Fantastic Mr. Fox is an animated film directed by Wes Anderson based on the Roald Dahl book. It uses stop-motion animation which took two years to produce and one day to film each scene. The film was distributed by 20th Century Fox and produced by several film companies with a budget of $40 million, turning a small $6.4 million profit. While not hugely profitable, the film received positive reviews for its animation and voice acting.
