• Conduct Loss Control Inspections and manage individual
client cases (Business Owners) to assure minimum
insurance risk levels for both the insured and the insurance
carrier. Inspections cover either building occupancy or
building condition to see that all insurance requirements are
met.
• Evaluate new building construction, remodeling and
additions made to existing building structures. This
includes historical landmarks, churches, hospitals, libraries,
government buildings, hi-rises, restaurants, manufacturing

• Monitor Insurance Regulations and specific categories such
as: Fire and All Risk, Worker’s Compensation for
Contractors (all fields), General Coverage Liability,
Commercial Automotive Fleet, etc.
• Survey two large separate regions covering a span of over
approximately 150 miles in California.
• Update and record all correspondence, appointments,
inspections, findings, solutions and reports which are then
uploaded to a web application for clients to access.
