St. James's Hospital has established the SJH Learning Hub Portal to provide flexible and targeted online learning for its large and diverse workforce. The portal is administered by the Centre for Learning and Development and gives staff access to eLearning courses, libraries, and online programs on topics like manual handling and medication safety. It also enables communication through forums, blogs and announcements. The goal is to enhance learning and patient care by offering learning anytime, anywhere at employees' own pace.
