moved on to work within the Education sector of
TUI. My role within JCA as Sales Manager involved managing a team of 6 to achieve their KPI's as
well as renegotiating contracts with suppliers and seeking new opportunities. Primarily an outbound
calling environment selling adventure holidays to the primary school market. Within this role targets
were exceeded.
April 2008 – October 2010 TUI Marine
Sales Centre Manager
Following a restructure my role developed into Sales Centre Manager encompassing Sunsail, Le Boat,
Club Vass & The Moorings – TUI Marine. With 18 direct reports (including Assistant Sales Centre
Manager) my focus daily was driving sales forward and seeking new opportunities whilst maintaining
existing business. Made redundant October 2010.

Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
Tracking conversion rates and sales levels for individual brands and products.
