HUMANIKA CONSULTING
Humanika Consulting is an HRD and Management consultant brand under the
auspices of PT Humanika Amanah Indonesia. As a brand, Humanika Consulting,
which was established in 2004, started its career in developing human resources
through training program activities using an outdoor activity (Outbound) approach. The
Experiential Learning method is promoted in developing people through continuous
change so that the S.O.B.A.T. (Semua Orang Bisa Hebat) becomes a platform in the
change process, namely Start, Order, Breakthrough, Accelerate, and Transform.

Using measurements in every evaluation carried out in outbound activities has led Humanika
Consulting to become one of the brands in organizational development. The interaction of
changes in people and the environment are interrelated in improving performance and achieving
organizational goals. Organization Development (OD) which is carried out focuses on
organizational development within the scope of Human Resources Management (HR).
Along with business development in OD, Humanika Consulting also plays an important part in
ensuring the competence of people within the organization, so the Assessment Center is
something that is needed. Not only that, the development of competencies in talent
management encourages Humanika Consulting to also focus on potential (talents, interests,
and personality), so that they no longer see "the gaps" to be developed but see "strengths" to
be put in their place.
In line with the need for Individual Assessment to cover all regions in Indonesia, Humanika
Consulting facilitates certification training for Internal Assessors who are members of the
Humanika Associate Assessor community, where the professional competence of assessors is
improved periodically through training and development.
To anticipate high demands regarding Individual Assessment, Humanika Consulting has
innovated to create a web-based application and has parameters (Job-Person Profile Matching),
by having a subsidiary, PT Humanika Bisnis Digital, which is a subsidiary that concentrates on
Big Data and research related to HR. in 2019.

Assessment Methodology
The series of tests are carried out through
the Zoom Meeting and supervised by
Assessors, Supervisors and Technicians
from Humanika Consulting to ensure that
the implementation of Online Assessment
is carried out honestly and done by the
participants. The psychological test is
carried out by accessing the Hipotest.com
application
Online Test Offline Test
The series of tests are carried out at the
Humanika Consulting office or at a
location determined by the customer by
first making an agreement with the
Humanika Consulting Marketing team.
Activities are carried out by following the
health protocols.
Our Assesor
We have more than 50 associates recruited from
renowned public and private universities who
trained, developed and experienced in
Assessment Center and Psychological Tests.
All associates, both assessors and psychologists,
are members of the Humanika Talent Program,
which is a periodic development program related
to assessment center competencies (test tool
design, organizers, assessors, reporting, BEI and
Feedback) and Psychology Competencies
(refreshes and updates psychological test tools,
reporting and counseling).
Associate Assessors and Psychologists spread
throughout Indonesia, especially at the provincial
level.
