This document explores the concept of Kaizen and provides information about Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited in Kanpur, India where the author conducted research. Kaizen refers to small, continuous improvements in processes or equipment. The author conducted a descriptive study using random sampling and questionnaires to understand how Kaizen events could be made more effective at Kansai Nerolac Paints. The research found that Kaizen has resulted in improvements but lacks evidence on effective designs for sustaining impacts. Suggestions are provided to enhance welfare amenities like transport, recreation, and medical facilities based on the research findings.
