• Non –contributors usually define themselves
  in term of what they have achieved in life.
• This is static identities based on your past
  glories
• Contributors define themselves in term of
  what they will become or accomplish
• This is dynamic identities based on your
  ‘being’ and ‘becoming’

•Though being a part of Government
Education System, never runs away from his
Responsibilities towards students.
