Program Overview
Poor communication is at the root of almost every business problem
ranging from low productivity to employee theft. Communication is
defined as "The giving and receiving of information needed for intelligent
action or decision". It is also an act of creating understanding between
individuals.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills is the basis of an
individual's success at the workplace, as well as within their private life.
Some may think that someone's private life has no impact on his or her
work. In reality, an employee's way of communicating, in time, affects all
aspects of their life, including their work-style.
In a business environment such as yours, effective communication is a
must. This would then eliminate and prevent internal organizational
conflict, as well as improving the profits and success of your business.
Effective communication is also vital in a work environment in order to
eliminate tension. This then allows everyone to focus their energy on
reaching goals and objectives. Good communication helps prevent and
resolve conflicts in every day life, including the workplace. These
conflicts may be in the area of personal relationships, working
environment, expectations and responsibilities.

Communication is defined as "The giving and receiving of information needed for intelligent action or decision". It is also an act of creating understanding between individuals. Effective communication and interpersonal skills is the basis of an individual's success at the workplace, as well as within their private life. Some may think that someone's private life has no impact on his or her work. In reality, an employee's way of communicating, in time, affects all aspects of their life, including their work-style. In a business environment such as yours, effective communication is a must. This would then eliminate and prevent internal organizational conflict, as well as improving the profits and success of your business. Effective communication is also vital in a work environment in order to eliminate tension. This then allows everyone to focus their energy on reaching goals and objectives.
