and
Health education Programme

Implementation (plan execution):
A process of converting an idea or plan of action into
operation.
Once the health plan has been selected and approved
by the policy making authorities ,programming and
implemmentation are begun.
Health PIE cycle
1. Information collection
2. Identification of main health needs
3. Selection of target groups
4. Establishing goals ,objectives(vision, mission,goals)
5. Deciding the contents
6. Selection of methods and medias
7. Identification of resources (3M)
8. Developing plan of action
9. Developing evaluation techniques
 Implementation action includes the following events.
Organizational and individual commitments to the action plan
Committing financial resources
Recruitment, training and development of human resources for
health promotion and health education program
Conducting health education session following the plan
Supervising and monitoring in health education program
Recording and reporting of health education program
implementation
Organizational and individual commitments to the action plan
Implementation depends upon the existence of an effective
organization.The organizational structure must incorporate well-
defined procedures to be followed by the Manager and all
Staffs members. For this sufficient delegation of authority and
responsibility,decentralization of power is done.
Committing financial resources
budget, a plan for income and expenses for certain period
of time usually one year period to conduct any hp.program
should be assured.
Recruitment, training and development of human
resources for health promotion and health education
program
Skill development trainings , hiring staff, firing staff,
KAP development to community people
Hp. Plan program should be conducted accordingly
to its goal and objectives to get desirable output.
Conducting health education session following the plan
Supervising and monitoring in health education
program
Program conducted should be supervised and day to day
survillence should be done for coping up the difficulties ,
assuring the project is going on right track.
Keepin the record of the hp. Work , its achievements and
failure points and reporting it to higher authority is a vital
part of implementation.
This helps to know the success status of the project
conducted as well as to improvise in next programs..
Reviewing the feedbacks.
Recording and reporting of health education program
implementation
A risk factor is any attribute, characteristic or
exposure of an individual that increases the
likelihood of developing a disease or injury.

  • 1. Implementation of Health promotion and Health education Programme Teacher: P.N.K sir By :Ankita Kunwar BPH 3rd year
  • 2. Implementation (plan execution): A process of converting an idea or plan of action into operation. Once the health plan has been selected and approved by the policy making authorities ,programming and implemmentation are begun.
  • 3. Health PIE cycle 1. Information collection 2. Identification of main health needs 3. Selection of target groups 4. Establishing goals ,objectives(vision, mission,goals) 5. Deciding the contents 6. Selection of methods and medias 7. Identification of resources (3M) 8. Developing plan of action 9. Developing evaluation techniques
  • 4.  Implementation action includes the following events. Organizational and individual commitments to the action plan Committing financial resources Recruitment, training and development of human resources for health promotion and health education program Conducting health education session following the plan Supervising and monitoring in health education program Recording and reporting of health education program implementation
  • 5. Organizational and individual commitments to the action plan Implementation depends upon the existence of an effective organization.The organizational structure must incorporate well- defined procedures to be followed by the Manager and all Staffs members. For this sufficient delegation of authority and responsibility,decentralization of power is done. Committing financial resources budget, a plan for income and expenses for certain period of time usually one year period to conduct any hp.program should be assured.
  • 6. Recruitment, training and development of human resources for health promotion and health education program Skill development trainings , hiring staff, firing staff, KAP development to community people Hp. Plan program should be conducted accordingly to its goal and objectives to get desirable output. Conducting health education session following the plan
  • 7. Supervising and monitoring in health education program Program conducted should be supervised and day to day survillence should be done for coping up the difficulties , assuring the project is going on right track. Keepin the record of the hp. Work , its achievements and failure points and reporting it to higher authority is a vital part of implementation. This helps to know the success status of the project conducted as well as to improvise in next programs.. Reviewing the feedbacks. Recording and reporting of health education program implementation
