Don t you just love three day weekends? Getting more time off from school and having more time to
spend with friends and family. Studies have shown that four day weeks can improve the work
environment, from helping save money, to people getting better health. Although some people may
say that it is taking time away from learning, work, and other things, the pros are much greater than
the cons; therefore, every week should be a three day weekend. One reason why we should have 3 day
weekends every weekend is because it can save money. With four days, the work environment will be
cutting back on electricity. For example, lights, heating, cooling, etc. Furthermore, with a four day
school week, studies found that attendance went up for both students and teachers. Now schools are
only spending one third of what they were on substitute teachers. Also since 2007, the number of
school districts in colorado that chose to adopt a four day school week to save money rose by 30

Knowing that man is separate from Dattatreya will lead to the mind being cleansed and salvation. This
narrative also says that Dattatreya is of this world, residing in everything of earth. The story argues
against the separation of the subordinate and the deity, saying, There is no Shepard, no flock (as cited
in Stroud, 2002). The deity tells man in order to achieve salvation he must meditate and work, but man
should do neither in order to gain reward, taking care to chose actions wisely as those choices will

from man, the deity is with man and of the world, meditate and work to gain salvation, meditation and
work are not important and will not gain man salvation. The second text is equally confusing and
contradictory within itself and to the first text. The Devi Gita is a goddess of divine power who urges
the reader to be devout only to her. She says she is also separate from the world, only later in the text
to claim she is of this world and with man. Meditation is important to achieve salvation however

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) states that air pollution is the result of
human activities and natural processes on the environment, which causes certain gases to be released
into the air to interact with other substances to form acid rain, the greenhouse effect and ozone hole on
global scale. Environmental pollution can be directly jeopardizes a wide range of public health in
short amount of time through its pollutants that naturally generated in the atmosphere during the

Liege on the River Meuse where was once one of most heavily industrialised areas of Europe since

part of Belgium. From Dec 3 onwards, hundreds of people experienced severe respiratory signs and

day due to its polluted environment.
The second one is the Donora smog of 1948 that occurred in the Pennsylvania, which caused by the
mixture of emission of plants and coal furnace which led to large amount of Sulfur dioxide, carbon
monoxide and metal dust were trapped in the town during oct 26 and dec 31, 1948, caused 20 people
asphyxiated and 7,000 people sickened in
