Apple has an opportunity to transform its Health app into an intelligent predictive health platform by centralizing health data, expanding the data collected, and using machine learning to generate individual and population-level health predictions. The strategy involves directing more health data from third party apps and devices into the Health app database, adding new data sources like genetics and public health databases, and analyzing the data to create predictive models and insights accessible through an interactive Siri interface. This enhanced Health app could generate new revenue streams for Apple through personal health analytics services and the development of medical-specific hardware and apps. Risks include ensuring privacy and security of the sensitive health data and navigating evolving healthcare regulations around mobile health data and devices.

Health and fitness mobile apps have grown in popularity as people seek to monitor their health and fitness goals digitally. Such apps allow users to track key health metrics like blood pressure, heart rate, steps and calories burned. They also enable connecting to wearable devices and integrating fitness activities, nutrition plans and social media. Developing a high-quality health and fitness app requires incorporating features for user profiles, activity tracking, appointment scheduling, and admin panels to manage doctors, payments and more. While costs vary depending on features, a basic health and fitness app development is estimated to take 2-3 months and cost $10,000-$30,000 on average.

This document describes a fitness trainer application that uses artificial intelligence. The application detects a user's exercise poses using MediaPipe, counts repetitions, provides alerts, and estimates calories burned. It also provides personalized dietary plans using formulas to calculate daily calorie needs and recommend meals. The application aims to help users exercise and maintain a healthy diet at home without expensive gym fees or dieticians. It detects poses in real-time video and analyzes joint positions to track exercise repetitions accurately. Recommended diets are generated based on the user's profile and preferences. The application could guide home workouts and help spread health awareness to more people.
Project delivery is a robust application called the ADAPTATION and PERSONALIZED FITNESS APP. which will provide three main modules for users to use. First, users can do exercise wherever they like by using the Exercise section where it contains different types of exercises and exercises that can help them and help them live a healthier life. However, a healthy lifestyle cannot be done entirely with exercise because the role of diet is also very important. Users will be able to keep track of what they have eaten and eat the right foods by looking at the statistics related to their bodies in the diet category. Finally, users can do yoga at home.Basically, all of the above activities are intended to help users stay away from serious illnesses so that they can enjoy a healthier life with their loved ones. For a clearer picture of fitness apps, there is a fitness app updated for this project which is Runtastic Running and Fitness. Therefore, the life cycle model of repetition and multiplication is adopted in this project in order to determine the feasibility. Few needs cycles, design and implementation phases will pass while other features will be added to the application up to the project. DANES: Diet and Nutrition Expert System for Meal Management and Nutrition Cou...rahulmonikasharma
“Your body is your temple” As people across the globe are becoming more health conscious, eating more healthy food and avoiding junk food, a system that can measure calories and nutrition in every day meals can be very useful for maintaining one’s health. Food calorie and nutrition measurement system is very beneficial for dieticians and patients to measure and manage their daily food intake. We also know that it’s difficult to find an affordable nutritionist or a dietician across the street; therefore, we have proposed a system – DIET AND NUTRITION EXPERT SYSTEM. The proposed system is a responsive android application which contains the knowledge and data regarding the fitness of a person and nutrition content values. This application consists of the user interface which will be publicly displayed on the application i.e. the basic information regarding the fitness and nutrition values such as how to maintain good health by adapting healthy eating habits which includes the intake of calories, proteins and carbohydrates etc. in proper proportion. A dietician consults a person based on his schedule, body type, height and weight. The system too asks all this data from the user and processes it. It asks about how many hours the user works, his height, weight, age etc. The system stores and processes this data and then calculates the nutrient value needed to fill up users’ needs.

STUDY THE EFFECT OF RESPONSE REDUCTION FACTOR ON RC FRAMED STRUCTUREIRJET Journal
This study examines the effect of response reduction factors (R factors) on reinforced concrete (RC) framed structures through nonlinear dynamic analysis. Three RC frame models with varying heights (4, 8, and 12 stories) were analyzed in ETABS software under different R factors ranging from 1 to 5. Electric vehicle and photovoltaic advanced roles in enhancing the financial p...IJECEIAES
Climate change's impact on the planet forced the United Nations and governments to promote green energies and electric transportation. The deployments of photovoltaic (PV) and electric vehicle (EV) systems gained stronger momentum due to their numerous advantages over fossil fuel types. The advantages go beyond sustainability to reach financial support and stability. The work in this paper introduces the hybrid system between PV and EV to support industrial and commercial plants. This paper covers the theoretical framework of the proposed hybrid system including the required equation to complete the cost analysis when PV and EV are present. In addition, the proposed design diagram which sets the priorities and requirements of the system is presented. The proposed approach allows setup to advance their power stability, especially during power outages. The presented information supports researchers and plant owners to complete the necessary analysis while promoting the deployment of clean energy. The result of a case study that represents a dairy milk farmer supports the theoretical works and highlights its advanced benefits to existing plants. The short return on investment of the proposed approach supports the paper's novelty approach for the sustainable electrical system. In addition, the proposed system allows for an isolated power setup without the need for a transmission line which enhances the safety of the electrical network
