Project delivery is a robust application called the ADAPTATION and PERSONALIZED FITNESS APP. which will provide three main modules for users to use. First, users can do exercise wherever they like by using the Exercise section where it contains different types of exercises and exercises that can help them and help them live a healthier life. However, a healthy lifestyle cannot be done entirely with exercise because the role of diet is also very important. Users will be able to keep track of what they have eaten and eat the right foods by looking at the statistics related to their bodies in the diet category. Finally, users can do yoga at home.Basically, all of the above activities are intended to help users stay away from serious illnesses so that they can enjoy a healthier life with their loved ones. For a clearer picture of fitness apps, there is a fitness app updated for this project which is Runtastic Running and Fitness. Therefore, the life cycle model of repetition and multiplication is adopted in this project in order to determine the feasibility. Few needs cycles, design and implementation phases will pass while other features will be added to the application up to the project. A Development of Android-based Mobile Application for Getting Ideal WeightTELKOMNIKA JOURNAL
The development of this application has a goal to give people who don’t have any idea of how to
keep an ideal body weight and to maintain it by having controlled food intakes and exercises. This
application is designed by using a Waterfall Model, a 5-phase model that is Communication, Planning,
Modeling, Construction, and Deployment starting from as the aforementioned steps. Based on the
responds we get from distributing questionnaire, many people didn’t know how to exercise properly and
didn’t bother to check the calories of their food. Their weight is also a problem because most of them still
have an Overweight or Underweight status. From those responds, we can conclude that our application
will indeed help people to get and maintain their ideal body weight.

Standardization and Formulations of Calotropis ProceraYogeshIJTSRD
Plants growing in arid regions have elicited increased attention, because the hostile environment, in which these plants survive, forces them to develop chemical protective systems through adaptation which is rarely found in vegetation of other ecosystems. Furthermore, many of the plants grow in areas, where the dependence on traditional, plant based medicines over industrially produced pharmaceuticals persists to this day. The two plants, Calotopris Procera giant milkweed, also named C. Persica and Calotropis gigantea crown ower , have been used widely in traditional medicine in North Africa, the Middle East, and South and South East Asia. This has led to extensive research on the chemical constituents of the plants. Both plants are known to be sources of cardenolides, and newer research has yielded a number of interesting cancer active constituents. In addition, extracts of both plants have remarkable nematocidal, molluscidal and insecticidal activities. In many regions, the wood of Calotropis plants has been used as a building material and as a source of fuel. In addition, certain parts of the plants have been used as feed for livestock. In other regions, Calotropis plants are seen as invasive species that threaten local plant life and that due to their toxicity also pose a threat to grazing eld animals. Review of the Diagnosis and Treatment of ParalysisYogeshIJTSRD
Paralysis is a complete loss of motor power in any muscle group. When paralysis affects all four extremities, it is called quadriplegia when it affects only the lower extremities, paraplegia and when it affects the extremities on one side of the body, hemiplegic. For this reason, the term paralysis is generally reserved for more focal, less stereotyped weakness, for instance, affecting all the muscles innervated by a peripheral nerve. Many different anatomical lesions and etiologies can cause paralysis and determine its treatment. Bikash Debsingha | Dr. Gourav Kr. Criminology Educators Triumphs and StrugglesYogeshIJTSRD
This research study is geared on determining the triumphs and struggles of criminology educators. Included on the aim is to know their experiences and story being considered as teacher by accident. A qualitative research design was applied in this study. Researchers conducted a personal interview with the respondents with the aid of a guide questions which all points to main issue of this study. The findings of the study revealed that out of seven respondents, four are on the age bracket of 21 to 25 years old, two respondents are on the age bracket of 26 to 30 years old and a single respondent is on the age bracket of 36 to 40 years. Most of the respondents find enthusiasm in teaching and are aware that there is a need for them to proceed in post graduate studies for them to have a considerable salary. As to financial stability, only 1out of 7 considers herself as financially stable. The rest are saying that as of the moment, they are not yet financially stable basing on the rate of their salary. Qualification matters a lot in the field of academe because this was being shared by one of the respondents who considers herself as financially stable. Also, all of the respondents do not consider teaching as their first career of choice but most of them does not have any plan of shifting to another career. Girlie N. Cañete | Harry Santiago P. Automatic Query Expansion Using Word Embedding Based on Fuzzy Graph Connectiv...YogeshIJTSRD
The aim of information retrieval systems is to retrieve relevant information according to the query provided. The queries are often vague and uncertain. Thus, to improve the system, we propose an Automatic Query Expansion technique, to expand the query by adding new terms to the user s initial query so as to minimize query mismatch and thereby improving retrieval performance. Most of the existing techniques for expanding queries do not take into account the degree of semantic relationship among words. In this paper, the query is expanded by exploring terms which are semantically similar to the initial query terms as well as considering the degree of relationship, that is, “fuzzy membership- between them. The terms which seemed most relevant are used in expanded query and improve the information retrieval process. The experiments conducted on the queries set show that the proposed Automatic query expansion approach gave a higher precision, recall, and F measure then non fuzzy edge weights. A New Proposal for Smartphone Based Drowsiness Detection and Warning System f...YogeshIJTSRD
This paper proposes a Smartphone based system for the detection of drowsiness in automotive drivers. The proposed system uses three stage drowsiness detection technique. The first stage uses the percentage of eyelid closure PERCLOS which is obtained by capturing images with the front camera of the Smartphone with a modified eye state classification method. The system uses near infrared lighting for illuminating the face of the driver during night driving. The second step uses the voiced to the unvoiced ratio VUR obtained from the speech data from the microphone, in the event PERCLOS crosses the threshold. The VUR is also compared with a threshold and if it is a value greater than that of the threshold, it moves on to the next verification stage. In the final verification stage, touch response is required within the stipulated time to declare whether the driver is drowsy or not and subsequently sound an alarm. To awake the driver, a vibrating mechanism is done and also the live GPS location is also sent to an emergency contact. We have studied eight other reference papers for the literature review. The system has three advantages over existing drowsiness detection systems. First, the three stage verification process makes the system more reliable. The second advantage is its implementation on an Android smart phone, which is readily available to most drivers or cab owners as compared to other general purpose embedded platforms. The third advantage is the use of SMS service to inform the control room as well as the passenger regarding the loss of attention of the driver. Data Security by AES Advanced Encryption StandardYogeshIJTSRD
Now a days with the rapid development of multimedia technologies, research on safety and security are becoming more important. Multimedia data are generated and transmitted through the communication channels and the wireless media. The efficiencies of encryption based on different existing algorithms are not up to the satisfactory limit. Hence researchers are trying to modify the existing algorithm or even develop new algorithms that help to increase security with a little encryption time. Here in this paper, we have furnished a new technology to modify the AES algorithm which gives more security with a little encryption time and which can be used to encrypt using 128 bit key. Theoretical analysis on the proposed algorithm with the existing reveals the novelty of our work. Here we have proposed a technique to randomize the key and hidden the key data into an encrypted digital image using the basics concept of cryptography and also using the concept of digital watermarking, the concept of key hide has also been encrypted. We have also proposed a new technique to reposition the pixels to break the correlation between them. So, the proposed scheme offers a more secure and cost effective mechanism for encryption. Next on the AES criteria list good performance. Widespread market adoption will require reasonably good performance on a variety of platforms, ranging from easy tocrack smart cards to the largest servers. Good algorithm performance includes speed for the encryption and decryption process as well as the key schedule. Comparative Analysis of Different Numerical Methods for the Solution of Initi...YogeshIJTSRD
A mathematical equation which involves a function and its derivatives is called a differential equation. We consider a real life situation, from this form a mathematical model, solve that model using some mathematical concepts and take interpretation of solution. It is a well known and popular concept in mathematics because of its massive application in real world problems. Differential equations are one of the most important mathematical tools used in modeling problems in Physics, Biology, Economics, Chemistry, Engineering and medical Sciences. Differential equation can describe many situations viz exponential growth and de cay, the population growth of species, the change in investment return over time. We can solve differential equations using classical as well as numerical methods, In this paper we compare numerical methods of solving initial valued first order ordinary differential equations namely Euler method, Improved Euler method, Runge Kutta method and their accuracy level. We use here Scilab Software to obtain direct solution for these methods. Evaluation of Different Paving Mixes Using Optimum Stabilizing ContentYogeshIJTSRD
Bituminous mixes are most commonly used all over the world in flexible pavement construction. It consists of asphalt or bitumen used as a binder and mineral aggregate which are mixed together, laid down in layers and then compacted. Under normal circumstances, conventional bituminous pavements if designed and executed properly perform quite satisfactorily but the performance of bituminous mixes is very poor under various situations. Today’s asphaltic concrete pavements are expected to perform better as they are experiencing increased volume of traffic, increased loads and increased variations in daily or seasonal temperature over what has been experienced in the past. In addition, the performance of bituminous pavements is found to be very poor in moisture induced situations. Considering this a lot of work has been done on use of additives in bituminous mixtures and as well as on modification of bitumen. Research has indicated that the addition of polymers to asphalt binders helps to increase the interfacial cohesiveness of the bond between the aggregate and the binder which can enhance many properties of the asphalt pavements to help meet these increased demands. However, the additive that is to be used for modification of mix or binder should satisfy both the strength requirements as well as economical aspects. Operation “Blue Star” is the only event in the history of Independent India where the state went into war with its own people. Even after about 40 years it is not clear if it was culmination of states anger over people of the region, a political game of power or start of dictatorial chapter in the democratic setup.
The people of Punjab felt alienated from main stream due to denial of their just demands during a long democratic struggle since independence. As it happen all over the word, it led to militant struggle with great loss of lives of military, police and civilian personnel. Killing of Indira Gandhi and massacre of innocent Sikhs in Delhi and other India cities was also associated with this movement.

A Strategic Approach: GenAI in EducationPeter Windle
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.

The French Revolution, which began in 1789, was a period of radical social and political upheaval in France. It marked the decline of absolute monarchies, the rise of secular and democratic republics, and the eventual rise of Napoleon Bonaparte. This revolutionary period is crucial in understanding the transition from feudalism to modernity in Europe.

Yoga module:-
This module has two parts one is Adaptability and the other
is Stress Reduction, yoga module helps you lose focus and
helps reduce stress, this module is very helpful for *** heat.
Programs:-
This module has special cardio programs, cardio exercises
for abs or abortion ***, this module has three types of
module One Upper body toning, Second Lower body cardio,
third At-Home Abs Workout .
1.2. Project Objectives
The objectives of the project are specified, the first objective
is that users will be able to track their current exercise, food
and water through the continuous use of the app, thismeans
that all information related to their health, will be entered
and stored in a database for continuous process and shown
to users where needed. Users can have a better view of their
lives because they can keep track and view the information
stored in an orderly fashion. There are 4 main modules in
the app, namely Gym, Yoga, Ripes and ModuleProgramsthat
aim to support and help users live a healthier life because
each category enters and provides different information to
users. As such, the second goal is to help users get used to
exercising and maintainingtheirdietshouldalwaysbebased
on analyzed results from the data stored in the database by
encouraging them with extreme motivation. Obviously, that
can be a big problem if people eat whatever they want and
eat a lot of calories every day but don’t do enough exercise,
obesity and other chronic illnesses that came to them
recently. The fact is that a person eats more than his body
needs and should feel satisfied insteadoffocusingonthe end
of the meal.
Finally, the biggest problem that needs to be addressed with
this program is lack of knowledge and motivation. People
often do not provide enough information to adhere to the
latest health information and get a clear idea of what to do
and how to access it.
1.3. Impact, Significance, and Contribution
The eligibility app to be developed will be able to track user
data such as food, recipes, statistics, etc.aftercontinuoususe
of the app. There is a dedicated section that shows all kinds
of statistics in a systematic way for users whenever they
wish to view details about their progress. On the otherhand,
people today do not even know the full scope of their
condition, which is the emergence of chronic diseases.
Speaking of user health, the final delivery of this project is to
encourage and motivate users to lead a healthy lifestyle
through a built-in social media platform and the concept of
naming as leaderboards so that they do not think exercise is
meaningless when there is no internal motivation.
1.4. Background Information
People often overlook the importance of maintaining their
dignity at a higher level or higher in today's society. Obesity
and other diseases come in without much warning because
people are always busy with their jobs and their health, all
they can take care of is the money they earn and the people
they love. All of these diseases should be considered as the
growth of diseases is inevitable and highly protected by
lifestyle changes (World Health Organization, 2000). Even
though they see the danger they face, they do not have
enough time to rest or encourage them to die from serious
illness. So, the app to strengthen the solution tothisproblem
because the personal thing that is closest to modern people
is the smartphone and mobile apps installed inside it.
2. LITERATURE REVIEW
2.1. Runtastic Running & Fitness
This app is built by Runtastic, it is a running tracker that
turns the tracker so that users can track their runs and see
their progress while completingtheirfitnessgoals.Theapp's
main screen features a dashboard-like monitorthatdisplays
performance-related values such as length, distance,
calories, height, clock, and steps. Users will be able to track
prices and location as they run or run on the current route,
in this app includes a pedometerwhichalsotracksyourdaily
steps.
2.2. The Role of Social Media on Motivating People to
Exercise More
Social influences from anonymous peers on the Internet are
far more effective than promotional messages for the
development of exercise. The study conducted a study by
dividing a group of people into 2groups,namelypeergroups
and health groups. Peer groups receive promotional
messages such as motivational exercise videos and sketches
containing tips and tips for fitness while healthy groups of
buddies are exposed to social media with other peers.
Notes regarding resilience achievements and progresswere
regularly exchanged by members of a peer group who were
unfamiliar with each other. For example, a person will be
notified by email when other people sign up for yoga.
However, the results were not impressive enough as people
lost their motivation after some time. In contrast, significant
growth was observed in health-care groups as members
were connected to peer-to-peer networks. As a result, good
work ethic can be promoted by connecting the user to each
other on social media.
3. PROPOSED WORK
3.1. Methodology:-
3.1.1. Waterfall Methodology:-
Waterfall method is a popular methodology among the
traditional software methods while it consists of several
sequential phases as shown in Figure 4.1 below:
Figure 4.1 Waterfall method
Each stage must be completed before moving on to the next
stage to ensure that all the goals can be achieved. However,
the process cannot be reversed because all operations are
performed in line flow in the specified sequence. In terms of

benefits, the waterfall method is easy to understand and
works on many projects because of its robust nature. Unlike
other time-consuming routes, the waterfall route saves a lot
of time because there is only one road system. However, this
approach does not allow it to be organized in the testing
phase and makes the tasks much more difficult for
developers. And it is not possible to get a project result as
prototypes or models are not needed during the project
3.1.2. Rapid Application Development:-
Rapid Application Development is an abbreviated
development process that produces a high quality system
with low investment costs. The investment cost of the
system is low because the RAD allows for quick adjustment
during the process development process. In addition, this
approach can be divided into four categories, namely needs
requirements, user design, construction and cutover as
shown in Figure 4.2 below. RAD is designed to engage the
user in a program development process while highlighting
active user participation. Interestingly, the user and
construction stages will be repeated until clients agree that
all requirements are met. In terms of benefits, engineerswill
assist clients in taking quick updatessothattheycanprovide
their key developer errors as customer feedback is always
encouraged to improve.
Figure 4.2 Rapid application development
3.1.3. Iterative and Incremental Methodology:-
This approach utilizes the breakdown of the developmental
life cycle which will be the small and practical modulesofthe
project. Thereafter, the entire module will go through the
requirements, construction, implementation, and testing
stages so that the quality of each module is guaranteed.
Additional features and functions will be added to the
module more and more as the module goes through each
cycle and the module will be integratedorfurtherdeveloped
until the project is completed. There are several advantages
to this method, the first advantage is the time to make the
operating software much shorter and much smaller in the
SDLC because some stages of the life cycle have to be
repeated several times until the project is completed.
Besides, it is also easy to check and correct errors during
each cycle as the module is divided intosmallerpieces which
will lead to a shorter developmenttime.Inaddition, therisks
are easy to control because of the nature of this approach as
risks are identified and adjusted in advance during each
cycle. In terms of change, this model also makes the chances
of change or need less expensive duetothechangingnature.
Figure 4.3: Iterative and incremental methodology
3.1.4. Selection of Development Methodology:-
In view of the methods discussed above, the repetition and
addition methods will be chosen to make this project
because the size of this project is very large. The program
can be divided into a few modules so that the development
process is more complex compared to the rest of the system.
The short duration of the project is one of the reasons for
choosing this approach as it is a flexible environment that
allows for a change in needs throughout the development
process, if possible. After that, after passing a few cycles of
construction and development, testing, and implementation
process, some features will be added to the project further
and final construction will be the delivery of a project called
ADAPTIVE & PERSONALIZED FITNESS mobile application.
3.2. Development Tools:-
The project scope mentioned above has stated that the
deliverable of this project will be a fitnessmobileapplication
that enables the users to practice a healthy lifestyle. Thus,
this section will discuss about the system requirements that
are essential to the deliverable. The tools thataregoingtobe
used in this project will be discussed below:
1. Android Studio:-
Delivery will be compiled using Android Studio. The main
reason is a simple, easy-to-navigate built-in user interface
that allows for great efficiency while developingthisproject.
In addition, a software development kit (SDK) that is
essential for mobile application development is also
provided to the software so that developers do not have to
search elsewhere. It is also very stable compared to other
IDEs like Eclipse because the hardware requirements for
Android Studio are very low so they will not always be
cracked or unresponsive. As such, the featuresandfunctions
contained in Android Studio also exceed the current level of
project development because it is a state-of-the-artsoftware
used by millions of Android developers around the world.
2. Android Virtual Device & Smartphone:-
Also known as Android Emulator and smartphone will be
used as fully mobile device testing tools throughout the
project development process.
3. Firebase
Firebase is a platform developed by Google that supports
iOS, Android, Unity, the web, allowing developerstodevelop
applications with great integration and interoperability
between different platforms. Many products.
3.3. Implementation Issues and Challenges :-
There have beena numberof implementationchallengesand
challenges encountered in this project which have slowed
down progress and the current technical skills have
intervened to overcome the problems. First and foremost,

because the application requires a server side configuration
to access and store data in a database, it was difficult to
configure the server without basic knowledge of steps and
processes. After searching the Internet for a solution, the
issues were finally resolved but that resultsinaninvestment
of the most valuable time in the process.
On the other hand, there are some modules in the app that
include complex Android encoding when it comes to key
functions such as location reporting. This function requires
certain APIs that were previouslyuneducated becausethisis
not included in the course syllabus. In addition, the
animation contained in the app makes the task very difficult
because the animation results were difficult to achieve with
limited knowledge and experience but those effects can
make the app look appealing to the user. However, after
some trials and errors, the challenges have finally been
resolved.
CONCLUSION
In fact, some modern-day citizens do not have the proper
exercise habits and find it difficult to keep track of their
physical development for a variety of reasons, suchaslack of
knowledge and experience. It is also fair to say that theyalso
have a job, as if you are not stressed enough to balance their
jobs and healthy lives. Clearly, the lossofmotivationisoneof
the biggest problems that people tend to stop exercising
regularly. That means people will feel bored as they can no
longer be motivated unless there is an incentive to re-
motivate them to make more effort. That being said, only
people who are determined and active insomewaycankeep
their heads up to stay healthy without the need for the help
of a firm app.
