The aspect of a Contributor’s Mindset is
 his/her goal of creating value – for self, for
         family, for the team, for the
organization, for customers, and for society.
   In short, the Contributor aims to create
  value for all stakeholders in his / her life.
Contributor’s Perception       Non-Contributor’s Perception


Focusing on value means        Focusing on value means taking on
making a positive difference   authoritative roles like politician or

Creating value means making a positive difference,
a tangible impact, a specific contribution to any
situation. This positive difference or impact can be
in the form of achieving a specific goal, creating a
product, creating ‘human touch’ in a particular
interaction, or enhancing one’s own capacity or the
capacity of one’s colleagues and team- mates.
Contributors are therefore extremely result-
focused, but the result is measured in terms of
value created.

Mr. Kamlesh Patel, is physically handicapped with Polio
on both the legs since his childhood. But his strong will
power bring him in front of the world with his "Amazing
Dance Art" which is "Dance on Hands".

Despite his weakness, Kamlesh did
 not lose all hope. He recognized the
‘value’ of acting positively in the
situation and contributing in the best way
 he could to motivate the society.
A Big Businessman Lost Everything In Fire. Next Day

  • 2. The aspect of a Contributor’s Mindset is his/her goal of creating value – for self, for family, for the team, for the organization, for customers, and for society. In short, the Contributor aims to create value for all stakeholders in his / her life.
  • 3. Contributor’s Perception Non-Contributor’s Perception Focusing on value means Focusing on value means taking on making a positive difference authoritative roles like politician or to oneself policeman to make a difference in society
  • 4. Creating value means making a positive difference, a tangible impact, a specific contribution to any situation. This positive difference or impact can be in the form of achieving a specific goal, creating a product, creating ‘human touch’ in a particular interaction, or enhancing one’s own capacity or the capacity of one’s colleagues and team- mates. Contributors are therefore extremely result- focused, but the result is measured in terms of value created.

But his strong will power bring him in front of the world with his "Amazing Dance Art" which is "Dance on Hands". Despite his weakness, Kamlesh did not lose all hope. He recognized the ‘value’ of acting positively in the situation and contributing in the best way he could to motivate the society.
