This document outlines how to set a SMART goal and provides an example goal. The example goal is to earn an Associate's degree in health service management in 2 years, apply to a Bachelor's program, complete the Bachelor's degree in 2 more years, get a job, and try to get the employer to sponsor a Master's program. The goal is specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and timed, with the overall aim of getting a job in the healthcare industry and completing the education goals at St. Johns River State College.

•Get my A.S degree in health service management in 2 years
•Apply for the Bachelor’s program
•Complete the Bachelor’s program in 2 years
•Get a job
•Try to get employer to sponsor for the Master program

3. A Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Timed Goal
•Get my A.S degree in 2 years.
•Get my Bachelor’s in 2 years.
•Work for 1 year after that.
•Start working on Master program and complete it in 2 years if I could get help from employer.
•The reason of accomplishing this goal is to get a job in health care industry.
•I will accomplish this goal at St. Johns River State College as in school wise.
