Ruminant sheep from forage and legumes, which has linited avabiility due to the shift inproductive land for grass and legumes, which have been widely used for housing and business. Research purposes; To see the digestibility level of the fiber fraction from cacao waste fermented with indigenic microorganisms in sheep. Research hypothesis: Increased digestibility of cacao waste fiber fraction fermented with indigenous microorganisms. Benefits of Research: The results of this study can reduce the waste problem cacao can be used as the building blocks for livestock rations ruminant by breeders.Material and Methods: This study used sheep as much as 16 tails whose age 6-12 months, the sheep will be sorted by weight, ration treatment consisted of four, namely; A = Concentrate (40%) + forage (60%), B = Concentrate (40%) + Grass (30%) + Lives fermentation (LF) (30%), C = Concentrate (40%) + Grass (30%) + rind cocoa Fermentation(RCF)( 30%), D = Concentrate( 40%) + Grass (30%) + (15%) LF+ RCF (15%). Variable research is weight gain, consumption of fiber fraction and the fiber fraction Digest. The results of the study are incressing weight of sheep ranged from 56.052 to 71.315 g / head / day with MD consumtion ranged from 289.78 to 359.00, from 129.02 to 160.22 NDF, ADF -115.42 84.29 grams / head / day and digestibility of MD ranged from 59.16 to 60.62%, 34.187 to 55.67 NDF, ADF 26.00 to 48.46. Conclusion: The waste cacao fruit can promote the growth of sheep are seen in terms of the fiber fraction. Suggestion; Giving the Waste cacao fruit in the diet in order to be improved.

Meat Quality of Broiler Chickens Fed Diets Containing some Tropical Leaves as...AI Publications
Meat quality, carcass and organ characteristic of arbo acre breed of broiler chicken fed diets containing moringa, fluted pumpkin and African spinach meals and their composites as replacement for 50% synthetic methionine in diets were examined using a completely randomized experimental design involving two hundred and forty (240) chicks. Which were randomly distributed into eight dietary treatments of three replicates per treatment and ten birds per replicate. This study lasted for six weeks. At the end of the experiment, three (3) birds per replicate were randomly selected and slaughtered. The carcass and the organs characteristic were measured and thigh, breast and drumstick were separated for meat quality analysis. The carcass characteristic were all significantly (P≥0.05) differ with moringa having the highest. The organ characteristic shows that there were no significant (p≤0.05) difference in all the parameters except for the belly fat. The meat quality (P≤0.05) affected. There was improvement in thaw loss, tenderness, juiciness and overall acceptability of the meats with the inclusion of the leaf mills. The composite leaf meal inclusion gave the overall best result. It was concluded that the selected leaf meals and their composite could be used to replacement 50% synthetic methionine in poultry diet.

Feed constitutes about 80% of the total livestock production cost in Nigeria. The problem is more critical during the dry season more especially for ruminants. This study was conducted to determine the effect of location on chemical composition of sugarcane peels as animal feed in Kano State, Nigeria. The three sugarcane peel samples used for the study were from three different locations namely; Kano, Kaduna and mixed sugarcane peel (Kano and Kaduna). Known weights of the peels were sun dried and determined in the laboratory for proximate, energy, pH and phytonutrients. Results showed that ether extract, nitrogen-free extract, and dry matter were influenced by the location. Energy values (3891. 34 – 4037.53kcal/kg) were also affected (P< 0.05) by location of the sugarcane peels meal. Crude protein (6.02 – 8.20%), crude fiber (29.99 – 30.22%) and ash were not significantly affected (P > 0.05) by location. The cellulose, hemicelluloses, NDF, ADF, and ADL of sugarcane peels meal were all significantly (P <0.05) affected by the location. The pH values (6.38 – 6.67) were significantly affected (P < 0.05) by location. The phytonutrients of all the components were not significantly affected (P > 0.05) by the location. Based on these findings, sugarcane peels meal from all the locations can serve as an alternative feed ingredient for ruminants, since the peels contained substantial amount of energy and protein. However, the peels meal can also be safe for ruminants’ feedings because it contained small amounts of anti-nutritional factors.
Introduction
The aim of this study is to describe the effect of Water Hyacinth (WH) as a substitution for Complete Feed (CF) in the society sheep farming, especially on the production performance.
Material and Methods
The methodology used was randomized block design with four treatments and four blocks. The treatment consisted of WH 0 (0% WH + 100% CF), WH 15 (15% WH + 85% CF), WH 30 (30%WH + 70% CF), and WH 45 (45% WH + 55% CF).
Result and Discussion
All the data were analyzed using analysis of variance and least significant difference. The result showed that the most less economical was 45% water hyacinth utilization and 55% complete feed by feed intake (DM = 84.73 g/W0.75/h/d, CP = 11.80 g/W0.75/h/d, and TDN = 44.07 g/W0.75/h/d); digestible (DM = 51.45%, and OM = 50.91%); daily gain of 109.17 g/h/d; feed conversion 6.75; and feed cost per gain is Rp 7.060.05 /g.

The study was conducted to evaluate the serum metabolites and urine oxalate concentration of dairy bull calves fed different inclusion rates of water hyacinth at the Dairy Training and Research Institute DTRI , Dairy Farm, College of Agriculture and Food Science and at the College of Veterinary Medicine, University of the Philippines Los Baños, College, Laguna from August 2017 to December 2017.Sixteen Holstein Friesian Sahiwal crossbred growing dairy bull calves with average weight of 87.30 kg were used as experimental animals. WH at 0, 10, 20 and 40 dry matter DM basis substitution of Napier grass in the total mixed ration served as treatments in four 4 randomized complete blocks, each block consisting of calves at the same weight range. Feeding of WH did not affect serum calcium Ca concentration but showed differences in serum magnesium Mg concentration. Oxalate crystals were not found in the urine despite the presence of oxalic acid in the chemical analysis made in the WH. It could be concluded that WH can be fed to growing dairy bull calves at 10 20 inclusion rate to ensure its optimal utilization. Nieta C. Wild boar meat has well balanced with nutrients
and comprised with unique sensory attributes and meat
quality parameters, however, limited information and
studies have been performed on nutritional quality and meat
quality parameters. The proximate composition of wild boar
meat, mainly protein and fat contents were ranged at 21.6-
24.11% and 2.27-2.62% respectively. The composition of
fatty acids in wild boar has obtained higher values for
unsaturated fatty acids particularly mono unsaturated fatty
acids; nonetheless, investigation on availability of essential
amino acids was scarce. Wild boar meat was darker colour,
less tender and pH ranged at 5.44-5.71. Further,
sophisticated studies will promote the consumption rate of
wild boar meat among consumers that ultimately provide an
opportunity to industries to enhance their production.

Proximate and mineral analysis of delonix regia leaves and rootsSubmissionResearchpa
Medicinal plants serves as therapeutic agents as well as raw materials for the manufacture of modern medicines due to the presence bioactive chemicals (phytochemicals) and nutrients (protein, carbohydrates, fats, amino acids etc.). Among the potential medicinal plants is Delonix regia, therefore this study was carried out to determine the proximate and mineral composition in the plant (leaf and root). The result on proximate analysis of Delonix regia leaf (DRL) showed that it contained moisture (8.10 %), dry matter (91.90 %), crude protein (18.77 %), crude fibre (9.85 %), ether extract (1.33 %), ash (5.21 %), nitrogen free extract (56.74 %), carbohydrates (78.54 %) and energy (1703.5 kj/100 g) while Delonix regia root (DSR) contained moisture, dry matter, crude protein, crude fibre, ether extract, ash, nitrogen free extract, carbohydrates and energy at 9.60 %, 90.40 %, 10.63 %, 7.44 %, 2.71 %, 9.30 %, 60.32 %, 90.18 % and 1814 kj/100g respectively. Mineral analysis showed that DSR contained higher concentrations of calcium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, magnesium, sodium, copper, iron and cobalt at 95.43 mg/100g, 40.77 mg/100g, 100.4 mg/100g, 7.21 mg/100g, 14.21 mg/100g, 41.22 mg/100g, 10.2 mg/100g, 1.10 mg/100g and 0.05 mg/100g relative to calcium (77.31 mg/100g), phosphorus (40.35 mg/100g), potassium (51.60 mg/100g), zinc (3.21 mg/100g), magnesium (10.35 mg/100g), sodium (33.18 mg/100g), copper (7.35 mg/100g) and iron (1.89 mg/100g) established in DRL. A survey on the nutritional value of soybean and rapeseed meals and wheat and corn for monogastric feeds has been conducted by Adisseo. Results show great variations in the nutrient value depending on year of harvest, cultivar, geographical origin, and processing conditions. The survey included analysis of the digestible amino acid and apparent metabolizable energy (AME) values using Adisseo’s NIR predictive equations which have been calculated in reference to in vivo digestibility tests.
The research shows the results of using a protease (Ronozyme ProAct) in improving protein and amino acid digestibility of a conventional commercial 45% protein Meat and Bone Meal.

Chicken feed optimization using evolution strategies and firefly algorithmIJECEIAES
Mixing broiler chicken and layer hens feed using various feed ingredients is a difficult task. The feed must fulfill the minimum nutrient requirement and must break the constraint. Some classic approach like Pearson’s Square has been already introduced to solve this problem. However, the approaches cannot guarantee to fulfill nutrient requirements and desirable price. The two metaheuristic algorithms Evolution Strategies (ES) and Firefly Algorithms (FA) are being proposed in this paper to know how well they performed this problems. Result show that ES is perform much better compared to classic Pearson’s Square, but ES itself is outperform by FA on both cases.

Abstract: The present study aims to analyse the nutritional status of edible meat in adult male and female of the fresh water crab, M.masoniana with respect to the proximate composition (protein, lipid, moisture, ash) during two year study period. Protein & lipid exhibit minimum values during spawning period and maximum during non-spawning period. Moisture exhibited inverse relationship with proteins & lipids. Ash content showed irregular trend with no definite relationship with spawning activity. The aim of the present study was to evaluate the nutritive value of M. masoniana with respect to seasonal variations viz spawning, post spawning and post monsoon periods, with an aim to assess its potential as an edible and culture candidate species.

Plants are the cheapest and indispensable constituents of human diets supplying the body nutrients (carbohydrates, protein, fats, amino acids, vitamins) necessary for growth and body development. Therefore, this work was designed to examine the proximate and mineral composition of Pentadiplandra brazzeana stem bark (PBSB). Proximate composition of PBSB revealed the presence of 8.75 % moisture, 91.25 % dry matter, 6.43 % crude protein, 41.03 % crude fibre, 5.70 % ether extract, 12.11 % ash, 17.82 (g/100 g) carbohydrates, 0.47 % total reducing sugar and 632.2 Kj/100g energy respectively. Results on mineral analysis shows that PSSB is abundant in calcium (73.84 mg/100g) followed by phosphorus (41.55 mg/100g), magnesium (32.56 mg/100g), sodium (28.11 mg/100g), zinc (17.56 mg/100g), manganese (10.88 mg/100g), potassium (9.47 mg/100g) and copper (2.33 mg/100g). In order of mineral abundance in PBSB Ca ˃ phosphorus ˃ magnesium ˃ sodium ˃ zinc ˃ manganese ˃ potassium ˃ copper. Mineral analysis showed that DSR contained higher concentrations of calcium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, magnesium, sodium, copper, iron and cobalt at 95.43 mg/100g, 40.77 mg/100g, 100.4 mg/100g, 7.21 mg/100g, 14.21 mg/100g, 41.22 mg/100g, 10.2 mg/100g, 1.10 mg/100g and 0.05 mg/100g relative to calcium (77.31 mg/100g), phosphorus (40.35 mg/100g), potassium (51.60 mg/100g), zinc (3.21 mg/100g), magnesium (10.35 mg/100g), sodium (33.18 mg/100g), copper (7.35 mg/100g) and iron (1.89 mg/100g) established in DRL. A survey on the nutritional value of soybean and rapeseed meals and wheat and corn for monogastric feeds has been conducted by Adisseo. Results show great variations in the nutrient value depending on year of harvest, cultivar, geographical origin, and processing conditions. The survey included analysis of the digestible amino acid and apparent metabolizable energy (AME) values using Adisseo’s NIR predictive equations which have been calculated in reference to in vivo digestibility tests.
The research shows the results of using a protease (Ronozyme ProAct) in improving protein and amino acid digestibility of a conventional commercial 45% protein Meat and Bone Meal.

Mixing broiler chicken and layer hens feed using various feed ingredients is a difficult task. The feed must fulfill the minimum nutrient requirement and must break the constraint. Some classic approach like Pearson’s Square has been already introduced to solve this problem. However, the approaches cannot guarantee to fulfill nutrient requirements and desirable price. The two metaheuristic algorithms Evolution Strategies (ES) and Firefly Algorithms (FA) are being proposed in this paper to know how well they performed this problems. Result show that ES is perform much better compared to classic Pearson’s Square, but ES itself is outperform by FA on both cases.

Abstract: The present study aims to analyse the nutritional status of edible meat in adult male and female of the fresh water crab, M.masoniana with respect to the proximate composition (protein, lipid, moisture, ash) during two year study period. Protein & lipid exhibit minimum values during spawning period and maximum during non-spawning period. Moisture exhibited inverse relationship with proteins & lipids. Ash content showed irregular trend with no definite relationship with spawning activity. The aim of the present study was to evaluate the nutritive value of M. masoniana with respect to seasonal variations viz spawning, post spawning and post monsoon periods, with an aim to assess its potential as an edible and culture candidate species.

Plants are the cheapest and indispensable constituents of human diets supplying the body nutrients (carbohydrates, protein, fats, amino acids, vitamins) necessary for growth and body development. Therefore, this work was designed to examine the proximate and mineral composition of Pentadiplandra brazzeana stem bark (PBSB). Proximate composition of PBSB revealed the presence of 8.75 % moisture, 91.25 % dry matter, 6.43 % crude protein, 41.03 % crude fibre, 5.70 % ether extract, 12.11 % ash, 17.82 (g/100 g) carbohydrates, 0.47 % total reducing sugar and 632.2 Kj/100g energy respectively. Results on mineral analysis shows that PSSB is abundant in calcium (73.84 mg/100g) followed by phosphorus (41.55 mg/100g), magnesium (32.56 mg/100g), sodium (28.11 mg/100g), zinc (17.56 mg/100g), manganese (10.88 mg/100g), potassium (9.47 mg/100g) and copper (2.33 mg/100g). In order of mineral abundance in PBSB Ca ˃ phosphorus ˃ magnesium ˃ sodium ˃ zinc ˃ manganese ˃ potassium ˃ copper. Techniques to optimize the pagerank algorithm usually fall in two categories. One is to try reducing the work per iteration, and the other is to try reducing the number of iterations. These goals are often at odds with one another. Skipping computation on vertices which have already converged has the potential to save iteration time. Skipping in-identical vertices, with the same in-links, helps reduce duplicate computations and thus could help reduce iteration time. Road networks often have chains which can be short-circuited before pagerank computation to improve performance. Final ranks of chain nodes can be easily calculated. This could reduce both the iteration time, and the number of iterations. If a graph has no dangling nodes, pagerank of each strongly connected component can be computed in topological order. This could help reduce the iteration time, no. of iterations, and also enable multi-iteration concurrency in pagerank computation. The combination of all of the above methods is the STICD algorithm. [sticd] For dynamic graphs, unchanged components whose ranks are unaffected can be skipped altogether.
