American Airlines Flight 1420 tragically crashed on June 1, 1999. The flight crew
attempted to land the McDonnell Douglas DC 9 82 in Little Rock, Arkansas during a

In films, emotion plays an important element. It s a powerful yet a simple way to
capture the audience. Good screenwriters can create scenes that help the viewers
relate to a character by incorporating emotion which forms a meaningful bond with
the audience that helps make a film more engaging and enjoyable to watch. This is
observable in virtually any film, whether it s a live action film with real actors or an
animation film by Disney where all the characters are born with a writing utensil on a
canvas. With further contribution and guidance from the director, adding additional

I know this hurt him and I feel terribly about this now but I m sure he knew this
might be coming having obviously picked out where he lived. I did my best never
to be home those years. It was a lot easier after I started driving and drove my

From Grease to Rent, musical comedies have been known to enlighten viewers on
specific issues while keeping the context of the musical pleasurable and easy to enjoy.
The 2007 musical film Hairspray is a satire of Baltimore in the early 1960 s while
going through the Civil Rights movement. Through this romantic comedy, the agon
of African American civil rights and other power struggles among race gender, and

The pediatric dental literature contains numerous reports on various medications
(e.g., nitrous oxide, opioids, benzodiazepines, chloral hydrate, barbiturates and
antihistamines) which have been administrated alone or in combination. (5 9)
Diazepam has been used to manage an uncooperative child in a dental setting.
It is a water insoluble benzodiazepine and requires the organic solvent propylene
glycol to dissolve it. Propylene glycol is most likely responsible for renoirritation and
thrombophebitis that may occur during injection. Diazepam undergoes metabolism to
active desmethyl diazepam and oxazepam that can produce sedation 6 8 hours after its
initial administration (10).
Diazepam is sedative hypnotic agent and act in the brain on specific receptors
enhancing
GABAergic transmission. Flumazenil can be used to reverse the sedative action of
diazepam but repeated doses are needed (11). Diazepam is very popular sedating

The Effects Of Sleep On Cognitive Function
In the present study we sought to characterize abnormalities in sleep architecture and
quality, in a cohort of patients with medically refractory versus and controlled
epilepsy, versus normal healthy controls and to study the effect of sleep parameters
on cognitive function in these groups. The main observations made were of
significantly longer self reported and polysomnographic TST in patients with
refractory epilepsyin comparison to controlled epilepsy and healthy controls. Sleep
architecture was also found to be markedly disturbed among epilepsy patients in both
groups, with prolonged REM latencies, and frequent arousals and awakenings
although these abnormalities were statistically similar between the groups. Our main
observation is that higher total sleep time has a negative correlation with memoryand
executive function performance.
