These competencies transcended all vertical sector practices and grew to over $200 million in revenues.  Provided consultancy to senior leadership in e-commerce initiatives, full life cycle management of the entire IT projects.  Led a group of architects in the design, development, and deployment of several Web-based applications, merger and acquisitions solutions, data access, and secure communication templates for Health Care Systems using design patterns, business and software reuse strategy, and modern reference architecture methodologies. 1997- 1999 Dynex Capital, Inc. Glen Allen, VA, Quantitative & Programmer Analyst Designated as Quantitative & Programmer Analyst, was responsible for the research, assess, and infuse new technology into Dynex’s business operations as appropriate, with the specific objective of developing web based deployment of an open system architecture that incorporated financial data, images, and graphical representations.  Architected, modeled, and coded an Internet-based financial engine, which converted the loan to security.  Designed, developed, and implemented exotic and compound option models, pricing and hedging spreadsheets, Swap and Stochastic derivative models for derivative products and a secure Internet based proprietary risk management system with an emphasis on fixed and adjustable rate Collateralized Mortgage Obligations (CMO).  Defined Swap models, carried out numerical simulations for complex financial systems, created term structure of interest rate models using finite differential and simulation technique; Analyzed static and dynamic investment.  Created time discrete and time continuous Black-Scholes model for interest rate and currency Swaps. 1996 - 1997 EDS - Provost Center, Glenn Allen, VA, System Engineer Led a team of system architects in the development of a financial billing system. The business intent of the system allowed customer and providers to manage the bill payment of the Medicaid for the state of Vermont. 1989 -1996 Old Dominion University Research Foundation, Norfolk, VA, Research Scientist As Research Scientist, participated in NASA Grant No NCCI-42 entitled “A study of physical processes for space radiation protection,” sponsored by NASA Langley Research Center. While assigned to the NASA’s Material Division, had a major role in defining and implementing various layers of architecture and frameworks for a radiation physics application using advanced simulation techniques. Duties also included serving as a review and editing committee member for national and international journals that focused on technical publications.

Rajendra R Dubey 4 Was involved in the development of the overall formulation, programming, and logical modeling for a space radiation protection system using advanced Monte Carlo simulation techniques to solve complex problems including DNA modeling using time dependent/independent perturbation in radiation physics.  Worked with senior scientists to analyze satellite data for radioactive doses using numerical differentiation and integration techniques and advanced statistical modeling skills to model and determine which factors influenced the nuclear data.  Wrote a Ph.D. thesis entitled “Heavy-Ion Interaction Models for Radiation Transport” which addressed shielding materials for space travelers. This was part of an ongoing cancer research effort.
