We are living in an environment where we are consciously or unconsciously being raised to live dependent lives. Our culture informs us everyday to depend on the government or some people for our survival; our educational system is graduating unemployable graduates with no proactive ability to look for white collar jobs that are not available. These orientations are eventually not helping us to live fulfilled lives. To live and fulfil your life purpose, you need a reorientation and a change of thought about life and living. You need to develop the mind of great people: believe in yourself; be determined to achieve your desires and give it all it takes to realize your dreams in spite of any challenges that may come your way. Everyone thinks of changing the world, but no one thinks of changing himself. Changing oneself starts with changing one's thoughts and beliefs. You are greater than who you think you are, but to change your life to achieve that greatness, you must change your orientation because our thoughts and beliefs are our destiny.

It involves developing understanding of others, respecting differences, and participating cooperatively in human activities. Peace has traditionally been defined as the absence of war or direct violence. However, in the 1960s an alternative view emerged that peace also requires the absence of structural violence in societies. Structural violence refers to indirect ways that people suffer due to social, political, and economic injustices built into systems. Johan Galtung argued for defining peace positively as both the absence of direct and structural violence, and the presence of social justice. Educating for peace is now seen as an ethical imperative and a way to challenge beliefs that war cannot be avoided, with the goal of cultivating non-violent and just societies.
The document discusses different symbols and representatives of peace, including Ned Flanders, Miley Cyrus giving a peace sign, and Woodstock 1969. It then provides details about Martin Luther King Jr. and Mahatma Gandhi, two peaceful representatives who led movements for civil rights and Indian independence, respectively, through non-violent protests and fasting. Both MLK and Gandhi are praised for effectively using peaceful means to achieve their goals and end discrimination.
The document discusses the importance and goals of peace education around the world. Peace education aims to foster positive social change through teaching democracy, human rights, nonviolence, and addressing issues like poverty, war, prejudice, and environmental problems. The document provides examples of how peace education is implemented in different countries and regions, highlighting issues specific to their contexts, from challenging militarism in Japan to addressing inequality in South America. It also outlines the role of educators and how schools can incorporate peace education into their curriculums and extracurricular activities to work towards building a more just and peaceful society.

Overall life span (LS) was 1671.7±1721.6 days and cumulative 5YS reached 62.4%, 10 years – 50.4%, 20 years – 44.6%. 94 LCP lived more than 5 years without cancer (LS=2958.6±1723.6 days), 22 – more than 10 years (LS=5571±1841.8 days). 67 LCP died because of LC (LS=471.9±344 days). AT significantly improved 5YS (68% vs. 53.7%) (P=0.028 by log-rank test). Cox modeling displayed that 5YS of LCP significantly depended on: N0-N12, T3-4, blood cell circuit, cell ratio factors (ratio between cancer cells-CC and blood cells subpopulations), LC cell dynamics, recalcification time, heparin tolerance, prothrombin index, protein, AT, procedure type (P=0.000-0.031). Neural networks, genetic algorithm selection and bootstrap simulation revealed relationships between 5YS and N0-12 (rank=1), thrombocytes/CC (rank=2), segmented neutrophils/CC (3), eosinophils/CC (4), erythrocytes/CC (5), healthy cells/CC (6), lymphocytes/CC (7), stick neutrophils/CC (8), leucocytes/CC (9), monocytes/CC (10). Correct prediction of 5YS was 100% by neural networks computing (error=0.000; area under ROC curve=1.0).

Cell Therapy Expansion and Challenges in Autoimmune DiseaseHealth Advances
There is increasing confidence that cell therapies will soon play a role in the treatment of autoimmune disorders, but the extent of this impact remains to be seen. Early readouts on autologous CAR-Ts in lupus are encouraging, but manufacturing and cost limitations are likely to restrict access to highly refractory patients. Allogeneic CAR-Ts have the potential to broaden access to earlier lines of treatment due to their inherent cost benefits, however they will need to demonstrate comparable or improved efficacy to established modalities.
In addition to infrastructure and capacity constraints, CAR-Ts face a very different risk-benefit dynamic in autoimmune compared to oncology, highlighting the need for tolerable therapies with low adverse event risk. CAR-NK and Treg-based therapies are also being developed in certain autoimmune disorders and may demonstrate favorable safety profiles. Several novel non-cell therapies such as bispecific antibodies, nanobodies, and RNAi drugs, may also offer future alternative competitive solutions with variable value propositions.
Widespread adoption of cell therapies will not only require strong efficacy and safety data, but also adapted pricing and access strategies. At oncology-based price points, CAR-Ts are unlikely to achieve broad market access in autoimmune disorders, with eligible patient populations that are potentially orders of magnitude greater than the number of currently addressable cancer patients. Developers have made strides towards reducing cell therapy COGS while improving manufacturing efficiency, but payors will inevitably restrict access until more sustainable pricing is achieved.
Despite these headwinds, industry leaders and investors remain confident that cell therapies are poised to address significant unmet need in patients suffering from autoimmune disorders. However, the extent of this impact on the treatment landscape remains to be seen, as the industry rapidly approaches an inflection point.

Living in this very
challenging world
requires a lot of strength
and means to handle your
life well.
You have to be able to
manage not only your life
at work, but your
personal life as well.
3. www.meditationtoday.com.au
You are dealing with a lot of situations such as meeting
deadlines, balancing your time, energy and attention
between work and family, and so forth. If managed
well, you will definitely be able to live a quiet and
peaceful life despite of those pressured moments. Here
are some thoughts on how you can achieve a
peaceful life:
4. www.meditationtoday.com.au
Be Yourself
Some people tend to wear masks just to fit it. And you
should take note that living in camouflage is also
fooling yourself, they will like you not for what you
are. So start aiming to accept people that do not
welcome you for what you are, instead of stressing
yourself to please them.
5. www.meditationtoday.com.au
You have to realize that this
will just make you live in
agony, trying to portray the
role you can never be.
Avoid living in the shadow
of other people to build your
own identity–your own
you. The time will come that
you will meet people who
will take you for what you
really are.
6. www.meditationtoday.com.au
Do Good to Others
As we have learned from an old Confucian rule,
commonly known as the Golden rule says, “Do unto
others as you would have them done unto you.”
That rule can never be obsolete.
7. www.meditationtoday.com.au
To be able to live peacefully, you have to be good to
your neighbors as you would like them to be good to
you. This does not mean that you will do favor for
others to get something in return. Life will bring you
back whatever you have done, be it good or
bad. Remember, what goes around, comes around.
8. www.meditationtoday.com.au
And when you do well with others not for any
vested interests or expecting something in return,
you will notice that you feel light and feel good as
well, making you more live in tranquillity.
9. www.meditationtoday.com.au
Be at peace with others
Somehow related from the latter, but this one is not just
doing favor for other people. This is telling you that if
you cannot do anything for them, at least do not be
against them, as much as possible. In this way, you are
living harmoniously with others instead of making them
your enemies and silent competitors.
10. www.meditationtoday.com.au
This does not mean you have to please everybody
except yourself and sacrifice your own beliefs, but try
your best effort to stand on what you need to,
without getting into deep trouble.
11. www.meditationtoday.com.au
If you sense that after you have done your part and
still in vain, get out of their way. Redirect yourself
in getting along with new acquaintances, but remain
casual with those whom you find difficult to deal
with. Eventually, they will appreciate you for doing
that and possibly exert effort to get along with you
which means meeting you halfway.
