2. Easy finance from banks.
Interest rate concession where MSME can avail a benefit of 1 to 1.5 %
reduction in interest rate.
Credit (amount) linked to the Guarantee Scheme.
Registered entities must receive their dues from buyers within 45 days.
Delay in payment will result in mandatory interest. The interest won't be
allowed as a business expenditure under IT Act.

3. Waiver in Earnest Money (Security Deposit ) in government tenders.
Concessions in electricity bills in certain cases.
Marketing development assistance and export promotion provided by the
government.
MSME Training and Development programs.

4. NEW BENEFITS AVAILABLE FOR MSME AND
CURRENT STIMULUS PACKAGE
Working capital term loan to help MSMEs.
Loans up to Rs. 25 cr. and for units that make up to Rs.100 cr. turnover.
Loans will have a 4 year tenure with 1 year moratorium on the principal
payment, no processing fees and no cap on rate of interest will be charged.
No prepayment penalty will be charged in case of early repayment.

5. Loans taken by ‘promoter’ or ’ director’ in personal capacity shall not be
covered under the package.
Provision of a debt facility of up to 15% of the promoter contribution or up
to Rs 75 lakhs to enhance equity.

6. OTHER INCENTIVES OFFERED
No fresh insolvency proceeding against MSMEs for 1 year.
e-Market linkage for MSMEs will be encouraged as a replacement for trade
fairs and exhibitions.
Rs. 90,000 crores liquidity amount offered for DISCOMs.
Reduction in cash reserve ratio by RBI for increased liquidity with banks.

7. MSME receivables from the government will have to be cleared in 45 days.
Fast track complaints will be redressed on Champions Portal itself.
COMPANY FRESH START SCHEME 2020 & LLP SETTLEMENT SCHEME 2020 -
There will be one time condonation of delay.
