Phil-IRI ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
I. Name of Activity: Phil-IRI
II. Objective: To measure and describe the learner’s reading
performance both in English and Filipino languages
in oral reading, silent reading, and listening
comprehension.
III. Participants: teacher, pupils, parents
IV. Highlights:
A. August 29, 2022
Conducted a group screening test in English and Filipino
from the 36 pupils officially enrolled in my class.
B. Phil- IRI Test
From the result of the GST conducted, Pre-Test in Phil-IRI was
conducted to the learners who needed to take the said test
both in English and Filipino.
C. Reading Intervention
Based from the results of the Phil-IRI test, reading
interventions were given to learners who got frustration level.
In this case, pupils were given reading materials suited to
their reading levels. Parents were also called their attention
regarding their sons/daughters who were struggling readers
to assist them ease off their reading difficulty.
D. Outcome
Both the parents and the pupils show their 100% cooperation with the said
undertaking. In fact, some showed their reading skills and still others showed
reading improvements.

Objective: To measure and describe the learner’s reading performance both in English and Filipino languages in oral reading, silent reading, and listening comprehension. III. Participants: teacher, pupils, parents IV. Highlights: A. August 29, 2022 Conducted a group screening test in English and Filipino from the 36 pupils officially enrolled in my class. B. Phil- IRI Test From the result of the GST conducted, Pre-Test in Phil-IRI was conducted to the learners who needed to take the said test both in English and Filipino. C. Reading Intervention Based from the results of the Phil-IRI test, reading interventions were given to learners who got frustration level. In this case, pupils were given reading materials suited to their reading levels. Parents were also called their attention regarding their sons/daughters who were struggling readers to assist them ease off their reading difficulty. D. Outcome Both the parents and the pupils show their 100% cooperation with the said undertaking. In fact, some showed their reading skills and still others showed reading improvements.
