Hillary Clinton Compare And Contrast
Have you seen the presidential debates lately? Hillary and Donald have been strongly arguing over
who should become the next United States president. The two candidates have pretty valid points and
both want to work on certain topics. They will agree and disagree on different topics as well, but who
is fit to be president? There are two significant topics that the two have spoken about, climate change
and abortion, so who has more reasonable policies and opinions on these topics, Hillary or Donald? If
I could vote, I would vote for Hillary Clinton because she has a lot of political experience and great
changes to make. 68 year old Hillary Diane Clinton graduated from Yale University in 1973, then later
served as the first lady of the U.S. from 1993 to 2001. From 2001 to 2009, Clinton served as a U.S.
senator and is now rich as of being a presidential candidate with many, many votes. She s had quite a
bit of political experience. Donald John Trump is a billionaire who graduated from Fordham
University in 1966, and Wharton school in the University of Pennsylvania in 1968. Trump starred in a
hit reality TV show called The Apprentice, with not much political experience. Just knowing these
facts, who do you think would be a better president? Climate Change ... Show more content on

Hillary thinks it is one of the top priorities, while Donald thinks it s just natural recurring weather and
it s not a big deal and should be left the way it is. Hillary states, Clearly, we need more incentives to
quickly increase the use of wind and solar power; they will cut costs, increase our energy
independence and our national security and reduce the consequences of global warming. Clearly,
Clinton is onto something, unlike her rival. Trump states, This very expensive global warming

Animal Extinction Research Paper
Behind a glass wall stands a live wooly mammoth and saber tooth cat. As seen on the famous cartoon
movie Ice Age, kids watch this popular film to be intrigued. Now they can not only be fascinated with
creatures that have been lurking around their imagination, but live with them thanks to de extinction.
Extinction has existed for over 66 million years ago, when dinosaurs were wiped out. Now scientist
have disproven the definition of extinct; (of a species, family, or other larger group) having no living
members. By showing that extinct animals that were once proven to be no longer in existence can be
resurrected through deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA). This process of de extinction starts with extracting
DNA from remains, then putting those fragments together to form the genome. From there scientists
would have to create a usable pup by using the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Firstly, extinction rates have been rising by nearly a factor of a thousand in the past centuries from our
actions of habitat loss, introduction of exotic species, and global warming. Secondly, the thrill of pet

Finally, food webs are so intricate that when one part is removed, it can affect an entire ecosystem. For
this reason, if an important part of the food web comes extinct, the de extinction process can be
helpful to bring back that important species to the environment. You can help by contacting the
Understanding Animal Research website at Understanding Animal Research or signing up for monthly

Why Do Non-State Actors Target The US
Succeeding the Cold War, the threat to the U.S. has shifted from traditional to non traditional. As a
global power, both actors target the U.S.; conversely, nation states (traditional threat) have become
steady while Non State Actors (NSAs) (non traditional threat) have cultivated at an amplified rate.
Nation states are defined as a sovereign geographical area with political legitimacy over a cultural
population. Non state actors (NSA) are individuals or organizations that have economic, political or
social power and are able to influence at a national and sometimes international level but do not
belong to or ally themselves to any particular country or state, (Joey 2015). The U.S. must assess the

detect them from citizens. Imbalances of resolve result in asymmetries in intensity, expressed either as
a willingness to endure a different degree of violence and/or as a willingness to inflict a different

How New Technologies Impacted The Purchasing Habits Of The...
The rapid growth in technological capability, accessibility and usability during recent memory is
undeniable: in January 2015, almost 42% of the world s population had access to the internet, there
were 2.08 billion active social media accounts worldwide, mobile cellular internet penetration was on
an all time high with approximately 3 billion unique mobile users, including more than 70%
penetration in many emerging markets and developing nations worldwide. This widespread prevalence
comes with the ability to manifest market power and influence buying decisions on a new, much larger
scale. This essay will analyse in what ways new technologies have impacted the purchasing habits of
the public, their effects on the consumer decision making process and how, if at all, marketers can
utilise these new technologies in their favour and influence consumers preferences. Purchasing
behaviour varies depending on factors such as time available for deliberation and decision making, the
involvement in the purchase and the number of options and alternatives. Despite the exact process
adopted being unknown, there is a standard known as the consumer decision making process, or CDP
that many purchases follow. The first step is need recognition, or becoming aware of a problem that
can be solved by purchasing a certain product. These can be functional needs, serving as a solution to
a physical problem (such as refuelling a vehicle), or alternatively fulfil emotional needs, including

Home Burial Essay
Home Burial
Robert Frost s Home Burial is a very well written poem about a husband s and a wife s loss. Their first
born child has died recently. Amy and her husband deal with their loss in two very different ways,
which cause problems. Amy seems like she confines their child to the grave. She never seems to le go
of the fact she has lost her first child. Amy s husband buried their child himself. This allowed him to
let go and live a normal life. Amy does not understand how he could do what he did. Therefore, she
wants to have nothing to do with him, especially talk to him. He doesn t understand why she can t let
go, and why she won t talk to him. He tries to get her to tell him why, but she just wants to go to

These movements let the reader know that Amy has gone downstairs, and is trying to go out the door.
He describes different scenes in lines twenty four through thirty one The little graveyard where my

What Was The Expansion Of The Westward Expansion
The Westward Expansion Transcontinental Railroad
Didn t the traveling time from coast to coast use to take months? Aren t you glad you don t have to
take hazardous and slow wagons currently? During the Industrial Revolution, many factors
contributed to the rapid expansion of the West. Before the transcontinental railroad was fully
completed, the travel time from coast to coast was costly and took months through very troublesome
terrain. Even though there were several constructive results from inventions, there were also dire
consequences. The improvements made were great but, they came with substantial economic and
political costs. One of these great improvements was the construction of the railroad. This helped
many Americans to travel west in a week instead months. Towns sprung up all along the railways,
increasing the population of the west dramatically.
Why build the transcontinental railroad? Growth of the west coast. The west coast had an abundance
of gold and silver. The trip to the west would become shorter. Business would rise with the connection
of the east and west. The solidification of the Union would become possible. Last but not least the
achievement of the Manifest Destiny.
The transcontinental railroad is accepted as one of the greatest accomplishments during the 19th
century. In a petition submitted to the U.S. Congress on Jan. 29, 1845, New York merchant Asa
Whitney proposed one of the most audacious ventures in American history: the construction of a
railroad from Lake Michigan to the Pacific Ocean, spanning two thirds of the North American
continent. In bold and stirring words, describing how such a rail network would revolutionize the
entire commerce of the world, Whitney urged the federal government to underwrite the ambitious
project. (Visions of Empire). The Pacific Railroad Act of 1862 was authorized and passed, the railroad
companies began to build a transcontinental railroad. Connecting over 2,000 miles of land, crossing
deserts and mountains. It s an amazing achievement since it lowered the traveling time to just a few
days compared to the months.
After a long six years, the first United States transcontinental railroad was completed. The ceremony
date was on the golden

How Does Lady Macbeth Change Throughout The Play
There is really no change of scene here. Lady Macbeth enters the courtyard as Macbeth leaves it and
waits there for his return from Duncan s chamber. Her soliloquy fills up the time during which the
murder is performed and her dialogue with her husband on his return carries us on till the knocking at
the gate shows that the day is dawning and the inmates of the castle awaking.

37. hangman s hands, bloody hands. In Shakespeare s day the hangman not only adjusted the noose
and pushed the victims from the ladder, but in cases of treason chopped up the bodies of the criminals.
Thus this phrase suggested a vivid picture to Shakespeare s hearers.

who has sold himself to evil, cannot say amen to this prayer.

All Soul s Day Myths
According to a Roman Catholic tradition, a pilgrim returning from the Holy Land took refuge on a
rocky island during a storm. There he met a hermit, who told him that among the cliffs was an opening
to the infernal regions, through which flames ascended, and where groans of the tormented were
distinctly audible. The pilgrim told Odilo, who was the head of the monks in a town in eastern France,
who appointed the day following (November 2) to be set apart for the benefit of those souls in
purgatory ( ). What has yet to be investigated is what today s symbols of All Soul s Day mean to those
who celebrate it. To accomplish this, I analyze the myths that surrounded All Soul s Day, and I focus
on how the symbols that come out of these myths help ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
However, there are some myths that surround death itself. In the Netherlands and in Mexico it is
believed that the souls of the children return to their families on November first, while November
second is set aside for the departed adults. When the souls return, they come to be with their living
relatives. However, they do not come back to scare or haunt people like many people believe
(Quartier, 2010). If we take a look at the myth deeper we realize that it is a deliverance myth, because
the souls are being reunited with their families. In this context if we look at Joseph Campbell s
Functions of Myth we can relate this myth to the function that says it is supposed to evoke in the
individual a sense of being grateful, affirmative awe before the monstrous mystery that is existence ( ).
The sense of being grateful comes from the fact that the families are able to be with their loved ones
again. The second myth about death comes from England, Scotland and Wales. The souls of loved
ones come to search for warmth and affection. The living helped these souls find what they were
looking for, by setting up bonfires to lead the way. Along with the bonfires there were traditions
including decorating graves, special church service, and all night vigils. When the souls returned it
was believed at this time human beings were able to truly see how the world is (Beckman, 2016). This
myth could be seen as deliverance, because it is allowing the souls to come back to their families
along with that the living people are able to see how the world really is. Then if we look at Joseph
Campbell s Functions of Myth we could argue that the third function about sociological order about
what is right and what is wrong relates to this myth, because the ultimate goal of the souls returning is
to allow the people to see what the world is really

Comparing Puck And Bottom In A Midsummer Night s Dream
There are many comedic characters in Shakespeare s A Midsummer Night s Dream. A Midsummer
Night s Dream is about love and how confusing it can be. There is a fairy world, and then the real
worlds, and the various love triangles in each. Despite there being multiple comedic characters, the
two who stand out the most are Puck and Bottom. Both characters are in the play for comedic effects,
but both could not be more different. This paper will go through how they are different and similar,
and how they are like the groups they represent. Although Puck and Bottom are different characters,
they have a lot of similarities. One similarity they have is that they are both in the play as comedic
characters. You can tell Bottom is a comedic character because most of his lines are comedic, such as

Negative Aspects Of Globalization In Developing Countries
Globalisation is a worldwide movement which integrates economic, financial, trade and commerce
from different countries. It has influenced communication between countries and brought them
together. It made countries more interdependent and interconnected with free transfer of goods and
services across national frontiers.
Globalisation can have lots of benefits on western societies such as implies the opening of the local to
a broader outlook (Angelasancartier.net.2017). Globalisation also involves culture spread, and the
process of globalisation happens through the media, consumer goods and western consumer lifestyle
(ThoughtCo.2017). These lead to a fashion sold for western societies by giant retailers who can update
inventory and make transnational trade deals (Angelasancartier.net.2017). The opening market and
culture diffusion also make people who consuming is actually more focus on the corporate brand or

Globalisation has been one of the most hotly debated topics in international economics (Forbes.com,

countries like China and Africa. Increasing globalisation has helped the expansion of opportunities for
nations and benefits workers inrich. Globalisation is a process of opening up economics so that trade

The Government Intervention And Its Effect On National...
I. Introduction
Never before has there been one single element that has the capacity to affect everything we do today.
From the privacy of your home to the office you occupy daily or from how services such as gas and
water are delivered to us. What began with the Industrial Revolution has now progressed into what is
now the Digital Revolution.
Cybersecurity is one of many important elements when it comes to information security and how to
protect it. From the laws and regulations to who is ultimately responsible and the one to assume
responsibility when breaches take place. Whether it is the government or the private sector, someone
has to take charge because we all have a vested interest in protecting our families, our businesses and
our nation s security in cyberspace.
In this paper I researched into what government intervention is in the works when it comes to
cybersecurity and protecting national security, the responsibility of the private sector as it pertains to
the protection of critical infrastructure in the support of national security, and a past reflection on
successful cyberattacks that stress the point that continued partnerships are required to be successful.
II. Governing Cybersecurity
The government when required have to make the tough decisions to pass the right legislation along

Stand By Me Film Techniques
Stand By Me, directed by Rob Reiner, is a film set in the 1950 s, in a small town called Castle Rock. It
is an adventure story about the friendship of four boys who are on a journey to see death. Along the
journey, the boys, Chris, Gordy, Vern and Teddy encounter many problems and challenges which in
turn illustrates the individual personality of each of the boys to the audience. The overall film displays
Rob Reiner s view of how growing up can sometimes be a difficult translation period. Through a

Gender Roles During The Years Men And Women Essay
Gender Roles in Society Over the years men and women have been given gender roles that they are
pressured to follow. According to Amy Blackstone, gender roles are based on the different
expectations that individuals, groups and societies have of individuals based on their sex... (2003). In
other words, gender roles are social norms and expectations, created and accepted by society, based on
a person s gender. There have been different gender roles throughout the different time eras and in
some eras the gender roles have been strongly enforced. Today, many people believe that gender roles
do not really exist in society anymore; however the pressure on gender roles given by society is
present now more than ever, even if it is subtle. Individuals are still given expectations by society
based on their gender. For boys or men, they are expected to be more masculine, aggressive and
strong, while women or girls on the other hand, are expected to be feminine, calm, friendly and caring
(Wood, 1994). These gender roles given by society to men and women must be removed because they
do not allow a person to express their identity. Gender Roles To understand the effect of gender roles
on a person s identity, there must be a deeper understanding of what gender roles are. The first step in
understanding the term gender roles , is to understand the term gender . There is a universal
misconception of the social term gender because it is confused with the term sex (Blackstone, 2003).

Embalming In American Culture
The term embalming is a familiar one in today s society; however, many people are unaware of what
happens during its process. Depending upon the family s wishes, a body may or may not be
embalmed. Culture can also play a part in making that decision. Embalming is a simple process with
rich history that does wonders for a body and families.
The history of embalming goes all the way back to the Civil War. Those who were left needed an
efficient way to take care of the fallen bodies. Dr. Thomas Holmes was the first person to practice the
French s embalming techniques in America. Since families wanted to bring their loved ones bodies
home, this preservation tactic proved worthy. Eventually, many soldiers pre paid to be embalmed in

Some families want to see their loved one for the last time as if they are sleeping. Embalming makes
this possible. The chemicals give the skin a natural color, along with makeup and other fixings
(Godfrey). For many families, this last memory of their loved one is very important (Embalming).
In rare circumstances, various cultures do not embalm the dead. Islamic and Jewish cultures refuse to
embalm the deceased. It is seen as disrespectful to the body. Bodies are buried within 24 48 hours of
their deaths. Hindus do not bury the dead at all; rather, they are burned. Catholicism requires that a
body is buried as soon as arrangements are made. Due to these speedy burials and requirements,
embalming is not necessary here. In fact, embalming is looked down upon in these cultures (Gray).
Despite common beliefs, embalming is a short process. There are two main parts: internal and
external. First, the blood and other bodily fluids are replaced with embalming fluid. To do this, a small
incision is made to the neck and the two veins are brought up. The body cavity is punctured and cured
as well. Once the inside of the body is completely embalmed, the focus returns to the external parts.
The jaw is shut, the eyes are fixed, and any work to rebuild the face is done. Then makeup is applied.
The hair styling is left up to the cosmetologist in most cases (The Embalming

In the movie, Departures, the burial ritual is drastically different from the burial rituals here in the U.S.
In the Japanese culture, more is done to preserve the body. For example, in part 2 of the movie there is
a scene where Mr. Sasaki is embalming a woman s body. The woman s body was laid on a mat with
several sheets on top of her and her family and friends kneeling on the floor to watch the process. Mr.
Sasaki starts out by removing the cloth on the woman s face and cleaning her body with a sanitary
wipe. He then wraps her body in traditional Japanese clothing and folds her hands together. After, he
applies makeup to her skin and her favorite lipstick in order to restore her to her original beauty. Mr.

The Last Reigning Monarch Of Hawaii
T.J.
Mrs. Pruitt
English
8 December 2016
The last reigning monarch of Hawaii did everything in her power to oppose the annexation of Hawaii
into the United States. Her name was Queen Liliuokalani. She came to power in Hawaii during a time
when white planters ran the economy in the main islands. She fought many things such as the Bayonet
Constitution and was even imprisoned for part of her life. She was educated musically and wrote
several songs, including Aloha Oe. She worked to better the Hawaiian Islands in many ways,
including working on school for Hawaii s youth. Queen Liliuokalani was an important figure during
the annexation of Hawaii. Lydia Kamakaeha was born on September 2nd, 1838, in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Keohokalole, her mother, was a chieftess and favored advisor to King Kamehameha III. As a child she
attended the Royal School, run by missionaries, where she learned about music and became fluent in
English. She did quite a bit of travelling as a part of her studies as well. She gained her spot on the
royal court, under King Kamehameha IV. In 1862, at the age of 24, she married John Owen Dominis,
a Hawaiian government official, son of an American ship captain. (biography.com) In 1874, David

A useful example is retail banking or the work of building societies. Here the operations have to be
standardized, not only in all branches of the same bank but also between competing banks, so that
customers find the system easy to deal with. The work of bank clerks and, in a different way, bank
managers requires knowledge, skill and accuracy, but it must be carried out strictly in accordance with
the rules and there is little scope for individuality apart from one s manner in talking with customers
and manual dexterity in counting banknote. Bureaucracy provides scope for economies of scale and
extensive specialization at the expense of flexibility and product innovation. Their predictability
provides a secure environment for the employee and a clear line of safe career progression.

The matrix structure
As the entrepreneurial and bureaucratic structures have such obvious drawbacks, a third general mode
has been evolved and used IV some situations: the matrix. The method is simply to overlay a second
set of hierarchical connections over a first, but at right angles to it. This was first developed in the
American aerospace industry because of government demands for a single project manager who
would be responsible for the progress of each government contract and to whom government officials
could channel all their queries and instruction. Companies

Fried Green Tomatoes
There were many examples of how the characters in the movie Fried Green Tomatoes manifested
power in and through their lives. One example of this is with the character Big George. He was a
black man who lived in the town. He also did the barbeque at the Whistle Stop Cafe. A big example of
how he manifested power was through his dealings with racism. This movie took place in the 1930 s,
a time period where the black race was greatly looked down upon and thought to be lesser than white
people. This could also be seen when Idgie s friend tells her he has to bring her to Georgia the next
day because she is being convicted of Frank Bennett s murder. He basically tells her to pack up and

Standing Waves Lab
This lab demonstrated qualities of standing waves with great help from a mechanical vibrator, a sine
wave generator, and a piece of string. Through this lab we were able to understand how to calculate
the speed of a wave on a string. A standing wave is defined as a wave that travels forward, then is
reflected creating nodes (regions with minimal to zero energy).
If the frequency of a standing wave is increased then more loops will be created, and because of that
the wavelengths will be decreased. Throughout this experiment, transverse waves are generated. We
know this because of the perpendicular movement of the string that creates crests and troughs.
In this experiment we began by measuring the length and finding the mass of our string. Then, we tied
the string to the wave driver and the pulled it over the pulley and attached a weight with a mass of
0.070 kg the then end of the string. Once we did that, we calculated our predictions for the frequencies
of the various harmonics. After that we connected the wave driver to the sine wave generator and set
the amplitude knob to the midway point. Then we searched for the correct frequency to find the first,
second, and third harmonic. After we completed this, we tried the experiment two more times with
0.100 kg and 0.120 kg.
One of the main points of this experiment was ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

is known as the first harmonic which is also known as the fundamental frequency. Throughout this

tensions of the string can create different frequencies for

History And Personality Of The Supreme Court
According to Toobin, the history and personality of the Supreme Court has also been affected by
continual topics in recurrent cases as well as recurring constitutional themes. These continually topics
are seen in previous cases that have made reappearances in other cases as they are applied to modern
times and cases. As seen in the provision of the historic rulings in the 1954 Brown v. Board of
Education and the 1964 Reynolds v. Sims that established the rule of one person, one vote and equal
protection played a large role in the 1996 case of Romer v. Evans that ruled that Colorado could not
keep its cities from passing laws to protect homosexuals (172). Even after over three decades, the
decision in Brown and Reynolds greatly influenced the outcome of Romer as it gave insight into rights
to all individuals. Laws regarding blacks also continued to recur in the Court system, especially after
the civil rights movement of the 1960s and the laws regarding racial classifications. At this time, the
Jim Crow laws were struck down and the justices examined law with strict scrutiny. Later in the
1970s, the government started programs to help blacks and minorities with affirmative action
initiatives. However, the issue of Richmond v. Croson and the so called Equal Protection Clause
violation of a lack of minority subcontractors of J.A. Croson Company led to the debate of reverse
discrimination and the dependence of the clause to race and classification (208 209). Consequently,

informal. For example, when they write, like the proverbial butterfly that flaps its wings on one

engender common ground with their audience (Levitt and Dubner 5). Additionally, by using the word

A Formal Analysis of Potential Career Choices
A Formal Analysis Of Potential Career Choices
Introduction A formal analysis of the characteristics and outlook for two possible career choices
Policeman vs. Lawyer is a valuable tool in the decision making process used by an employment
candidate to make a successful selection between them. New entrants into the job market face a very
competitive environment and training (or re training) for jobs is frequently expensive and time
consuming. Therefore there is a definite need to make one s career decisions using a comprehensive,
formal analysis in order to promote a successful and satisfying career choice. Background information
was gathered by a search of peer reviewed articles from governmental and professional journal
sources in the literature. These articles provided several important variables to be considered in the
methodology, including: (a) candidate gender; (b) candidate ethnicity; (c) educational level; (d)
physical demands; (e) mental/analytical demands; (f) pathways to advancement; and (g) employment
outlook. These decision variables are identified for each potential career choice and then compared
and contrasted between the career options. A conclusion is then reached as to a recommended best fit
option relative to a candidate s career goals and interests.

A third sample of zinc acetate dihydrate was used for benchtop magnetic susceptibility. By using the
data from Table 1, the experimental magnet moment (µeff) was calculation using the equations in
Appendix A. In the order of zinc acetate dihydrate, VIVO(acac)2 and FeIII(acac)3, the respective
magnet moments were determined to be 2.96, 1.20 and 4.73. The data agrees with what would be
expected looking at the electronic states of the metal atoms. Vanadium is in the D5 group of the period
table so it is had five unpaired electrons in the D orbital. Since experimentally V(IV) is produced, that
means vanadium has a positive four oxidation state reducing its unpaired electrons in the D orbital to
one. For iron, it is in the D8 group and has a positive three oxidation state so it has a total of five
unpaired electrons in its D orbital. Zinc is in the D10 group and is in the ground state, where all its
electrons are paired. Since the magnetic susceptibility is measuring the number of unpaired electrons

Water Hardness Of Salt Concentration Essay
Introduction The key to life is water. The only known planet to have stable bodies of water to support
life is Earth.1 All water however, is not pure H2O. Water often times has other compounds and
chemicals mixed with it including salts. Over time plants and animals have adapted to how much salt
it can consume and survive.1 These lifeforms that adapted to low salt concentrations live in freshwater
habitats. Freshwater typically has a salt concentration of less than 1%.2 Although sometimes low, the
salts that are most commonly found in water are formed with the cations Ca2+ and Mg2+.3 Water
hardness is a measure of the concentration of calcium and/or magnesium ions in water.3 Water
becomes hard as it drains through limestone, dolomite and other minerals. A high concentration of
these ions results in a hard water sample, while a low concentration is soft.4 Water hardness is
important in that it can cause many problems. The equation below shows how calcium can create
problems.
Calcium bicarbonate → Calcium carbonate + Water + Carbon dioxide
Ca(HCO3)2 → CaCO3 + H2O + CO2 3
Calcium carbonate, also known as scale,is sometimes referred to as one of the banes of industry 4. The
formation of scale blocks pipes and tubes4 and is the culprit behind the hated bathtub rings.3 To fix
these problems, it is important to understand water hardness. Water hardness can be determined in

##riesel s Speech In The Perils Of Indifference By Eliie...
American Jewish author and Holocaust survivor, Elie Wiesel in his critical speech, The Perils of
Indifference, suggests his message about the inhumanity of indifference and how the importance of
resistance is still relevant today. He develops his message by emphasizing how indifference is not only
dangerous, but is the most evil characteristic of our society today. For example, Wiesel states in
paragraph 13, Indifference, then, is not only a sin, it is a punishment. These truthful words assist in
understanding the author s emphasis on indifference and its danger in our world; to add on, Wiesel
also uses rhetorical questions throughout the text to highlight powerful and important users of
indifference during the time period which he lived in. A question from the speech in paragraph 20 is,
Why the indifference, on the highest level, to the suffering of the victims? This line in the text
exemplifies his belief that indifference is human nature if we do not rid ourselves of it. In brief, the
author explains how indifference is tempting in society because of the degree of effort one puts into
being indifferent, which is little to none. Wiesel s purpose is to inform the readers why indifference is
inhumane and to create awareness of indifference in order to persuade those readers not to be
indifferent to others. He establishes both serious and thankful tones for readers by using stylistic
and/or rhetorical device such as repetition and imagery in order to develop his

LEGAL COMMITTEE Burundi s Position on the Legal Aspects of Odious Debt

Burundi, one of the world s smallest nations, has just emerged from a 12 year ethnic based civil war.
The war started in 1993 and just ended in 2005, which then caused an alteration in the government
political system to take on a democratic form. They are now in process of peace although they are still
in the struggle of reviving their shattered economy and forging national unity. Burundi is a landlocked
island surrounded by the Democratic republic of Congo, Rwanda, and Tanzania. Burundi s GDP per

Burundi is at this moment burdened by huge debts and ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
To resolve this problem many organizations were formed to help developing countries that are in huge
non payable debt situations through debt cancellation. Through this program, many of Burundi s debts
have been cancelled. Other countries have also done these debts cancellations. This program has
helped many countries in financial problems and made it more possible for them to keep building their
country and developing.
External Debts of Burundi
Debt is a major issue in Burundi. External debts are owed from other countries and now we are
struggling to pay our debts, although we are already helped through the debt cancellation program that
had cut our debts immensely. In 2003, Burundi s external debts reached the number $1.140.000.000
and kept increasing until over the next 6 years. In 2009, the amount of Burundi s external debts was
$1.200.000.000. These are the total of public and private debts owed to nonresidents repayable in
foreign currency, goods, and services. Burundi is heavily dependent on bilateral and multilateral aid,
with external debt totaling US$1.4 billion in 2004. The International Monetary Fund (IMF) was
suspended during the outbreak of violence in 1993. Then, the IMF reengaged with Burundi in 2002
and again in 2003 with post conflict credits. In 2004, IMF approved $104 million of loan for Poverty

The Use Of Irony In Everyday Use By Alice Walker
In the story Everyday Use, Alice Walker deals with a young woman who is trying to find her place in
her own heritage. Everyday Use, is narrated by the mother or Mama, an African American woman
living in the deep South of Rural Georgia with one of her two daughters. The family is living in very
poor conditions, they do not have fancy things, and the mother does all the work herself. The story
begins with Mama and Maggie awaiting on Dee, a college student, to arrive at home from college.
When Dee went off to college she thought that her heritage was old and out of style, but when she
came back home for a visit she insists on taking many things from home. Dee also changed her name
to Wangero, so she would not have the same name as someone else in her family. She wants these
different artifacts of her heritage because she wants to show them off for fashion and use them for
decorations. Dee points out the things that she thinks will stand out the most, such as the quilt,
dashers, and the benches. Mama or Mrs. Johnson, does not allow Dee to take anything but the dashers.
She knows that Dee will not respect the things that their ancestors made. Mama and Maggie respect
their heritage very much and does not want anyone to use the artifacts in the wrong way. In the short
story Everyday Use, Alice Walker applies the literary technique of irony to emphasize heritage as part
of one daily life. The Johnson family has many problems throughout the household. Mrs. Johnson has
a harsh and difficult life; however, her daughters does not make it any better. Mama does not have a
lot to show for, but what she does have she appreciates and cares for it very much. The biggest
problem would be that Dee does not respect her heritage and does not want to live at home. Their
home was not that nice, there were many things wrong with it, but that is where it shows your culture
and heritage of your past. Dee left home because she did not like the way her mama was living, she
went off to college to try to better herself. Maggie, the youngest daughter, is a very dull and
unattractive girl. Walker writes,

The Night Circus Research Paper
Why would a person fall in love with their life long adversary? That is the case between Celia and
Marco in The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern, but Celia and Marco do not realize the
consequences. Many of their coworkers at the circus die because of their reckless relationship. Also,
Celia and Marco put the competition, the circus, in jeopardy because their relationship can ruin the
circus. The novel The Night Circus has three essential searches, and those are the search for
acceptance, affection, and answers ☺ (Alliteration). Marco and Bailey are both on separate searches
for acceptance. They are on different searches, but they both want to be accepted because both of them
have been rejected. Marco just wants to spend time with ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Both of them question the mysteriousness of the circus, so they have become serious. Poppet is able to
gaze into the future when she looks at people. Poppet uses that information that she collects to find
answers to who is going be in the circus in the future. Tara is also curious about the circus, but for
another reason. She does her best to explain her concern. That there is more going on with the circus
than most people are privy to (Morgenstern 262). The book then continues to explain Tara s
skepticism, and then Tara decides to investigate. Poppet and Tara both been affected by their
investigations of the circus. Poppet wants to find more answers to not be depressed, but she does not
like that she invades people s privacy to get her answers. Tara s search affected her way differently
than Poppet s, and Tara s search lead to her being careless. Her carelessness eventually led to her
demise because she was investigating and then got hit by a train. Poppet and Tara Burgess are two of
the large amount of people who are on a search for answers.
The search for acceptance, affection, and answers are all key parts to The Night Circus. All of those
searches were eventually problematic because of Celia and Marco s relationship. Any of those
searches should not allow you to fall in love with a life long adversary.
I would give myself a 9.2/10 because I improved my transitions, but I could have made less grammar

Analysis Of Mary Maloney In A Mamb To The Slaughter
Mary Had A Little Lamb The 1950s, the booming age with the booming economy, the booming
suburbs and the baby boom it was a time of perfect wives and lives for everyone. This was not the
case for Mary Maloney in the story A Lamb To The Slaughter by Roald Dahl who broke the carnival
mirror perception of the 1950s and the Domestic Goddess when she murdered her husband. Mary
Maloney is an innocent victim of circumstance pushed by insanity to unlawful behavior by completely
losing her rightful mental state during the time of the crime becoming unaware of what her actions
were really doing until coming out of her temporary insanity and realizing what she had done. Firstly,
Mary during the crime loses awareness of what is happening and snaps which can clearly be seen in
the text where it says, She couldn t feel anything at all except a slight nausea and desire to vomit.
Everything was automatic now.... (Dahl Mary goes into a state of shock after her husband tells her that
he is planning on leaving her and cannot be held accountable legally for what she did in a state of
insanity and mental unawareness. This quote really shows what kind of effect this news has on Mary s
character and how it completely diminishes her mental capability during this time. Others might say
that just because she goes into shock does not give her the right to kill her husband which can be true
in some cases, but truly traumatic shock, like Mary s husband saying he was leaving her during a time

High School Athletes Should Be Paid
High school is all about having good grades and making sure that all the sporting teams make it to
state. Highs school sports have been around since the late 19th century to the early 20th century. Since
then, students, teachers, and other parts of the community have made sports a priority over academics.
Some parents, administrators, and even teachers are wanting to get high school sports taken away.
They say it takes up too much time, cost too much money, and too dangerous. Even though these
things may be true, there are plenty of alternatives to make sure that high school athletes can live their
dream.
Sports may take up a lot of time in an athlete life, but their time is being used for something good
instead of bad. While being on a ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Everything in the world cost money, but everyone makes sure that what they enjoy doing gets the
most priority of money spent towards it. The average cost of a high school sport per athlete is on
average $400 (Granata). This does not include any extra sporting gear for the athlete, hotel money,
traveling out of town, or anything else that is not base price. Many parents and other sport spectators
use money as a reason that sports should be taken out of high school because they see it as too
expensive for just a little bit of fame. There has been a tremendous amount of solutions for funding
high school sports. Many coaches around the entire country have come up with ways to start
fundraising to make sure that their sport does not get cut because of funding. A wrestling coach started
a program where the community could rent a wrestler and the wrestling team would get the benefits,
and a football coach at Wilsonville came up with a fundraiser chicken and bean bowl which would
generate $7,000 in donations and raffles (Daschel). There are many coaches that have gone through
the extreme to get money for their sport which shows that there are ways to fund any sport. Most
sports are very expensive, but it should not mean that a high school student s dream should be taken
away. Sports can be perceived as too dangerous, and that it is taking a

Sleep Reflection
I learned a lot about myself, my sleep patterns and how they are affecting my mood and performance
throughout the day. I found that I sleep a lot better and get to bed earlier on nights that I workout. The
problem was that i was tired but stayed up later than I should have because I lost track of time while
on my phone. Also when I would put my phone down to try to go to sleep, my mind was still racing. I
was either thinking about school from that day or events and homework that I needed to get done the
next day. This caused me to stress a little and kept me up, which was stupid of me because I can not
control the future. Also on the days that I felt stressed at school, lead to a worst night of sleep. The one
thing that was pretty consistent, and I feel helped me, was my diet which was pretty good during the
week. This lead to me sleeping more soundly and I did not wake up throughout the night. No drugs
were taken during the week but i did take dietary supplements throughout the days. I feel like this
helped with my energy levels throughout the day and helped me to sleep through the night. This left
me as well rested as possible with the limited sleep that I got, which was my fault. My sleep schedule
stayed somewhat consistent minus the day where I had to wake up at 4:30 am. On the weekend I slept
in longer than usual which threw off my consistency a little but I felt better rested those days. The
days during the week kept pretty consistent with a 6:30 am wake up time.

For example, a company may have set its core hours between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. Employees may then
have the opportunity to choose various work schedules, such as coming in and leaving early (6am 2pm
or 7am 3pm) or by coming in and leaving late (9am 5pm or 10am 6pm). The advantages of a flexible
work schedule are countless for both the employer and the employee. Flexible work schedules provide
more flexibility for employees in both their personal and professional lives. This type of scheduling
allows employees to feel liberated with the freedom and control over their work life, thus reducing
levels of distress and strain ( Flextime, ). Other major advantages of a flexible work schedule include
increasing employee morale, minimizing tardiness, decreasing absenteeism and reducing company
turnover ( Flextime, ). Of course this type of scheduling has its disadvantages. Flexible work
schedules sometimes complicates and increase administrative work in that keeping track of employees
will prove to be more difficult because people are working different schedules. Other disadvantages
include lack of supervision during some hours of work, unavailability of key people during certain
periods and the possibility of understaffing during critical periods ( Flextime, ). Telecommuting
Programs With the advancement in telecommunication and technology, a new approach to flextime

  • 2. Hillary Clinton Compare And Contrast Have you seen the presidential debates lately? Hillary and Donald have been strongly arguing over who should become the next United States president. The two candidates have pretty valid points and both want to work on certain topics. They will agree and disagree on different topics as well, but who is fit to be president? There are two significant topics that the two have spoken about, climate change and abortion, so who has more reasonable policies and opinions on these topics, Hillary or Donald? If I could vote, I would vote for Hillary Clinton because she has a lot of political experience and great changes to make. 68 year old Hillary Diane Clinton graduated from Yale University in 1973, then later served as the first lady of the U.S. from 1993 to 2001. From 2001 to 2009, Clinton served as a U.S. senator and is now rich as of being a presidential candidate with many, many votes. She s had quite a bit of political experience. Donald John Trump is a billionaire who graduated from Fordham University in 1966, and Wharton school in the University of Pennsylvania in 1968. Now they can not only be fascinated with creatures that have been lurking around their imagination, but live with them thanks to de extinction. Extinction has existed for over 66 million years ago, when dinosaurs were wiped out. Now scientist have disproven the definition of extinct; (of a species, family, or other larger group) having no living members. By showing that extinct animals that were once proven to be no longer in existence can be resurrected through deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA). This process of de extinction starts with extracting DNA from remains, then putting those fragments together to form the genome. Purchasing behaviour varies depending on factors such as time available for deliberation and decision making, the involvement in the purchase and the number of options and alternatives. Despite the exact process adopted being unknown, there is a standard known as the consumer decision making process, or CDP that many purchases follow. • 9. What Was The Expansion Of The Westward Expansion The Westward Expansion Transcontinental Railroad Didn t the traveling time from coast to coast use to take months? Aren t you glad you don t have to take hazardous and slow wagons currently? During the Industrial Revolution, many factors contributed to the rapid expansion of the West. Before the transcontinental railroad was fully completed, the travel time from coast to coast was costly and took months through very troublesome terrain. Even though there were several constructive results from inventions, there were also dire consequences. The improvements made were great but, they came with substantial economic and political costs. One of these great improvements was the construction of the railroad. This helped many Americans to travel west in a week instead months. Towns sprung up all along the railways, increasing the population of the west dramatically. Why build the transcontinental railroad? Growth of the west coast. The west coast had an abundance of gold and silver. The trip to the west would become shorter. Business would rise with the connection of the east and west. The solidification of the Union would become possible. Last but not least the achievement of the Manifest Destiny. The transcontinental railroad is accepted as one of the greatest accomplishments during the 19th century. In a petition submitted to the U.S. Congress on Jan. 29, 1845, New York merchant Asa Whitney proposed one of the most audacious ventures in American history: the construction of a railroad from Lake Michigan to the Pacific Ocean, spanning two thirds of the North American continent. In bold and stirring words, describing how such a rail network would revolutionize the entire commerce of the world, Whitney urged the federal government to underwrite the ambitious project. (Visions of Empire). The Pacific Railroad Act of 1862 was authorized and passed, the railroad companies began to build a transcontinental railroad. Connecting over 2,000 miles of land, crossing deserts and mountains. It s an amazing achievement since it lowered the traveling time to just a few days compared to the months. There he met a hermit, who told him that among the cliffs was an opening to the infernal regions, through which flames ascended, and where groans of the tormented were distinctly audible. The pilgrim told Odilo, who was the head of the monks in a town in eastern France, who appointed the day following (November 2) to be set apart for the benefit of those souls in purgatory ( ). However, there are some myths that surround death itself. In the Netherlands and in Mexico it is believed that the souls of the children return to their families on November first, while November second is set aside for the departed adults. When the souls return, they come to be with their living relatives. However, they do not come back to scare or haunt people like many people believe (Quartier, 2010). If we take a look at the myth deeper we realize that it is a deliverance myth, because the souls are being reunited with their families. In this context if we look at Joseph Campbell s Functions of Myth we can relate this myth to the function that says it is supposed to evoke in the individual a sense of being grateful, affirmative awe before the monstrous mystery that is existence ( ). The sense of being grateful comes from the fact that the families are able to be with their loved ones again. The second myth about death comes from England, Scotland and Wales. The souls of loved ones come to search for warmth and affection. The living helped these souls find what they were looking for, by setting up bonfires to lead the way. Along with the bonfires there were traditions including decorating graves, special church service, and all night vigils. When the souls returned it was believed at this time human beings were able to truly see how the world is (Beckman, 2016). This myth could be seen as deliverance, because it is allowing the souls to come back to their families along with that the living people are able to see how the world really is. Then if we look at Joseph Campbell s Functions of Myth we could argue that the third function about sociological order about what is right and what is wrong relates to this myth, because the ultimate goal of the souls returning is to allow the people to see what the world is really ... It is an adventure story about the friendship of four boys who are on a journey to see death. Along the journey, the boys, Chris, Gordy, Vern and Teddy encounter many problems and challenges which in turn illustrates the individual personality of each of the boys to the audience. The overall film displays Rob Reiner s view of how growing up can sometimes be a difficult translation period. Through a variety of scenes, Reiner has conveyed the idea that the future of young boys will be influenced by both the positive and negative aspects of their lives. This is clearly evident through the boy s attitude towards smoking and the types of clothing they each wear. • 21. Gender Roles During The Years Men And Women Essay Gender Roles in Society Over the years men and women have been given gender roles that they are pressured to follow. According to Amy Blackstone, gender roles are based on the different expectations that individuals, groups and societies have of individuals based on their sex... (2003). In other words, gender roles are social norms and expectations, created and accepted by society, based on a person s gender. There have been different gender roles throughout the different time eras and in some eras the gender roles have been strongly enforced. Today, many people believe that gender roles do not really exist in society anymore; however the pressure on gender roles given by society is present now more than ever, even if it is subtle. Individuals are still given expectations by society based on their gender. For boys or men, they are expected to be more masculine, aggressive and strong, while women or girls on the other hand, are expected to be feminine, calm, friendly and caring (Wood, 1994). These gender roles given by society to men and women must be removed because they do not allow a person to express their identity. Gender Roles To understand the effect of gender roles on a person s identity, there must be a deeper understanding of what gender roles are. The first step in understanding the term gender roles , is to understand the term gender . There is a universal misconception of the social term gender because it is confused with the term sex (Blackstone, 2003). ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Depending upon the family s wishes, a body may or may not be embalmed. Culture can also play a part in making that decision. Embalming is a simple process with rich history that does wonders for a body and families. The history of embalming goes all the way back to the Civil War. Those who were left needed an efficient way to take care of the fallen bodies. Dr. Thomas Holmes was the first person to practice the French s embalming techniques in America. In rare circumstances, various cultures do not embalm the dead. Islamic and Jewish cultures refuse to embalm the deceased. It is seen as disrespectful to the body. Bodies are buried within 24 48 hours of their deaths. Hindus do not bury the dead at all; rather, they are burned. Catholicism requires that a body is buried as soon as arrangements are made. Due to these speedy burials and requirements, embalming is not necessary here. In fact, embalming is looked down upon in these cultures (Gray). Despite common beliefs, embalming is a short process. There are two main parts: internal and external. First, the blood and other bodily fluids are replaced with embalming fluid. To do this, a small incision is made to the neck and the two veins are brought up. The body cavity is punctured and cured as well. Once the inside of the body is completely embalmed, the focus returns to the external parts. The jaw is shut, the eyes are fixed, and any work to rebuild the face is done. Then makeup is applied. • 27. Standing Waves Lab This lab demonstrated qualities of standing waves with great help from a mechanical vibrator, a sine wave generator, and a piece of string. Through this lab we were able to understand how to calculate the speed of a wave on a string. A standing wave is defined as a wave that travels forward, then is reflected creating nodes (regions with minimal to zero energy). If the frequency of a standing wave is increased then more loops will be created, and because of that the wavelengths will be decreased. Throughout this experiment, transverse waves are generated. We know this because of the perpendicular movement of the string that creates crests and troughs. In this experiment we began by measuring the length and finding the mass of our string. Then, we tied the string to the wave driver and the pulled it over the pulley and attached a weight with a mass of 0.070 kg the then end of the string. Once we did that, we calculated our predictions for the frequencies of the various harmonics. After that we connected the wave driver to the sine wave generator and set the amplitude knob to the midway point. Then we searched for the correct frequency to find the first, second, and third harmonic. After we completed this, we tried the experiment two more times with 0.100 kg and 0.120 kg. History And Personality Of The Supreme Court According to Toobin, the history and personality of the Supreme Court has also been affected by continual topics in recurrent cases as well as recurring constitutional themes. These continually topics are seen in previous cases that have made reappearances in other cases as they are applied to modern times and cases. As seen in the provision of the historic rulings in the 1954 Brown v. Board of Education and the 1964 Reynolds v. Sims that established the rule of one person, one vote and equal protection played a large role in the 1996 case of Romer v. Evans that ruled that Colorado could not keep its cities from passing laws to protect homosexuals (172). Even after over three decades, the decision in Brown and Reynolds greatly influenced the outcome of Romer as it gave insight into rights to all individuals. Laws regarding blacks also continued to recur in the Court system, especially after the civil rights movement of the 1960s and the laws regarding racial classifications. At this time, the Jim Crow laws were struck down and the justices examined law with strict scrutiny. Later in the 1970s, the government started programs to help blacks and minorities with affirmative action initiatives. However, the issue of Richmond v. The only known planet to have stable bodies of water to support life is Earth.1 All water however, is not pure H2O. Water often times has other compounds and chemicals mixed with it including salts. Over time plants and animals have adapted to how much salt it can consume and survive.1 These lifeforms that adapted to low salt concentrations live in freshwater habitats. Freshwater typically has a salt concentration of less than 1%.2 Although sometimes low, the salts that are most commonly found in water are formed with the cations Ca2+ and Mg2+.3 Water hardness is a measure of the concentration of calcium and/or magnesium ions in water.3 Water becomes hard as it drains through limestone, dolomite and other minerals. She wants these different artifacts of her heritage because she wants to show them off for fashion and use them for decorations. Dee points out the things that she thinks will stand out the most, such as the quilt, dashers, and the benches. Mama or Mrs. Johnson, does not allow Dee to take anything but the dashers. She knows that Dee will not respect the things that their ancestors made. Mama and Maggie respect their heritage very much and does not want anyone to use the artifacts in the wrong way. In the short story Everyday Use, Alice Walker applies the literary technique of irony to emphasize heritage as part of one daily life. The Johnson family has many problems throughout the household. Mrs. Johnson has a harsh and difficult life; however, her daughters does not make it any better. Mama does not have a lot to show for, but what she does have she appreciates and cares for it very much. The biggest problem would be that Dee does not respect her heritage and does not want to live at home. Their home was not that nice, there were many things wrong with it, but that is where it shows your culture and heritage of your past. Dee left home because she did not like the way her mama was living, she went off to college to try to better herself. Maggie, the youngest daughter, is a very dull and unattractive girl. Walker writes, Have you ever seen a lame animal, perhaps a dog run over by some careless person rich enough to own a car, sidle up to someone who is ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Poppet is able to gaze into the future when she looks at people. Poppet uses that information that she collects to find answers to who is going be in the circus in the future. Tara is also curious about the circus, but for another reason. She does her best to explain her concern. That there is more going on with the circus than most people are privy to (Morgenstern 262). The book then continues to explain Tara s skepticism, and then Tara decides to investigate. Poppet and Tara both been affected by their investigations of the circus. Poppet wants to find more answers to not be depressed, but she does not like that she invades people s privacy to get her answers. Tara s search affected her way differently than Poppet s, and Tara s search lead to her being careless. Her carelessness eventually led to her demise because she was investigating and then got hit by a train. Poppet and Tara Burgess are two of the large amount of people who are on a search for answers. The search for acceptance, affection, and answers are all key parts to The Night Circus. All of those searches were eventually problematic because of Celia and Marco s relationship. Any of those searches should not allow you to fall in love with a life long adversary. I would give myself a 9.2/10 because I improved my transitions, but I could have made less grammar errors. • 43. Analysis Of Mary Maloney In A Mamb To The Slaughter Mary Had A Little Lamb The 1950s, the booming age with the booming economy, the booming suburbs and the baby boom it was a time of perfect wives and lives for everyone. This was not the case for Mary Maloney in the story A Lamb To The Slaughter by Roald Dahl who broke the carnival mirror perception of the 1950s and the Domestic Goddess when she murdered her husband. Mary Maloney is an innocent victim of circumstance pushed by insanity to unlawful behavior by completely losing her rightful mental state during the time of the crime becoming unaware of what her actions were really doing until coming out of her temporary insanity and realizing what she had done. Firstly, Mary during the crime loses awareness of what is happening and snaps which can clearly be seen in the text where it says, She couldn t feel anything at all except a slight nausea and desire to vomit. Everything was automatic now.... (Dahl Mary goes into a state of shock after her husband tells her that he is planning on leaving her and cannot be held accountable legally for what she did in a state of insanity and mental unawareness. This quote really shows what kind of effect this news has on Mary s character and how it completely diminishes her mental capability during this time. Others might say that just because she goes into shock does not give her the right to kill her husband which can be true in some cases, but truly traumatic shock, like Mary s husband saying he was leaving her during a time ... Highs school sports have been around since the late 19th century to the early 20th century. Since then, students, teachers, and other parts of the community have made sports a priority over academics. Some parents, administrators, and even teachers are wanting to get high school sports taken away. They say it takes up too much time, cost too much money, and too dangerous. Everything in the world cost money, but everyone makes sure that what they enjoy doing gets the most priority of money spent towards it. The average cost of a high school sport per athlete is on average $400 (Granata). This does not include any extra sporting gear for the athlete, hotel money, traveling out of town, or anything else that is not base price. Many parents and other sport spectators use money as a reason that sports should be taken out of high school because they see it as too expensive for just a little bit of fame. There has been a tremendous amount of solutions for funding high school sports. Many coaches around the entire country have come up with ways to start fundraising to make sure that their sport does not get cut because of funding. A wrestling coach started a program where the community could rent a wrestler and the wrestling team would get the benefits, and a football coach at Wilsonville came up with a fundraiser chicken and bean bowl which would generate $7,000 in donations and raffles (Daschel). There are many coaches that have gone through the extreme to get money for their sport which shows that there are ways to fund any sport. Most sports are very expensive, but it should not mean that a high school student s dream should be taken away. Sports can be perceived as too dangerous, and that it is taking a ... • 45. Sleep Reflection I learned a lot about myself, my sleep patterns and how they are affecting my mood and performance throughout the day. I found that I sleep a lot better and get to bed earlier on nights that I workout. The problem was that i was tired but stayed up later than I should have because I lost track of time while on my phone. Also when I would put my phone down to try to go to sleep, my mind was still racing. I was either thinking about school from that day or events and homework that I needed to get done the next day. This caused me to stress a little and kept me up, which was stupid of me because I can not control the future. Also on the days that I felt stressed at school, lead to a worst night of sleep. The one thing that was pretty consistent, and I feel helped me, was my diet which was pretty good during the week. This lead to me sleeping more soundly and I did not wake up throughout the night. No drugs were taken during the week but i did take dietary supplements throughout the days. I feel like this helped with my energy levels throughout the day and helped me to sleep through the night. This left me as well rested as possible with the limited sleep that I got, which was my fault. My sleep schedule stayed somewhat consistent minus the day where I had to wake up at 4:30 am. On the weekend I slept in longer than usual which threw off my consistency a little but I felt better rested those days. The days during the week kept pretty consistent with a 6:30 am wake up time. ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
