Hackertrail is a cloud-based recruitment solution that uses gamification and social media to connect IT talent with jobs. Resource Solutions ran a campaign on Hackertrail for a telecommunications client, sharing coding challenges on social media targeting Java, PL/SQL, and IP support engineers in Kuala Lumpur. The challenges allowed employers to understand candidates' skills and thinking, and 685 candidates visited the site with 42 registering to complete the challenge.
