 Human Resource Head
 Employee Relations
 Plans, organizes, leads and controls the operation of the department.
 Interprets company manuals, rules and regulations.

 Resolves all Incident Report of the Human Resources Department.
 Conducts interview of applicants endorsed by the Recruitment and Selection Staff prior to the final
interview by the concerned Department Head.
 Proposes continual improvement actions in the Human Resources Department and monitors the
effective implementations of the same.

 Identifies staff vacancies in coordination with all Department / Branch Heads.
