"In any organization it is an essential task to protect the data from unauthorized users. Information Systems hardware, software, networks, and data resources need to be protected and secured to ensure quality, performance, and integrity. Security management deals with the accuracy, integrity, and safety of information resources. When effective security measures are in place, they can reduce errors, fraud, and losses. In the current work, the authors have proposed a model for encryption of a text phrase employing genetic algorithm. The entropy inherently available in genetic algorithm is exploited for introducing chaos in a text phrase thereby rendering it unreadable. The no of cross over points and mutation points decides the strength of the algorithm. Data security is of utmost importance for ubiquitous computing of medical/diagnostic data or images. Along with that must consider preserving the privacy of patients. Recently, deoxyribose nucleic acid (DNA) sequences and CSs are jointly used for building efficient data masking models. However, the state-of-art method is not robust against cropping attack (CA) and noise. Since in the existing model most of the digits of each pixel are not changed. This work represents efficient-data-masking (EDM) using chaos and the DNA based encryption technique for securing the healthcaredata. For overcoming the research challenges the effective-bit-scrambling technique is needed. At first, this work represents an efficient bit-scrambling using the logistic-sin-map, and the PS-utilizing the chaotic system. Then the substitution is carried out between them to resist against SA, DA, and CA. the experiments are conducted on the standard assuming the diverse images. The gained result represents that the introduced model is very efficient when compared to the existing models.

classification and clustering operations are carried out under data mining. Clustering method is used to group up the
records based on the relevancy. Distance or similarity measures are used to estimate the transaction relationship.
Census data and medical data are referred as micro data. Data publish schemes are used to provide private data for
analysis. Privacy preservation is used to protect private data values. Anonymity is considered in the privacy
preservation process.
Data values are allowed to authorized users using the access control models. Privacy Protection Mechanism
(PPM) uses suppression and generalization of relational data to anonymize and satisfy privacy needs. Accuracyconstrained privacy-preserving access control framework is used to manage access control in relational database. The
access control policies define selection predicates available to roles while the privacy requirement is to satisfy the kanonymity or l-diversity. Imprecision bound constraint is assigned for each selection predicate. k-anonymous
Partitioning with Imprecision Bounds (k-PIB) is used to estimate accuracy and privacy constraints. Role-based Access
Control (RBAC) allows defining permissions on objects based on roles in an organization. Top Down Selection
Mondrian (TDSM) algorithm is used for query workload-based anonymization. The Top Down Selection Mondrian
(TDSM) algorithm is constructed using greedy heuristics and kd-tree model. Query cuts are selected with minimum
bounds in Top-Down Heuristic 1 algorithm (TDH1). The query bounds are updated as the partitions are added to the
output in Top-Down Heuristic 2 algorithm (TDH2). The cost of reduced precision in the query results is used in TopDown Heuristic 3 algorithm (TDH3). Repartitioning algorithm is used to reduce the total imprecision for the queries.
The privacy preserved access privilege management scheme is enhanced to provide incremental mining
features. Data insert, delete and update operations are connected with the partition management mechanism. Cell level

A data estimation for failing nodes using fuzzy logic with integrated microco...IJECEIAES
Continuous data transmission in wireless sensor networks (WSNs) is one of the most important characteristics which makes sensors prone to failure. A backup strategy needs to co-exist with the infrastructure of the network to assure that no data is missing. The proposed system relies on a backup strategy of building a history file that stores all collected data from these nodes. This file is used later on by fuzzy logic to estimate missing data in case of failure. An easily programmable microcontroller unit is equipped with a data storage mechanism used as cost worthy storage media for these data. An error in estimation is calculated constantly and used for updating a reference “optimal table” that is used in the estimation of missing data. The error values also assure that the system doesn’t go into an incremental error state. This paper presents a system integrated of optimal data table, microcontroller, and fuzzy logic to estimate missing data of failing sensors. The adapted approach is guided by the minimum error calculated from previously collected data. Experimental findings show that the system has great potentials of continuing to function with a failing node, with very low processing capabilities and storage requirements.
Due to diversity, heterogeneity and complexity of the existing healthcare structure, providing suitable
healthcare services is a complicated process. This work describes the conceptual design of an e-healthcare
system, which implements integration strategies and suitable technologies that will handle the
interoperability problem among its essential components. The proposed solution combines intelligent agent
technology and case based reasoning for highly distributed applications in healthcare environment.
Intelligent agents play a critical role in providing correct information for diagnostic, treatment, etc. They
work on behalf of human agents taking care of routine tasks, thus increasing speed and reliability of the
information exchanges. CBR is used to generate advices to a certain e-healthcare problems by analyzing
solutions given to previously solved problems and to build intelligent systems for disease diagnostics and
prognosis. Preliminary experimental simulation based on Agent Development Framework (JADE)
demonstrated the feasibility of this model.
Towards A More Secure Web Based Tele Radiology System: A Steganographic ApproachCSCJournals
While it is possible to make a patient's medical images available to a practicing radiologist online e.g. through open network systems inter connectivity and email attachments, these methods don't guarantee the security, confidentiality and tamper free reliability required in a medical information system infrastructure. The possibility of securely and covertly transmitting such medical images remotely for clinical interpretation and diagnosis through a secure steganographic technique was the focus of this study.
We propose a method that uses an Enhanced Least Significant Bit (ELSB) steganographic insertion method to embed a patient's Medical Image (MI) in the spatial domain of a cover digital image and his/her health records in the frequency domain of the same cover image as a watermark to ensure tamper detection and nonrepudiation. The ELSB method uses the Marsenne Twister (MT) Pseudo Random Number Generator (PRNG) to randomly embed and conceal the patient's data in the cover image. This technique significantly increases the imperceptibility of the hidden information to steganalysis thereby enhancing the security of the embedded patient's data.
In measuring the effectiveness of the proposed method, the study adopted the Design Science Research (DSR) methodology, a paradigm for problem solving in computing and Information Systems (IS) that involves design and implementation of artefacts and methods considered novel and the analytical testing of the performance of such artefacts in pursuit of understanding and enhancing an existing method, artefact or practice.
The fidelity measures of the stego images from the proposed method were compared with those from the traditional Least Significant Bit (LSB) method in order to establish the imperceptibility of the embedded information. The results demonstrated improvements of between 1 to 2.6 decibels (dB) in the Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR), and up to 0.4 MSE ratios for the proposed method.

Advancements in technology unveil a myriad of electrical and electronic breakthroughs geared towards efficiently harnessing limited resources to meet human energy demands. The optimization of hybrid solar PV panels and pumped hydro energy supply systems plays a pivotal role in utilizing natural resources effectively. This initiative not only benefits humanity but also fosters environmental sustainability. The study investigated the design optimization of these hybrid systems, focusing on understanding solar radiation patterns, identifying geographical influences on solar radiation, formulating a mathematical model for system optimization, and determining the optimal configuration of PV panels and pumped hydro storage. Through a comparative analysis approach and eight weeks of data collection, the study addressed key research questions related to solar radiation patterns and optimal system design. The findings highlighted regions with heightened solar radiation levels, showcasing substantial potential for power generation and emphasizing the system's efficiency. Optimizing system design significantly boosted power generation, promoted renewable energy utilization, and enhanced energy storage capacity. The study underscored the benefits of optimizing hybrid solar PV panels and pumped hydro energy supply systems for sustainable energy usage. Optimizing the design of solar PV panels and pumped hydro energy supply systems as examined across diverse climatic conditions in a developing country, not only enhances power generation but also improves the integration of renewable energy sources and boosts energy storage capacities, particularly beneficial for less economically prosperous regions. Additionally, the study provides valuable insights for advancing energy research in economically viable areas. Recommendations included conducting site-specific assessments, utilizing advanced modeling tools, implementing regular maintenance protocols, and enhancing communication among system components.
