   Chairman of Consulting tools, John is a qualified chartered
    management accountant.
   After working as consultant at the university of Aston Business
    school, he developed his career in finance before becoming an
    independent consultant.
   John’s particular area of consulting expertise          is the
    improvement of individual and group effectiveness via more
    systematic problem solving ,decision making , business
    planning, quality management processes and Six sigma.
◦ Anna Ward:
   Anna has taken on the role of managing the Consulting Tools
    International Partner Network, which currently consists of 30
    countries and continues to grow across the globe.
   After graduating from Cambridge University, Anna started her
    career at t-three consulting, a consultancy specialising in
    leadership and management development, who work with
    leaders, teams and whole organisations to unleash their full
    potential.

   and gained his initial experience with a consulting organisation

  More recently he built on ten years’ research in personality

    Rohini completed her MBA from FMS (Faculty of management
   Studies) at Delhi University, India, and started her career in
   financial services.
  Subsequently, she moved to London, where she worked on part time

   Personnel Development),and is Level 1 registered to use aptitude
