As a Financial Analyst with Disney World Wide Services (cost center), I conducted a strategic
conversation with a Michael Wallick, a Software Engineer at The Walt Disney Company Parks and
Resorts. He has worked at Disney for a little over a year. With a P.h.D. in Computer Science, he
started with the company as a Software Developer Engineer Tester in the Parks and Recreation
department, and is currently a Project Manager of Software Engineering in the same department.
Before coming to Disney, Michael interned with Microsoft Technology while completing his P.h.D.
While completing his P.h.D, Michael married his wife, Christine. While completing his degree,
Michael was a research assistant at the University of Wisconsin Madison and a Microsoft Research
fellow. During his time as a research assistant, his son Ethan was born. After graduating with his
P.h.D, Michael and his family moved from Wisconsin to California, where he became a software
engineer for NASA. While at NASA, he was was the Feature Lead Developer for mission search and
browsing, Cognizant Engineer of the web development for the Mars Relay Operations Service, and
ScrumMaster for the MSLICE/MSeq development, and part of the group software for the Mars
Science Laboratory. After five years with NASA, Michael decided he needed a better work life

a departure from his earlier work. Historically, in the 60 s Henderson stood in the shadow of people
like John Coltrane, Miles Davis, Ornette Coleman and a few others, but his records stood with the jazz

biochemical tests E. coli seemed to fit my microbe the best with only having two misguided
biochemical tests that had not fit the data. The tests that were performed included the MRVP test,
catalase test, oxidase test, nitrate test, citrate slant test, phenylalanine deaminase test, urea test, SIM

when there was no order or peace and inhumane acts upon citizens was the norm with religious,
political, or military police acting as the law. Policing was unstable and unorganized. Citizens took the

The United States admired Sir Robert Peel s principals of policing and therefore adopted it to
incorporate into their legal justice system of law enforcement. The government tried to incorporate Sir
Robert Peel s Principals into different cities with no luck or gratitude. In 1838, Boston became the first
city to incorporate these principals and have the first organized policing in the United States. In 1845,
New York City followed suit. Soon thereafter, Philadelphia followed suit but it did not follow the
