Automation of Waste Paper Reject Handling System using DCSijtsrd
The main objective of this project to dispose the reject material properly and reduce the environmental impacts. This is a Deinking process DIP . Deinking process is the one in which the ink from the office waste and newspaper and removed in order to prevent it from dispersion into the pulp sodium soap is used for removing the ink. The sodium soap produced in conveyer. The existing method have only one conveyer. It carries the reject material and it create the environmental hazards. But our proposed method has two conveyers. These conveyers are worked with the help of DCS. It reduces the environmental pollution and reduce the need for more manual labor. The conveyer 1 has a magnetic separator which separate the metal, iron and its components. The conveyer 2 has a reject material like polythene and reject material. Those materials are conveyed Baling machine by using the conveyer 2. Finally, all the reject materials are bundled by using the baling machine. Abi. R | Gayathri. C | Gowsalya. In this present study, comparing the cost of roofing on Steel Angular Truss, Hollow Tube Truss with Self Supporting Roof for the opening of 6 meter, 12 meter, 18 meter and 24 meter. Hollow tube truss is 40.35 and 44.15 cheaper than Steel Angular Truss and Self Supporting Roof for the opening of 6 meter. Similarly 24.37 and 21.97 cheaper for the opening of 12 meter. As the length of opening increase from 12 meter Self Supporting Roof becomes cheaper. Self Supporting Roof is 36.26 and 4.41 cheaper than Steel Angular Truss and Hollow tube Truss for the opening of 18 meter. Self Supporting Roof is 28.50 and 11.42 cheaper than Steel Angular Truss and Hollow tube Truss for the opening of 24 meter. Abstract The Conveyer System finds its Application where manual material transfer fails. Conveyor system is a common piece of mechanical handling equipment that moves materials from one location to another. Belt Conveyor systems are used widespread across a range of industries due to the numerous benefits they provide. Though these conveyors have numerous advantages they also require huge amount of power to drive belts. As the result of increased fuel prices in global markets and scarce of fuels electricity tariff is increasing tremendously. By reducing drive power requirement we can save huge amounts of money as well as reduce green house gas emissions. The project involves analysis of changes in power consumption by replacing the contact type internal scraper with Adjustable Type Non-contact internal scraper. Low power architecture of logic gates using adiabatic techniquesnooriasukmaningtyas
The growing significance of portable systems to limit power consumption in ultra-large-scale-integration chips of very high density, has recently led to rapid and inventive progresses in low-power design. The most effective technique is adiabatic logic circuit design in energy-efficient hardware. This paper presents two adiabatic approaches for the design of low power circuits, modified positive feedback adiabatic logic (modified PFAL) and the other is direct current diode based positive feedback adiabatic logic (DC-DB PFAL). Logic gates are the preliminary components in any digital circuit design. By improving the performance of basic gates, one can improvise the whole system performance. In this paper proposed circuit design of the low power architecture of OR/NOR, AND/NAND, and XOR/XNOR gates are presented using the said approaches and their results are analyzed for powerdissipation, delay, power-delay-product and rise time and compared with the other adiabatic techniques along with the conventional complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) designs reported in the literature. It has been found that the designs with DC-DB PFAL technique outperform with the percentage improvement of 65% for NOR gate and 7% for NAND gate and 34% for XNOR gate over the modified PFAL techniques at 10 MHz respectively.
Understanding Inductive Bias in Machine LearningSUTEJAS
This presentation explores the concept of inductive bias in machine learning. It explains how algorithms come with built-in assumptions and preferences that guide the learning process. You'll learn about the different types of inductive bias and how they can impact the performance and generalizability of machine learning models.
The presentation also covers the positive and negative aspects of inductive bias, along with strategies for mitigating potential drawbacks. We'll explore examples of how bias manifests in algorithms like neural networks and decision trees.
By understanding inductive bias, you can gain valuable insights into how machine learning models work and make informed decisions when building and deploying them.

A review on techniques and modelling methodologies used for checking electrom...nooriasukmaningtyas
The proper function of the integrated circuit (IC) in an inhibiting electromagnetic environment has always been a serious concern throughout the decades of revolution in the world of electronics, from disjunct devices to today’s integrated circuit technology, where billions of transistors are combined on a single chip. The automotive industry and smart vehicles in particular, are confronting design issues such as being prone to electromagnetic interference (EMI). Electronic control devices calculate incorrect outputs because of EMI and sensors give misleading values which can prove fatal in case of automotives. In this paper, the authors have non exhaustively tried to review research work concerned with the investigation of EMI in ICs and prediction of this EMI using various modelling methodologies and measurement setups.
Harnessing WebAssembly for Real-time Stateless Streaming PipelinesChristina Lin
Traditionally, dealing with real-time data pipelines has involved significant overhead, even for straightforward tasks like data transformation or masking. However, in this talk, we’ll venture into the dynamic realm of WebAssembly (WASM) and discover how it can revolutionize the creation of stateless streaming pipelines within a Kafka (Redpanda) broker. These pipelines are adept at managing low-latency, high-data-volume scenarios.
