This document discusses two types of identities: static identities and dynamic identities. Static identities are ones that do not change and are based on qualifications, position, past achievements, and knowledge gained. Dynamic identities undergo important changes based on understanding, commitment, values, ability to make a positive impact, responsibilities, future potential, and willingness to learn and grow. A dynamic identity is preferable to a static one as it is not defined solely by past accomplishments but also by capabilities and contributions.
