A Static identity is one that does not undergo change and
remaining the same at the end as he or she at beginning.

Dynamic identity
• A Dynamic identity is the one that does
undergo an important change. Here changes in
some sense within the character like changes in
understanding, changes in commitment,
changes in values.
• Dynamic identity is based on
• The difference I can make to the world
• The responsibilities I carry
• My future potential for contribution
• My willingness to learn and grow
