This document discusses how libraries are adopting Web 2.0 technologies and principles to become more user-centered and participatory. It provides examples of how libraries are using blogs, instant messaging, podcasting, RSS feeds, Facebook, Twitter, and wikis to better engage with users, share information, and encourage feedback and contributions.
