This document outlines the criteria for the Most Outstanding Cooperative Leaders award. To be eligible, candidates must be cooperative members in good standing for 10 years and have served as a cooperative officer for at least 5 years. They must also be nominated by at least two organizations. Candidates must submit documentation including certifications of membership, service, generated resources, technical assistance provided, and awards received. Candidates will be evaluated on their performance and contributions to cooperative development, longevity of service, and awards received, with the highest scoring candidate winning the award.
