SCMD 121: Introduction to Social
Networks for Organizations


Course Syllabus
In this course, students get a grasp of how different social networks are used within a business. See how
audiences are interacting with their friends, customers, and other brands over social media.

Students also learn how various organizations are utilizing the unique attributes of each social network to grow
their customer base and connect on a whole new level with their community- something that everyone can do!

Learn through engaging video modules, useful worksheets, and online tests. The second in a twopart series, this
course is comprised of one lesson totaling ten videos.
