 Handling the complete Recruitment Life Cycle.
 Continuous interaction with the various departments for sharing requirements.
 Job Posting, Sourcing, Screening and Short listing of profiles from various Job portals,
Employee Referrals, Consultancy etc.
 Short-listing the candidates profile according to the requirement.
 Coordinating with the interview panel members and organize candidates for
Interview.
 Negotiating the salary with the selected candidates.
 Generating the offer letters and appointment letters.

 Taking care of joining formalities (Issue Offer letter/Appointment Letter, Collection of
required documents from new joiner as per employment terms and conditions)
 Orient the employee towards policies and procedures of the company.
 Ensuring that Employee ID card, Laptop/PCs, Stationary, Locker etc is issued to all
new joiners.
 Doing background verification to the newly joined employees.
Training & Development:
 Conducting and coordinating internal training sections.
 Preparation of training calendar, schedules and batches for imparting training for all
levels of employees.
 Recording all training records.
