This project addresses the solid waste problems in the Thatipur area of Gwalior, emphasizing the environmental and health impacts of uncollected municipal solid waste. Through site visits, questionnaires, and interactions with local residents, the study highlights the dissatisfaction with current waste disposal methods and the resulting health issues. The findings indicate a significant correlation between the proximity of the dumpsite and the prevalence of diseases among residents, urging the necessity for improved waste management practices and public awareness.
