Setting
The setting is a post-apocalyptic world where the humans fight against the covenant
(alien) enemy. I think that the setting of this scene is established by the two
different factions that have finally ended fighting. Then a woman begins to talk
about the end of a battle and the future that has been set for the women.
I think that the production techniques used for
this is good quality microphone so that the
women’s voice is easily heard and understood
Mood
The mood for this scene is sad because one of the main protagonists of the scene
has just died by being killed by the enemy hordes overwhelming him. I think that the
mood that is shown is a sad one because the main character has just been defeated
and the music that is played over the fire fight expresses this sad mood. You hear
deep voices and dark tones
I think that the production techniques used to
create this mood are sad sounding vocals that
were probably recorded in a large room to get the
effect of an echo and almost sound gospel. This
lasts until around 0:56 where it then suddenly
ends.

The games genre is an action game/fps/adventure. The games show this through
the sounds of gun fire and heavy breathing mixed with explosions and shouting. This
shows that maybe it is a violent game.
