- 6. Step 1: How to release online IT declaration form to employees?
- 8. Select ‘Payroll’ tab in the home screen
- 9. Select the ‘Payroll Month’ and click ‘Create Payroll’
- 10. Click ‘Confirm’ if you wish to release IT Declaration Form
- 11. Step 2: Now IT declaration is released online. But how can an employee declare his IT?
- 12. Log in as an employee
- 13. Click ‘My Info’ tab in the home screen
- 14. Select ‘IT Savings’ from the list
- 15. Click ‘Create Plan’ to save the amount displayed
- 16. See the ‘potential amount’ and declare accordingly, under each section
- 17. What is the ‘Potential Amount’ shown in the previous screen? Potential amount is sum of the max limit of certain common particulars
- 18. Post declaring under each tab, click ‘Save’
- 19. After declaration, click ‘Submit’ under the IT Statement page
- 20. You can create any number of plans by clicking ‘Create New Plan’
- 21. After creating plans, compare a max of 3 and select the best
- 22. Post comparing, select the plan you want to use and click ‘Submit’
- 23. Click ‘Declared tab’ to see the plans that you have already declared
- 24. Step 3: How to accept the declaration as an admin after the employee submits his IT?
- 25. Log in as Admin
- 26. Click On ‘Payroll’ tab
- 27. Select ‘IT Declaration’ under ‘Admin’ menu and click ‘Consider’
- 28. Your IThas been declared!
