how to model sheet metal parts that will be bent in a press brake. You will 
learn how to build complex sheet metal models (stand-alone or multibody) by 
using the various flange features or by converting solid bodies directly into 
sheet metal parts, apply forming tools, create flat patterns, and detail 
everything in SOLIDWORKS drawings.

training program provides an in-depth session on the basics of turbulent fluid 
flow analysis, in addition to covering meshing concerns, modeling concerns, 
analysis, post-processing, available options and preferences. 
After the training you will be able to: 
Use SOLIDWORKS Flow Simulation to run fluid or air flow analysis on 
your designs, such as the wing of an airplane, or an exhaust valve 
Perform PCB analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of cooling systems 
and understand the impact of fluid flow on temperature in electrical 
systems

Duration: 2 Days In-class | 4 Days Online (3 hours/day)

Designed to help you become productive quickly with SOLIDWORKS 
Motion, this course will teach you how to use SOLIDWORKS Motion to study 
the kinematics and dynamic behaviour of your SOLIDWORKS assembly 
models. The course provides both essential and advanced sessions on the 
basics of building, simulating and refining a mechanical design system, 
from suspension steering system and drive shafts to backhoes, CAMS, 
gears, and actuators. 
After the training you will be able to: 
Use SOLIDWORKS Motion to perform motion analysis on your designs 
Size motors/actuators, determine power consumption, layout linkages, 
develop cams, understand gear drives, size springs/dampers, and 
determine how contacting parts behave

The SOLIDWORKS Plastics course teaches you how to use specialized simulation software tools to predict how melted plastic flows during the injection molding 
process. Predicting how the plastic will flow enables you to predict manufacturing defects such as weld lines, air traps, short shots, and sink marks. By predicting 
these defects, you can change the part or mold geometry, the processing conditions, or the plastic material itself to eliminate or minimize them, saving energy, 
material, time, and money. 
The SOLIDWORKS Plastics course covers all the features and functions of both SOLIDWORKS Plastics Professional (for part designers) and SOLIDWORKS Plastics 
Premium (for mold designers). 
After the training you will be able to: 
Better predict defects in your plastic part design 
Optimize your plastic parts for form, fit, and function 
Have a better understanding of how your mold design will perform

create Custom Styles. Customized training is also included, with lessons 4 
and 6 tailored to follow your organization's standards. 
The course is delivered in two stages convenient to your schedule, starting 
with a one-on-one day of instructor-led content, followed by a three-hour

Learning begins with brief independent prerequisite material, followed by 
a condensed in-person essentials course focusing on knowledge required

to help understand, interpret and apply the principles of GD&T. It is based on
