Chairman of Consulting tools, John is a qualified chartered
management accountant.
After working as consultant at the university of Aston Business
school, he developed his career in finance before becoming an
independent consultant.
John’s particular area of consulting expertise is the
improvement of individual and group effectiveness via more
systematic problem solving ,decision making , business
planning, quality management processes and Six sigma.
◦ Anna Ward:
Anna has taken on the role of managing the Consulting Tools
International Partner Network, which currently consists of 30
countries and continues to grow across the globe.
After graduating from Cambridge University, Anna started her
career at t-three consulting, a consultancy specialising in
leadership and management development, who work with
leaders, teams and whole organisations to unleash their full
potential.

Rohini completed her MBA from FMS (Faculty of management
Studies) at Delhi University, India, and started her career in
financial services.
Subsequently, she moved to London, where she worked on part time

Personnel Development),and is Level 1 registered to use aptitude
