Management (both Explicit and Tacit)) to define and govern the Business Technology (BT) organization. I am also
responsible for the establishment of Business Service components that directly tied into scored metrics as well as the

comprised of Business Capability Maps,Workflows, Rules and Models. The BT becomes a seamless product for any existing
architecture framework. I was also responsible for the incorporation of Innovation Practice, Project Management Methodology
(Waterfall, Iterative, Agile) and Office, Information Retention, Privacy and Security processes into the BT initiative. I also
built relationships across multiple industries, including: hospitality, banking, transportation and manufacturing.
