PROJECT GUIDE EXTERNAL EXAMINER PRINCIPAL
SYNOPSIS
 In this project we shall pack the powder material by
weighting it automatically.
 We are doing this using PIC16F877.
 We are using 5 actuators (A1,A2,A3,A4,A5), 4 relays
(R1,R2,R3,R4) 2 sealing machines (S1,S2), a load cell(l1)
 The material falls from the hopper to a cup like structure,
there, the load cell (L1) detects the weight and sends a
signal to the PIC, the PIC gives an O/P of 5 volts to a relay
R1, which in return actuates the actuator A1.
 The materials from the hopper falls to the cover through the
pipe, the actuators A2, A3, A4 actuates at the same time
through relays R2, R3, R4. So, the sealing machines
connected to the A3, A4 seals the packet and cuts the
packet with the sealing machine heat itself.
 This process repeats again.
