“Healthy food“
Denys Burkovskyi
Healthy fruits
Healthy fruits and berries include cherries, apples, grapes,
grapefruit, kiwifruit, lemons, mango, melons, olives, peaches,
pears, pineapples, plums, and raspberries
Vegetables are among the world’s most
concentrated sources of nutrients.There’s a
wide variety available, and it’s best to eat
many different types every day
Dairy. For many people, it is the easiest way to
get the calcium, vitamin D, and protein they
need to keep their heart, muscles, and bones
healthy and functioning properly
Cheese
Cheese is incredibly nutritious, as a single
slice may offer about the same amount of
nutrients as an entire cup (240 ml) of milk
Fish and seafood.Fish and other seafood tend to be very healthy and
nutritious. They’re especially rich in omega-3 fatty acids and iodine, two nutrients in
which most people are deficient.
Studies show that people who eat the highest amounts of seafood — especially fish —
tend to live longer and have a lower risk of many illnesses, including heart disease,
dementia, and depression
Meat is a good source of protein,
vitamins and minerals in your diet
Chicken It is an excellent source of
low-fat protein. Protein helps your
body to maintain muscle mass and
also helps you to build muscle if you
are participating in a strength
program. Chicken breast is also a very
good source of selenium, phosphorus,
vitamin B6, and niacin
Eggs. They give you a full range of B vitamins and amino acids, which are the building
blocks of protein. The yolk is rich in vitamins that are essential for proper cell function,
as well as contain the "beauty vitamin," biotin. This B vitamin is more commonly
known to help hair grow and strengthen fingernails, but research has shown it also helps
protect skin from acne, rashes, and even dryness.
Dark chocolate is filled with flavonoid
antioxidants that keep blood platelets
from sticking together
