David Barnes presents his ITEC 299 final project. He took the class out of general interest in technology and a need for additional credits, though he found that it changed his view of higher education. Barnes learns best visually and explored smartphones, screencasting, and microblogs the most during the class. While he missed some marks as a learning guide, the class helped him customize his phone, learn new tools, and continue researching microblogs to support his field.
