Health First: I built the Enterprise Architecture Practice to integrate with the Enterprise Information
Technology operations for this Integrated Delivery Network (Healthcare). I established the Product and

Blue Rhino Group (Principal Architect) 05/2013 – 11/2016
Honda: I established the Solution Architecture practice and governance to integrate with the existing IT
and corporate structures and framework(s). I trained the architects, establishing deliverables, tasks and
accountability structures. I am also responsible for the incorporation of Project Management
Methodology, Information Assurance and Security processes into this initiative.
Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation: I managed, and was responsible for, the Business and Technology
architectures due diligence required by BMGF for the influx of a $5B capitalization program for new
initiatives. The due diligence required a complete metrics and scorecard Business Capability and
Motivation Models to be established for BMGF covering revenues, expenses, processes and resources.

Wyndham: I directed and established the architecture program that integrates a comprehensive
Business Architecture (BA) with an Enterprise Architecture (EA) program to create the Business
Technology organization. The BT became seamless component of the existing architectural framework
(TOGAF). I was also responsible for the incorporation of Innovation, Project Management Methodology,
Information Retention and Security processes into this environment. I also built relationships with user
and customers across multiple capabilities, including: Marketing and Sales, reservations, Customer
Service, Consumer Finance, as well as third party vendors.
Bank of America: I established the solution architecture practice for the elimination of 2nd day back
office processing for BAC. The architecture consisted of Business Models, SaaS/PaaS, Agile
methodology and Data/Image capture. BT became seamless component of the existing architectural
framework (TOGAF and Zachman). I was also responsible for the incorporation of Information Retention
and Security processes into this environment.
JetBlue Airways: I established the Enterprise Architecture frameworks and reference models (a
combination of Business Capabilities and Motivation), Innovation via EA practice and the Solution
Architecture processes for this major airline. JetBlue is in the process of initiating a Business Technology
concept for aligning technology, along with upgrading their environment to required governances and
processes.
Toyota: I developed and installed a UML based Business Modeling discipline to align with Business
Capabilities, Business Rules and BPMS. I established the Innovation practice and Idea Management
Process (IMP) initiative. I initiated and mentored the IT staff on governance and related policies,
procedures, disciplines, workflows, and activities required for a comprehensive EA, including the
development of Roles and Responsibilities for both technology and Business architectures. I also
supported the complete overhaul of the Dealer OEM (Raven) initiative.
CdB Technologies Inc., (CAO) 06/2003 – 07/2010
CapitalOne: was responsible for Service Domain and Project level architectural solutions and reference
models. I created the initial architectural vision, blueprint, and roadmap directions for the technology
solution portfolios. This required extensive business/technological research and understanding of the
environment. In addition, the directions were validated, that they would increase the quality of the
integrated solution, lower overall costs, and increase the integration and leverage with current systems.
I was responsible for partnering with business owners to develop an understanding of their business
processes (current and future), along with the supporting systems. I performed intensive research on
approved technology/business-related standards, topics, and current business problems and
documented impacts/potential considerations of these on the business processes and supporting
systems. For newly identified impacts or risks, I performed the initial requirements gathering and lead or
participate in the project business continuity and disaster recovery estimation/assumption discussion
within IT. I acted as a mentor to my peers when needed, and made sure that there was a complete
understanding of any situation by management.
Fedex: I established the alignment of Business Processes with IT. This included integration of Best of
Breed Corporate practices and frameworks, such as: EAP and Zachman architecture frameworks, EAI -
Enterprise Application Integration, QA – Six Sigma, Metrics – COCOMO, PMM - Project Management
Methodology, PMO - Project Management Office, and IMP - Information Management Process
(complying with ISO 9001 and 17799 using CobiT).
IBM: I implemented the Enterprise and Service Architectures (a combination of OAG, TOGAF, Zachman
and FEA, Information Management Process - IMP, and Software Deployment Process - SDP. IBM was
is in the process of establishing Best of Breed Practices to upgrade their environment to required
governances and established processes (ISO, COBIT and CMMi). I developed and installed a UML
based Project/Product/Process Methodology SDP (addressing Requirements, Analysis & Design,
Deployment, and Environment. Initiated and mentored to IT staff, the governances (to be endorsed by
the Board of Directors) and related policies, procedures, workflows, activities, guidelines and
artifacts/templates. I also assisted in the development of the Roles/Responsibilities of corporate
resources using CMMi processes.
City of Miami: I was responsible for the establishment of the Enterprise Architecture frameworks and
Reference Models (hybrid of EAP, Zachman and TOGAF), establishing governances, guidelines,
workflows, and processes for the Land Management Program.
FL DOT: As Sr. Enterprise Architect for the new $250M Toll System Replacement (TSR) project, I was
responsible for the inception and adherence to (FEA combined with TOGAF) architectural Frameworks

Operations organization unit. I was also responsible or the establishment of the Enterprise Security and
