GITO) – Personal Assistant to 5 Head of Programme Delivery Managers +2 Contractors (Permanent full time contract)
• PA/Senior Secretary and Project Office Assistance with numerous duties, including; SharePoint administration, meeting
organisation and diary management, low level technical support, asset management and the usage of systems that
facilitate the efficient day to day operation of senior management team. Duties included taking minutes for Grievance
hearings and supporting other HR processes as required, arranging Company events such as a Cheese & Wine evening,
setting up hosted live meet calls for 200 colleagues in India. Completed CMT (Change Management Toolkit) Course May

Hobbies & Interests
• 2015 - A member of GSRE and a Volunteer at Latchets Kennels. dining out, gardening, art, cinema and my dogs occupy
most of my spare time
• Salsa dancing, since October 2001. I taught salsa on a regular basis with a team of x4 in town. I also taught the occasional
class for private bookings. I enjoy excellent health. 2006 – 10 week course of Latin Ballroom dancing. I performed on
stage for a Flamenco show after 5 months of learning
• Qualified Le Roc Dance Teacher with UKA of Dance Teachers. Classes taught at Kingswood Le Roc, “All That Jazz” in
Broadmead - “Cascade” in Aztec West. Salsa teaching at Bar Med in 2005, Oceana, The Works in Broadmead, The Casino
on the Waterfront, Ésporta Health & Fitness in Stoke Gifford. I love languages and can speak a little Spanish after going to
night school in 2003 also a little French
