The document discusses reallocating members internally to fulfill membership needs across programs and processes. It involves a few key steps:
1. The VP of Talent Management does talent planning to identify membership crunches or excesses across programs and matches internal talents' skills to other opportunities.
2. An application process is used to reallocate members based on criteria like performance reviews and competencies. Members apply by outlining their competencies, desired experiences, and plans for the new position.
3. Final allocations are made and members transition to their new programs before the next cycle with brief training. Reallocation aims to increase the value of the talent management experience for members and organization.
The document provides guidance on conducting monthly membership planning within a Local Committee. It outlines a process to:
1) Define the desired culture and goals, 2) Assess if current members' performance and behaviors align, 3) Identify missing behaviors or job needs, 4) Review the talent pipeline and recruitment strategy.
Key aspects include evaluating members' fit, capabilities, and commitment; determining job requirements; attracting applicants through various channels tailored to needed profiles. The overall goal is to continuously develop the right people to build the desired culture and achieve organizational goals.
The document outlines the process for running an effective team, which includes:
1) An introduction for team members to get to know each other and understand the team's purpose.
2) A planning process where the team co-creates goals, strategies, and responsibilities.
3) Regular meetings to track progress and review performance, as well as one-on-one coaching.
4) Activities to build team bonding and recognize contributions.
5) Reporting on results and transitioning knowledge to new team members at the end.
The document discusses the importance of people analytics for making people decisions as a team manager in AIESEC. It outlines that people analytics involves collecting consistent data on membership over time through a quarterly employee engagement survey. This will allow benchmarking across entities and analyzing key assumptions about the membership. Entities can customize the survey with 0-5 additional questions. Guidelines are provided on designing effective questions that test hypotheses, have associated action steps, and identify pain or gain points to track over time. The survey will launch on October 17th and entities can provide feedback and submit custom questions through specified links.

14. Recommendations:
LCVP TM makes decision on his/her own or consult that with EB members.
If candidate suits the opportunity LCVP TM accept him/her on Expa
If candidate doesn’t suit any of 2 oportunities that he/she applied for and we think that he/she suits another position –
LCVP TM offer that position to the candidate. Not every candidate has to be accepted!
TMP-TMP JD should be precised and more challenging than JD of other TMPs.
We recommend that team should consist of TMP-TMPs and TMPs. But it depends on LC’s relity.
