Responsibilities:
a) Handling end-to-end Recruitment Process.
b) Understanding the job description and job specification of a particular vacancy.
c) Preliminary screening/short listing of candidates done by means of telephonic conversation for
maximum accuracy to match with the requirement.
d) Interacting with the candidates, giving them brief about the position, roles and responsibilities,
and checking their positional fitment based on this interaction will be assigned to respective
interview.
e) Validating the candidates based on their skill sets, CTC, communication skills and notice period,
and choosing the right candidate for the requirement.
f) Arranging the candidate's interview with our clients.
g) Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports for management of lined up candidates.
H) Follow up with the candidates, intimating the results & status of the interview to the
Candidates.
i) Post offer follow-up with the candidate to ensure timely joining.
j) Maintain daily and weekly tracking report (including offers and joinee)
k) Have Work Experience on Both ITNon-IT Requirements but majorly on Non-IT.

a) Development of hr department( forms,employee handbook, HR manual)
b) Interview applicants to obtain information on work history,training, education and job skills.
c) Salary Negotiations and dealing with the employee joining formalities and documentation like offer letter
generation, issuing appointment letters and employment contract.
d) Handling employee database(both in soft form and files management)
e) Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering
contracts and helping resolve work related problems.
f) Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment,
compensation, labor relations and employee relations
g) Leaves and attendance management.
h) Handling the payroll
i) Managing advance salary.
j) Confirmations, performance appraisals, performance management.
k) Liaison with various consultants.
l) Motivate employees on day-to-day basis.
m) Stop all type of rumors and misleading communication.
n) Administering disciplinary procedures.
o) Responding to employee’s queries/Concern, resolving the issues.
p) Housekeeping Management in coordination with external agencies.
q) Inventory Management i.e Stationery, housekeeping material, Tea/Coffee/Water, electrical consumables.
r) Equipment’s Management in coordination with the AMC vendors/Land lord's team on site.
s) Security Management i.e material In-Out, visitor management.
t) Mail Room Management i.e courier management
u) Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards organizational objectives.
v) Role in “employee engagement”… winning the trust of the employee and hence can help the organization
in controlling the attrition.
w) Exit-interviews
x) Responsible for all the exit formalities including Full and final settlement, resignation, generation of
Experience letter and Relieving Letter.
y) Keeping track of Confirmation, Appraisals, and Increments of employees.
j)Handle Off boarding and On boarding.
