PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE :(6 years and 3 month)
 Worked in Delta Fabrics (P) Ltd around five months in electrical maintenance department. Area of
work includes electrical based equipments in the systems.
 Working in Phoenix Yule (P) Ltd. around six years and three month in electrical and instrumentation
maintenance department. Area of work includes field instruments (sensors, actuators, controllers,
meters, Pressure transmitters Traboulshooting Siemens PLC ,AC & DC drives etc.) programming,
installation and maintenance, process control & design, in existing systems also control panel design
& control circuit modification, and many modification jobs/ projects. Major projects are
1. Banbury Mixer: Various Carbon, Chemical, Oil and Polymer components from different areas
are mixed through the mixer with defined recipe in PLC automatically. Area of work includes
different sensors (like level, temperature, pressure, load cell etc), valves (like butterfly valve,
diverter valve etc).
2. Textile Press: Raw rubber sheet is cured through the Press under defined temperature, pressure
and time which is also PLC operated. Area of work includes TC, RTD, Pressure switch, control
valves, controller, flow meter, hydraulic pump and power pack valves etc.
3. CM Machine: Two or four no rubber sheets are doubling and jointing in a single System like let-off
through master conveyor with 4no. Of liner winder to pressure roller then finally wind up in a
synchronizing speed. In this system it’s maintain their length And breathe.
4. Double deck textile press: Raw rubber sheet is cured in two ways through the Press under defined
temperature, pressure and time which is also PLC operated. Area of work includes TC, RTD,
Pressure switch, control valves, controller, flow meter, hydraulic pump and power pack valves,
drives etc.
5. Steel cord line: The 272nos steel cord which is coming through tensioning unit under defined pressure &
tension after that the cord is compact with the raw rubber sheet in a defined pressure then it is go through
the press where it is cured under given temperature, pressure & time. Area of work includes ac motor,
VFD, RTD, actuator, pressure transducer, proportional valves, control valves, limit switches, level
sensor, encoder, electronic counter, controller etc.
6. Roller head plant: Raw rubber sheet masticated in extruder then its go to calendar then it comes out in a
rubber sheet and then it goes through cooling drums then doubling conveyor then inclined conveyor
finally windup in synchronizing speed (which is controlled by dancer, encoder, diameter sensor) and
defined tension (which is controlled by load cell). In this system it’s maintain their length And breathe.
Area of work includes AC & DC motor & drive, RTD, load cell, encoder, dancer, thickness
gauge, diameter sensor and level sensor, i/p convertor.
7. Sohal calendar: Raw rubber sheet milling then its feed to calendar then its comes out in a rubber sheet
then it goes through cooling drums then tension roller then pull roll then pressure roller and finally wind
up in synchronizing speed (which is tacho generator, diameter sensor) and defined tension (which is
controlled by load cell). In this system it’s maintain their length And breathe. Area of work includes AC
& DC motor & drive, load cell, tacho generator, thickness gauge, diameter sensor and i/p
convertor.
OTHERS RESPONSIBILITY:
 Working in Energy savings system(like benchmark data, TIT data, specific energy, and also steam
energy)
 Working in MDT projects( like b/d analysis and minimize )
 Daily check sheet maintain.
 Preventive maintenance (schedule and worked).
 Different type of sensor (like level, temperature, pressure etc) controller, counter and others
instrument checking and maintenance.
 Any type of modification (electrically, PLC) job as per process requirement.
 PLC trouble shooting and maintenance.
 AC and DC drive trouble shooting, maintenance and programming.
 Weekly maintenance and also yearly maintenance.
 Handling different type of starter and various type of electrical control circuit.
 Thermography.
