2. The Dynamic Worldwide Story
Dynamic Worldwide was founded by technical trainer David Warren, the
co-author of Cisco Self-Study: Building Cisco Metro Optical Networks
(2003).
In 2002, David was an independent trainer for Microsoft and Cisco
Systems, plus number of other Companies. It was then that he was
approached by firewall-provider Netscreen to incorporate his training

28. Customer Service in the 21st Century
Customer care is still a relatively new field compared to sales. Frontline
customer service agents often take on the role of fixers, sweeper-
uppers, and even frontline cannon fodder for organizations and
companies. They may justifiably complain about the size of the gap
between company promises and the ability of the company to deliver on
those promises.
In this course of four half-day sessions and a half-day follow-up a
month after completion, you will explore customer expectations and the
examine what customer service professionals do to meet those
expectations. You will also explore what makes up a customer-focused
culture and take a look at roles and responsibilities in the context of
daily customer service operations.
Course material is reinforced in each lesson by hands-on exercises and
collaborative discussions with other students to enhance the learning
process and foster a variety of ideas and perspectives across industries.

office administration. This involves direct patient contact, coordinating patient flow,
scheduling for both patients and physicians, preparing and maintaining medical records,

If you have been laid off, are unemployed, underemployed, or receiving unemployment
benefits, you may be eligible for a Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) job
training grant. This grant program can pay up to 100% of your tuition and fees up to a
cap of $4,000.00.
Trade Adjustment Act (TAA) Assistance
The Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) Program is a federal program that assists US
workers who have lost their jobs as a result of foreign trade. The TAA program seeks to
provide these trade affected workers with opportunities to obtain the skills, resources,
and support they need to become reemployed. TAA offers a variety of benefits and
services to support workers seeking reemployment: job training, income support, job
search and relocation allowances, and assistance with healthcare premium costs.
